Frankly, it is one of the most beautiful hotels in Doha, the room is clean with nice view. Me and hubby really enjoyed the breakfast and dinner at Mawasem restaurant. Very delicious food, clean and nice atmosphere, and incredibly nice and warm staff. Thanks to Anne, Leisbeth, Jessy, and Dede very kind and professional. Keep doing a great job. It was indeed a great staycation. i will surely come back.

Very disappointed. The family two bedroom deluxe suite has old furnitures. TV not working. Stereo not working. No internet connection, IT dept unable to fix it. Water pressure in shower is very low. Not worth coming back!

Very poor brunch experience at Trader Viks. (Tahitian great though). Waited hours for a drink and our dessert never came. Would not recommend this brunch.

Had my 7days quarantine here & all I say is GREAT &AMAZING. A fancy room, superb nice view and a good service was excellent.

The best hotel in all respects.

1. No complimentary water at the pool like most hotels on Qatar.
2. Nobody answer the phone at the reception.
3. I did not get a free extra bed like what they advertised.
4. Breakfast service are very slow. Need more staffs at the peak times.
5. After checking out, we were not allowed to use the beach and pool. All 5 stars hotels I have stayed in Qatar always allow the customers to spend time at the beach and pool after checking out.
6. I am a Hilton Honor member but I did not get discounts on food or drink at the restaurants and room services. I will not come back.

The noise level is unbearable from Wednesday night thru Sunday. You can not get any sleep on any floor as I was on 12 and heard every song the Club and Cabana played. The food is very mediocre at best. The hotel is old, outdated and needs renovation. Mold in the showers.

Very comfortable place! The hotel has everything you need, staff is really good! The rooms are clean and cozy. All facilities are very nice.

The attention is really bad. We ordered an espresso martini and they made it with martini and lemon! Also they took one hour to take the order… The quality of the staff training must be really bad. The outside bar bench was full of spilled drinks and crumbs the whole time we were sat there by the pool. A shame that being such a cool place the quality of the service is so low.

I spent 10 weeks at the hotel and I enjoyed every day. The facilities were amazing. The staff were very warm and friendly. Those charged with taking care of my room, Esther and Eva, were very helpful and friendly.

Wrong choice and Unfortunate stay! Disorganized, slow response by staff from top to bottom rank! Did not get the feeling of a short stay in a luxury setting rather found stressful! In the first room there was no tissue box in the executive room or even in bathroom! Kids paradise closed but signs are still on to confuse curious kids! Thai massage was booked with a therapist who was unfit to perform her job and told this at the very last minute after change of clothes! To make up the short comings free room upgrade and late check out was given! Given late check out till 6pm but whole day despite asking for cleaning nobody turned up nor informed us that they won’t make up the room for us on the day of check out! Were given upgrade of room with panoramic sea view but no body provided us any water there & for everything to be done in 15 min was either not done at all or done in 45 minutes! In the huge suite look at the size of dustbin that was hiding under a study table in the far corner of the suite! On the small pool side was a diaper left and not picked up by cleaning team!

This would be an ideal hotel for the party animals during the world cup. I wouldn't recommend it for families who are strict about their kids being around smokers (like myself). But great for those who want to smoke hookah on the beach and party at night. I can see it being a popular world cup hotel.

Friendly, helpful staff. Hotel product standard Hilton fayre — clean and well looked after. Has a beach and pool. Cost about QR55 by taxi from Airport. Asking hotel will get to a Limo for QR100. Good views of aircraft departing/arriving at DOH, but you don't hear them — would def stay again.

The definition of gentle, calm yet magnificent is all in this comfortable and relaxing environment. The modern design, unequaled services and 5 star hospitality is worth spending for your holidays. I just have an issue on the lighting and food. Might focus more on the cuisine and this Hotel should get 5 stars from me.

Excellent hotel stay. The room had an unobstructed view of the ocean and the bathtub was positioned to be in your bath while you enjoy the ocean view. It is a few minutes car drive to all the touristic spot or if you don't mind the hike, heat and humidity… it is within hiking distance.

For a branded hotel, the service is not up to standard. Seem that managers are play house, like kids. We booked our ifthar, when we walked in, we got a racist attitude when the table was selected (why? ), they tried to give us the worst table possible. Is our money second class?. The ambiance was nice, most of the food was Egyptian food (Why? ). The sushi bar and ice cream was great (3 stars only for this). Overall a disappointment. Sorry Hilton did not expect this from you.

Excellent hotel in Doha. Great views and the beach is terrific. Pool is wonderful and the staff is exemplary. Definitely stay here if you are with a family. The only hotel with better service is the W. Also I couldn't find a prayer room if you are in need of one.

