I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to assist. A special thanks to the Security Department for being courteous, attentive, and making me feel safe throughout my stay. Their professionalism and warm attitude were truly appreciated. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and I highly recommend this hotel. I look forward to staying here again!

A special thank you to Sabiu for ensuring our room was clean and well maintained. I would also like to thank the reservations team, reception staff, and everyone else for their excellent service and for making my birthday celebration so special.
Our stay was wonderful, and we truly appreciated the warm hospitality. The only suggestion I have is to add some lights in the room, which would make the experience even more enjoyable. Other than that, everything was perfect. We will definitely be coming back again!

The hotel staff are very friendly. Rooms are a bit dated and smell a little stuffy however perfectly liveable and the location is good. We did have an issue on our last night with pool maintenance starting at midnight our room was right next to the pool so this caused a lot of disruption — reception were quick to action and moved our room however moving rooms at 1am is not ideal and not sure why we were placed in a room right next to the pool when they knew night maintenance was happening. The breakfast buffet was great.

Blu terrace is awesome! the hospitality is really are 5 stars, ramzi is very polite and friendly its our first time to do a day pass pool access and my baby girl did choose one of the best! we will be back here with more friends, our waitress nisha is very accommodating, friendly and having good customer service. Our first best experience here.

Mr. Rony was outstanding during our stay. He was professional, friendly, and always willing to help with a smile. His attention to detail and genuine care for guests made a real difference and helped create a comfortable, welcoming experience. He went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly, and his positive attitude truly reflects well on the hotel. I highly recommend Mr. Rony for his excellent service.

All the staff were super helpful and friendly. Room service was speedy! Also, I cannot describe how comfortable my bed was! Slept like a baby. I was especially and pleasantly surprised with the housekeeping staff who did a superb job! Kelyim and Rambah were excellent with designing and shaping towel designs every single day. I loved it!

Checked into this beautiful hotel late in the evening. Having travelled quite often and picky to my nose, I found myself in a beautifully adorned room with amazing facilities and spacious room. My stomach was hungry and I found their All Day Dining, SILK ROAD restaurant in the Ground level which was truly exceptional. The food was simply amazing and the Employees were very friendly. Chef Karan made me a vegetarian curry and it was spectacular! Highly recommended!

I had an amazing stay! The staff were professional, friendly, and always willing to assist. The housekeeping team kept the room spotless Specially Mr. Shamshad I found very hard working, the front desk was welcoming Ms. Hazal was very accommodating, and the restaurant staff provided efficient service. Mr. Arbab was very generous & humble. Ms. Nagma was also very decent person.

We always hear the name DoubleTree by Hilton and expect safety and high standards, but this experience was far below what the brand promises. I would like to file a formal complaint regarding my stay.
1. Cleanliness Problems.
• The carpet was dusty and clearly not cleaned.
• The bathtub had spots, and the drainage system did not work.
• The sink had visible dirt.
• The water did not appear clean.
• Even the tissues had an unpleasant smell.
• Housekeeping did not actually clean the room, they only rearranged the bed instead of properly cleaning.
2. Room Condition.
• The lamp design looked cut or damaged, giving the room an unfinished look.
• All the rooms I booked had strong cigar smells or other unpleasant odors.
3. Health Concerns.
• The room itself felt itchy, the bed, the carpet, and the furniture.
• We also found signs of bed bugs, and all of us in the room experienced itchy skin throughout the night.
• This is extremely unsafe and unacceptable.
4. Breakfast Service Issues.
• Breakfast took 45 minutes to arrive.
• We were given cornflakes without milk, and when we asked for fresh milk, we received condensed milk instead.
• We ordered tea, yet someone brought orange juice, showing poor attention to orders.
5. Reception & Blanket/Towel Requests.
• We called the reception requesting extra blankets. Mid-call, we changed our mind and said we no longer needed them.
• Later, when we requested them again, the staff responded with, “Didn’t you just say you don’t want them?

