In the middle of serving my quarantine. I would definitely recommend this place for vacation stay. Nice clean bright room, bath tub and good Wi-Fi.

Friendly receptionist Mr. Jega n another melay staff (sorry I never noticed the name) was assisting me this evening. Both are such a humble and nice guys. Thanks guys The room is clean n tidy.

Nice clean rooms, abit dated reception but central location above shopping mall
but not busy or noisy. Enjoyed out stay.

Booked 2BR suites (×2) for me & my family to stay in prior to my wedding day. Interior & facilities are excellent. Peaceful, clean, spacious & good location. Front desk staff are helpful & kind accommodating with our request & needs.

Terrible Customer service not good for changi hotel especially ivan tan the manager of park Avenue Hotel Changi. Front line support but gives a hostile attitude and reply, such a arrogant person. Will never visit again.

Awesome place with a relaxed, quiet, ambience.

I made a last min booking at Park Avenue Rochester for 2 families for the mother day's weekend. This is really a nice place for families, the service appartment rooms are furnished with washing machines, fridge, small kitchen, and clean bed/bathrooms. This is my second time to be back at Park Avenue Hotel Rochester, my first time at the hotel had left me a really good impression that I decided on this hotel again for the Mother's day weekend celebrations with my family. Thank you Park Avenue Hotel for the clean accomodations and friendly staff. I would go back again for future staycations.

It's really a serviced apartment with a decent kitchen, 2 bedrooms and even a washing machine in the suite if u need to do laundry! Also next to very nice eateries and a huge supermarket, when you want to buy groceries / food to cook.

Stayed for 3 weeks on a business trip to Singapore. The hotel is awesome with spacious rooms, friendly staff. Complementary breakfast is simply great and breakfast lobby is very pleasing. Would love to be here again. With love from India.

It is a nice hotel. Staff is corteous and helpful. Rooms are pretty nice as well. I would recommend it if you're going to be around Changi business Park.

I liked that the hotel had a mall behind it, a grocery and supermarket almost beside it, and some food shops around. The hotel staff are courteous and helpful. It was clean and overall ambiance was perfect. This hotel is highly recommended for business travellers especially those who need to be around the Changi area.

Close proximity to Changi airport and Singapore Expo. Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms fairly quiet although hall noise a bit too much. Bathroom fixtures could function better. Rooms clean and comfortable. Breakfast options fairly good although a better variety of fruit could be offered.

Comfortable room with kitchenette. Outside city, however close to Airport. I enjoyed the pool and gym on the roof. It’s also alongside a small mall which has a grocery store and a nice food court. A phone (handy) was provided, which was very useful to make local and international calls absolutely free of cost. This was a very nice feature. The staff were extremely helpful and polite, accommodating throughout our stay. Rooms were kept clean and tidy whilst there.

Very close to the Changi airport and within the Changi business park. Makes this hotel ideal for those with business to attend to within the park. The staff are friendly and the rooms are quite cozy. Overall a very good experience.

Good and fast service, near a mall where you can shop and eat, only 5-10 min walk to the Expo and MRT station. Rooms are clean and sufficient for business traveler. They also give you a free mobile phone you can use to call. It also can be used to share internet access to other devices. Wifi in the room is adequate.

This is a nice hotel near Changi, one of the few near to the airport. It seems to pride itself on smart technology, but the smart tech was the source of problems. After many, many attempts to connect my laptop to Wi-Fi, without success, I had to make a trip to the front desk (I requested a staff person come up to the room, but they didn't). I did not understand how to operate the "smart" TV & there are no instructions for use in the room. Finally, the key card we needed to use to operate the elevate, didn't work at least half the time & so, was another source of irritation. Make sure the technology works, comes with instruction & is easy to use before installing!

If your in Singapore on business I highly recommend this hotel. Large suites with washer/dryer, stove, living room, bedroom and bath. Hotel personnel are very accommodating.

Hotel is situated next to the mrt so it is quite convenient. There is also a shopping mall with supermarkets next to the hotel. Rooms were clean n they provided plenty of pillows. However their card sensors seems to have problems as it couldn't detect our room cards at times even for the lifts.

Clean, comfortable, near the expo.

This was a fantastic stay. Rooms were absolute clean. Seevices were prompt and nice. Staff was courteous. Nearby were restaurants for one to have enough choices. Metro station was just at a walking distance. Shopping markets were also close by for daily stuff. Over all a nice experience!