Checked in after a long flight from Bangkok. Our room was facing the ocean and… Society Lounge. It would have been nice if the front desk would have told us that loud music would be playing from 10 pm until 2am. We had to wake up very early (3:30) in order to be at the airport at 4:30. I understand thst Qatar Airlines was paying for the room but the arrogance and taking us for fools was appalling especially when I went to the front desk and asked to change room… the front desk clerk told me the hote was full. However, on the hotel web site, tbere was still rooms available. Stay away from this place should you want peace and quiet.

Excellent service and well maintained hotel throughout. Staff were readily available to assist upon request and the hotel was very clean and well kept. The facilities were good but could have had more for young children to make use of.

Best place enjoy your day with friends or loved ones. The best swimming pool location ever seen in doha. Restaurants & bars are quite delightful and sporty environment.

Very nice hotel, check in was quick and easy and I even got upgraded. The bar was pretty busy and had some decent happy hour specials. The only issue was getting a taxi, I asked the concierge to call one but they said I could just walk out from to the road and flag one down. After about 10 minutes of not seeing a taxi, I started walking and finally came across one about half a mile away. Room was very nice and had an amazing view. Not too far from the Museum and the market. I would definitely stay here again when in Qatar.

No manager. Incredibly lame Service. No clean towel to go to the beach. Service on the non-existent beach. To advise against when there is no manager.

Went to Society Lounge. It's one of my favorite club environments because it's outdoors! They have blankets for you in case the temp runs chili. Music starts too late for my taste. Otherwise, great place.

Stayed in another hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was very nice. The beach is clean, but the pontoon had a broken staircase. And the price of the entrance ticket on different days is different, but there is no information about it anywhere.

During my stay in the beginning of December I was given room 814. Unfortunately, my excitement over the beautiful water front view was short lived. The music from the downstairs open air club “Society Lounge” was so incredibly loud that sleeping was impossible. When I addressed the issue after a long days travel at around 11:30 pm, I was given the “brilliant” solution by the front desk staff to simply use earplugs! After I explained that the music literally pounded through the entire room they tried to console me by saying that the club was only open until 2:00 am! It is important to point out that this was a Tuesday night (opening hours of “Society Lounge” are practically every other night plus Friday to Sunday night). That being said I barely got 5 hours of sleep on any given night during my stay which resulted to anything but a relaxing and pleasant stay. This hotel sadly only cares for their clubbing crowd and not for their hotel guests. Also thank you for never actually setting up a Hilton Honors Points card as promised by the blond lady at reception upon my arrival!

Room is nice and staff are helpful. However there were parties organized outside which caused noise in the room in till late. Bar is ok. Beach was in the shade of the building in afternoon. Buffet is very nice.

Brilliant hotel. Very beautiful lobby. The pool is really amazing. It is temperature controlled. Very close to the pool lies the beach. It is a nice place to lay when you are tired. The rooms are spacious and the bathroom is very nice. Though the doors don't have locks so I wish that they get locks soon. The service is brilliant and ready to provide you with anything at any odd time. The hotel is really close to the City Central (mall), and other important places. We as a family had a great experience at Hilton Doha.

Nice clean hotel… me and my wife enjoyed dinner in reem Albawadi restaurant… expensive.

More problems than expected, floor fourteen and did not arrive hot water, a good time to arrive, more than five minutes… Also problems with the air conditioning of the room, only cold exit, by the other a right hotel.

Hotel is lovely … we ate in Trader Vic and it was happy hour, cocktails were lovely, food was great the really big downside… on arrival the reception said oh we r upgrading u free of charge. How lovely… you room is on the 19th floor just so you are aware we have a nightclub in the 1st floor so u might here a slight of noise … well the noise was like being in the nightclub, which was openair and we got no sleep it did end at 2am but we had to get up at 4.30 so we managed 1.5hrs sleep… this was not an upgrade more a downgrade would never stay or recommend this hotel. They should never be putting customers on that side of the hotel it is shameful.

Very good hotel … The staff is very friendly and very helpful … Rooms are beautiful with great views … Breakfast buffet also 5 stars … Attention for smokers … there are also smoking rooms … Overall a great stay and I hope that I will get back there soon … I already miss it.

Place with nice view and good attention, but very noisy in the evenings when there are parties. Bad acoustic insulation in the rooms.

Very nice hotel with all the amenities you might need. Food was 4 stars, as well as the general cleanliness of the rooms. Our 4 night stay was only bothered once by the extremely loud music that could be easily heard up at floor 20, which came from the hotels own disco/lounge. You would think they soundproof something so loud but oh well. It is also sea side with a quaint beach. It was a luxury hotel, but not so much as Sheraton or Four Seasons, which leave Hilton so far behind that it is not even funny. Oh and by the way, for the first timers visiting Gulf countries, shut off your airconditioner immediately unless you want to end up being sick on your visit. Let the room heat up and then pick a reasonable temperature to cool it to. 16°C is not that temperature.

