Doha Downtown Hotel Apartments

This cat poop and dust has been going on for almost two months now. On the first floor and in that staircase. Nobody clean that. It's a dirty place 😚

WORST HOTEL EVER!
I don’t know from where to begin. We were living there, and before moving in we saw that many things needed to be fixed and changed, so the broker told us that everything will be fixed and changed when we decide to move in but our first surprise was that they didn’t change or fix anything! Not a single thing. They barely cleaned the apartment! They kept lying and lying about everything, the broker told us that they will drop the rental price but on the contrary, they raised the price on the new year. We had to call them every minute to come and fix manyyy things from the bathroom to the furnishing, electronics, wood, and AC! The furnishing is very very very old and dirty, tables are scratched, fridge is not working well, some mattresses feel hard, all the wood breaks down easily and we had to clean over and over. Everything here is very very very dirty, the flies always come when we open the window, the house is full of flies and small cockroaches, we killed many since we lived, the doors are very fragile, and easy to break, you can hear everything going on outside. The internet is very very very slow as slow as a snail! It may stop for hours. Every other day it stops working, we even bought a new modem (because they told us if you want a faster internet you should buy a new modem) since the old one is too slow.

A dirty hotel, there are no sheets and don't go out, they said every day you ask for cleaning, why are you in your house living in dirt? You don't clean every day and the treatment is zero, I'm a hotel A hotel full of cockroaches.

Hotel 250 doha/1 day but no shower gel, shampoo, toothbrush, no Wi-Fi. Room air conditioner is old, hot and stuffy.

I recently rented multiple units at Doha Downtown Hotel and Apartments, and my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. Every unit I rented was in deplorable condition. The furniture is old and worn out, and the entire place is infested with cockroaches. The maintenance services are virtually non-existent. I have experienced issues with pest control, A/C, electrical, and plumbing, none of which have been addressed.
I first reported these issues to management on April 9th, complete with pictures documenting the problems. As of today, I have not received any response or seen any improvements. The lack of care and attention to basic maintenance is appalling. I cannot recommend this place to anyone and urge potential renters to look elsewhere. Save yourself the stress and frustration – this place is not worth it.

Disaster, disaster, disaster. Worst ever hotel (I don't know if I even should classify it as a hotel) in my entire life. Guys at the reception doesn't know what he's doing, room is very outdated and dirty, Wi-Fi goes on and off, AC doesn't work properly, they say they will fix it but no one visits your room for maintenance. Do not stay in this horrible place ever!

. I'm relocating due to various issues with this old building. Maintenance is consistently bothersome, staff and management seem indifferent, and the internet connection is unreliable. Basic improvements could enhance the overall experience, making it a more positive place to stay.

Hotel management is a disaster especially Hasan and Malika! None of your problems will be solved! Cleaning sucks! You can look at the entrance of the hotel from the back, both the inside of the entrance and the car parking area are very dirty, it's only a matter of time to catch a disease! The air conditioner is always broken, the rooms are like fire! There is a fire in the building, there is no such thing as an alarm! Luckily I woke up myself and went out! Lying, making excuses and ripping you off, they can be in Doha! Countless so I don't recommend any client to stay neither long nor short! I'm so sad to stay there and better stay away from this place!