Located at the eastern part of Singapore, the hotel has nearby amenities which are good for travellers looking to shop and dine. A hypermarket is right outside of the hotel for daily essentials. Restaurants of local cuisine or japanese, Indian cuisine are available as well. A short distance away from the hotel is Changi city point whereby there are many outlets stores where travellers can get branded goods at discounted prices. The hotel is located close to a newly opened MRT station which makes travel to other parts of Singapore easy and accessible. Recommended for travellers looking to stay away from the hustle and bustle of the city area.

Big and clean room. Nice kitchen. Clean bathtub and toilet. Very good service of the staff. Nearby supermarket which is good to buy some necessities. Overall a good place to stay in for awhile.

I arrived before 9am and was tired from an overnight flight so wasn't naturally expecting to have immediate access to my booked room. I was delighted when I was given access to my room which was clean and had great facilities. This included two tv's, washing machine, microwave, cooking hob, generous size fridge, iron and ironing board, etc. Even finishing touches such as a complimentary hair comb were appreciated. On departure I rang reception for a taxi and 5 minutes later it was waiting for me. The hotel is within a five minute walk from the Expo train station so overall would recommend it for anyone staying in Singapore for either a short stay like myself or longer.

As a stop before an early flight in. Small rooms. Clean modern and a shopping, Mc Donald, and the Burger King, food court, supermarket everything in close proximity.

The staff are helpful and courteous. Room has a round table with 4 chairs. Venue is conveniently near mrt and shopping mall.

Helpful staff who were very prompt with unloading of luggage; rooms which look new or were well-maintained. Location is very convenient with a supermarket in the neighbouring building and the Expo MRT station within walking distance.

Location is convenient and quiet and the staff is nice but the amenities leave more to be desired. Other hotels offer more for around the same price.

Very new and cozy suite with a small kitchen that allows guests to do some cooking at ease. Located near good amenities such as shopping mall, supermarket (fairprice extra) and multiple restaurants that serve a variety of cuisines. Overall a good experience and seemingly a comfortable stay.

Nice place to stay if you are not planning to spend a lot of time in the hotel. Its quite far from the main city but since its right opposite to the Expo metro station connectivity is not an issue. The service is good, nothing exceptional. Its good for business travelleres not recommended for tourists.

Easy access to Changi airport. Comfortable rooms and the staff were very efficient, friendly, and attentive.

Few hours before checking in, I emailed the hotel if possible to upgrade our room to a bigger one. My request was granted and to my surprise, the hotel didn't charge any upgrade cost. Great experience and I'm satisfied with the services we received from the hotel crews.

Fantastic hotel for an overnight stay between flights. Comfy bed great shower and quiet. Good restaurants near by and about $12spd taxi.

Room facilities require repair and clearly the hotel management does not care. Cleaning not good enough, still seeing hair in the bath tub when I first check in. Breakfast was really bad as well.

Loved the swimming pool the most!

1. Air conditioning is either OFF or FREEZING COLD. 2. Bought ice cream in the evening, placed it in the minifridge over night and it was just water in the morning, waisting my money. 3. Requested wakeup call 2 nights in a row, and NO ONE EVER CALLED FOR BOTH MORNINGS. 4. Even with do not disturb sign on door, the cleaning staff still entered the room! i would not recommend this place at all.

The hotel is located one stop from Changi Airport, a stone's throw from Expo MRT station. We were greeted by very charming and friendly staff who checked us in quickly and offered us a complimentary upgrade. Our room was impressive by any standard, but particularly so considering the price. The City Point mall is next door for outlet shopping and two food courts (I recommend the basement over level 2). Due to its proximity to the airport this hotel is an obvious choice for transit, but as the MRT is so quick and easy we would happily make this our base for a city break. We were very pleased with our stay here and will certainly return.

During my stay I enjoy with the environment and the hotel staffs, helpful and friendly.

Close to the airport (1 train stop away) and walking distance to the expo train stop — the train is the best way to travel in singapore (convenience, speed, cost). 45 minute train ride from this hotel to the city centre and sights. Breakfast was great — wide range including Asian and western options, very tasty and good quality. Room nice and clean, modern, comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff.

I think it is over priced. I spent 200 sgd per night here while I can get decent hotel in the center of the city for 260 sgd.