It was amazing experience. The room was awesome with all amenities. The view from balcony and room was fabulous.
Also the executive lounge. F&b was worth it.
Beach was bit small. But poolside area was excellent.
And smell of grilled smoke while inside the pool was really tempting. The Friday brunch was superb. Specially the homemade pasta, prawns biriyani with grilled kebab was really tasty.
The breakfast was bit disappointing with limited to continental cuisines.
But the brunch fullfill the shortage of it. It was huge with lots of dessert.
Spa was also worth visiting. Overall great experience. Will visit again.

Good hotel, but some details that are not level.

The noise coming out of the Hilton's society lounge every Friday makes it impossible for a restful sleep when the crappy music they play reverberates throughout the vicinity and disturbs it's guests and the guests of neighboring facilities. Completely inconsiserate.

Good hotel with nice beach front, pool and gym the staff are very friendly and the rooms prices are reasonable however can be maintained better when it comes to general building maintenance and quality.

Rating a day-pass at thr pool /beach. Not the cleanest or the best maintained pool. The was dirt and grease all around the edges and the "infinity pool doesnt look like one. The sea is also murky and green (not the hotel's fault).

Hotel is nice. Had some trouble with my room, had musty smell. Had a King, upgraded me to a musty executive then moved me to a room with two fulls. They did correct the problem but I ended up with less than I booked. Pay close attention to your rate, mine was dynamic and it wasn't made overtly clear on the Hilton site. When I checked out the rate was even higher than I booked but they corrected that too after I requested it fixed. The breakfast is fine, executive lounge very nice, staff is friendly. Near the City Center Mall which is a plus. Food at the hotel is pricey. Valet parking is easy. Security at the door is security theater but I felt 100% safe, mainly because Doha is safe. Never tried the clubs but that is for a different crowd than me. Would I book again? The faults were big ones but they did fix it after I asked… so Yes.

Magnificent room, with a unforgettable view. Amazing to fall asleep with this viem and wake up, with it. The beach is small, and the water green. But is still beach and I live beach. You have chairs to liedown everywhere beach, near the swimming pool, on the lounge zone. The swimming pool was crowded and the water not clear.

Great hotel with an amazing spa and pool/beach. Trader Vic's isn't t all that great and the live music is extremely loud. The breakfast isn't too bad but it's usually busy so the staff is slow to come by. The executive lounge has a nice view and its staff is friendly.

I stayed in Sheraton for 2 nights, I came to Doha to attend the Italian super cup, the hotel location very nice I arrived on early morning the reception staff was very nice helpful always smiling they gave me room with sea view, there alot of facilities which you can enjoy there so if you don't want to go to the city or malls you will not feel bored staying at hotel, last I tried Al Habara restaurants in breakfast don't miss it, ingeral I like it, thanks to all staff who works there, special thanks to Azmi in reception.

Sheraton is one of a kind. I like their theme either for a stay or for dining. Went there for a dinner for our wedding anniversary. Great restaurant. The ambience was really commendable. Staffs really friendly and we had a great time there. After the buffet dinner the restaurant manager came to us organizing a wedding anniversary cake and a kind of wedding wishes by all the staffs there. Really it was a surprise for me and for my family. Recommend anyone in Doha to have a great buffet dinner for occasions. Worth visiting.

This is my second time here. Fabulous place. Will be back again in 3 months' time.

The first iconic five star hotel in Doha opened in 1983. It is wide area lobby with homey decoration makes you feel relaxed and joyed. The hotel is famous of its pyramidal design and the hanging restaurant in the top of the hotel. Another distinguished feature of the hotel is its famous Arabic sweet Umm Ali which considered to be the best in the city for decades.

It is the best place in Doha to really enjoy. It has 5 swimming pools and kids playground, as well a excellent beach service. The rooms are very clean and luxurious. All the staff makes you feel like you are home.

The last stay at Hilton Doha was disappointing (on the 2nd and 3rd of Feb). At 6 am in the morning a significant noise woke me and my wife. The noise was coming from the AC machine and was rather loud. After 15 minute it stopped only to resume back after 1 hour. I complained to reception and they tried to compensate by giving me 2 coffees and a transfer to the airport, which I appreciate but do not think it makes up for a poorly slept night. As mentioned before it was disappointing. Specially considering that I am a very regular customer in Hilton hotels being granted even the gold status on HHonours card.

Nice ambience by the sea, excellent place to be in the evening, for a nice snack, dinner or a drink.

Worst hotel in my life. Don't parkin your car by yourself. Any problem, they don't care. If you ask explanation of their problem. It takes one month ti get the answer and they ignore your request. It is not hotel.

Service was very poor. Lifts were very slow and inefficient. Promise were lost. Very bad experience. Never ever reserve this hotel again.