I would like to sincerely thank Ramzi for his kindness, understanding, and professionalism throughout my stay. He was always extremely helpful, patient, and attentive, and he made me feel truly comfortable and welcome.
Employees like Ramzi are a real reflection of the quality of a hotel. Having such caring and dedicated staff shows how well this hotel values its guests and its service standards. His positive attitude and willingness to help at any moment made a big difference in my experience.
The service was excellent, and because of staff members like Ramzi, this hotel feels even more special and trustworthy. I truly appreciate his efforts and kindness and hope the hotel continues working with such high-quality staff.

The service with Noon Receptionist who is soo nice and friendly since I arrived at reception exceeded my expectations — quick, attentive, and very professional. All the staff are amazing here. ✨✨🤩

I had a wonderful experience at DoubleTree by Hilton Al Sadd. The service was outstanding — every staff member was friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, which made my stay relaxing.
The hotel facilities were excellent, including the pool, gym, and a great breakfast with plenty of delicious options. And of course, the signature DoubleTree cookie at check-in was a lovely touch.

Exceptional Extended Stay – Truly Felt Like Home.
I recently completed an extended stay at the DoubleTree Hilton Doha – Al Sadd, and from the moment I checked in, I knew I was in good hands. Job at the front desk set the tone immediately with a warm, genuine welcome. Throughout my stay, the entire reception team—especially Houssem—was consistently friendly, attentive, and professional. Housekeeping also did a wonderful job keeping everything spotless and comfortable.
As this was a work trip, my schedule was demanding, and finding time to coordinate meals was often a challenge. Chef Karan and the outstanding food and beverage team—Anita, Arbab, Basanta, Mitzie, Ronnie, Sunita, and Srijana—went far above and beyond to take care of me. Early in my stay, they were already greeting me by name and knew exactly what I needed before I even asked. Their thoughtfulness and attention to detail made each day smoother, more enjoyable, and genuinely meaningful.
A special mention also goes to Ramzi, who I saw daily at the gym and pool. He consistently checked in on me, ensured I had everything I needed, and created a welcoming environment that made it easy to unwind and stay on track with my routine.
Thanks to the kindness and effort of everyone I interacted with, this property truly felt like a home away from home. I will absolutely be returning—and I’m already looking forward to reconnecting with the team that made my stay so memorable.

We visited the Silk Road Restaurant in Al Saad today for their Indian dinner buffet, and it was a wonderful experience. Every dish was delicious and full of flavor. The staff were extremely helpful and attentive. Since we had small kids with us, they kept checking in to see if we needed anything.
A special thanks to Basanta and Chef Karan for their warm hospitality, and to Sunita and Srijana for their kindness. Overall, it was a delightful dining experience.

I had an excellent stay at the Hilton DoubleTree Al Sadd, and it truly deserves five stars. From the moment I arrived, the warm welcome and professional service made me feel completely at home. The check-in process was quick, and the signature DoubleTree cookie was a thoughtful touch.
My room was spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean, making it easy to relax after long and busy days. Housekeeping maintained every detail with great care. The hotel’s central location in Al Sadd also made it convenient to reach different parts of Doha while still enjoying a quiet and calm environment.
One of the highlights of my stay was the outstanding restaurant team. Breakfast was always fresh, diverse, and well-presented, and the entire team worked with great energy and positivity.
The all facilities were clean and comfortable, adding to the overall pleasant stay.

We recently visited Silk Road at the DoubleTree in Al Sadd for their Asian Night, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The food selection was vibrant, flavour full, and beautifully presented, every dish felt like it had a story behind it. From sushi to stir-fry, each bite was a little trip across Asia.
A special mention goes to Basante, our amazing serving lady. She was kind, attentive, and genuinely made the evening feel special. Her warmth and professionalism added a personal touch that elevated the whole experience.
The atmosphere was elegant yet relaxed, perfect for a midweek escape or a dinner date. We’ll definitely be coming back, and we can’t recommend it enough for anyone looking to enjoy authentic Asian flavors in a lovely setting.