The hotel appears slightly run-down, especially the bathroom. The shower head was big and heavy and would not stay upright, had to be fixed vertically, spraying water everywhere. Black fungus seemed to be growing behind the basin, the tile grout and all around the bath. The beds were comfortable but small. No bottled water in the room, with the fungus in the bathroom I did not trust the drinkable water spout next to the basin. The fridge is completely empty, other hotels …in the same price range would at least offer some snacks and drinks etc. (to be paid for, of course). No convenient power outlet near the bed, you have to reach behind the bedside table. The rate includes breakfast at a nearby contracted restaurant, poor quality and service, the baked beans tasted sour and fermented. Really not the best value for money, the only benefit being so close to Changi Business Park and my office…

Stayed here for Months — due to some assignment work in CBP — awesome service, good Indian Breakfast and awesome stuffs — always smiling. My first room was towards Expo facing — a huge glass wall and you can see till Bedok Subway station. And the next one inside the hotel area but still the mall and entrance can be visible from the bedroom. Always prefer to comeback again. Thanks to all — Park Avenue Changi.

Very nice hotel ckean and staff is very helpful…

I stayed at the executive suite in park avenue changi and was rather disppointed. Though it was a suite, the room was very small. As advertised, a 3rd adult can stay in and sleep on the sofa converted bed. However, the sofa was just a sofa and not a sofa bed meant to be converted. The swimming pool was also small and the nails on the wall of the pool was faulty, already sticking out and is very dangerous for use. My daughter almost slide through the pool's wall where the nails were sticking out and I cannot imagine how painful it will be for someone to brush their body through the nails. Furthermore, the nails were dusty. Please do something about it!

Clean room reasonable price 180++ with good Wi-Fi speed.

Stayed for 8 nights. Overall very nice hotel. Rooms are decent sized. A lot of restaurants in the adjacent buildings. Grocery store, MRT (public transport) and mall are less than 5 mins walking. The only criticism I have is the housekeeping can be a bit lax. If you remind the front desk in the morning to take care they usually do a better job.

Had a stopover in Singapore for the day & really needed a few hours sleep. Airport hotels were all fully booked & the day bed option was very expensive. We called a few hotels with no luck, thankfully found a tip to head downstairs & book a hotel external to the airport & this hotel was recommended. The service at reception was lovely & we were quickly to our rooms for a much needed sleep. The room was set up like an apartment with separate bedroom — The room was very dark, quiet & beautifully air-conditioned, bed was very comfy. We paid for the room from about 10am-6pm which was cheaper than 4hrs in a day bed. This enabled us to have a sleep & then pop out to Singapore zoo & leave our bags in the room ready for us to come back for a shower & taxi back to the airport. Highly recommend & will stay again.

Cleanliness (4/5) It was quite a new hotel, so cleanliness you cant really pick about. Room (3.5/5) The design was quite simple and modern. The room was also quite spacious. Dont expect great view from here. The bed is really comfortable thou. It also didnt have complementary water, even when you paid for this price. Service (2.5/5) The staff at the lobby counter was like quite new and inexperience. Doesnt know whether hotel have things like complementary parking, charging wire for handphone. Didnt even have basic greeting, not to mention smile. Amenities (3/5) Parking is share with commercial building, lap pool is so small and short like (5m x 1m). Gym is also small, No restaurant or cafe inside hotel. The only plus point is a 24hrs supermarket just next to the hotel. Location (3.25/5) This hotel is located just beside the mrt and 1 stop away from the airport (the road is under renovation so you may need to walk quite a distance around the barricade) There is also a small mall beside the hotel (mostly cafe, restaurant and factory outlet).

My advice would be: stay away from this hotel! The place is marketed as being in the heart of a business park, easily accessible from Changi airport. But in reality the hotel is in the middle of an industrial area with no restaurant / shop / ATM, etc nearby. No food at the hotel (although they tell you breakfast and room service are available when you book). Supposed to be 5mn from the airport, not shuttle service, the taxi ride lasted over 20 minute, we got lost a few times, since this is in the middle of nowhere and not well indicated the place is not easy to find. The hotel is nice and clean though but the rooms are tiny and the staff unpleasant, so don't expect any help from them.

Considered expensive for the room size and with no breakfast, very small swimming pool but considering the building shape they have no choice.

All is perfect and friendly.
