The pool us very bad, managment is poor.

Booked for 3 nights during eid, pool was overcrowded without any precautions taken for covid 19 and social distancing, people were in close proximity without masks, food choices are limited we were served the same pasta and salad for 3 days. Quantities and food were not ok. You don’t have much choice its pasta or rice, chicken fish or beef with the same sauces. Room service staff are rude and impolite. The whole staff are not professional or helpful. A major fail, they are reducing costs on the expense of their customers. Will never visit that place again.

My company always book this hotel for me bc the location and pruces are convenients I guess. My overall experience is ok. Nothing great but ok. I love the beds. I found them incredibly comfortable. But I really dislike the breakfast. There are not enough healthy options. What I've tryed wasn't good. Porridge was more about milk than oats. Coffee was way to strong on my second morning. Hummus was acid. Etc. The equipment in the fitness center is very old. And there were no towels available. Nor water.

Only here for a few hours each year but always friendly staff and the airport shuttle drivers get you back to the airport in beautiful NASCAR fashion.

We saw an ads in facebook regarding the summer promotion and called the number. My husband is inquiring about the facilities and rates included but the person whom he talked to named Aida in the reservation is very unpleasant, blatantly rude and raised her voice while he is inquiring which is absolutly abdurd. She should be nice and helpful. Your good hotel is losing customers for sure because of bad customer service in the first place. She is the first point of contact so she should not be in that place if she cannot afford to provide assistance to the customers. Your hotel is very nice elegant and offers a great facilities but due to this ineffective reservation officer your losing a lot of customer. Hope you will give her sanction or shall I say give her a great customer service training. So far I will share my experience with my friends and for sure they will not bother to call for reservation because of bad customer service experience.

In transit in Doha the Qatar Airways company offered us a night at this high class hotel.

Qatar airlines booked this hotel for me. I was there for couple of hours. The location is very beautiful. All modern amenities are there. The price is also affordable. I had a nice time there in the hotel.

The hotel was provided by Qatar Airways during one of my trips due to long transit time. Location: Excellent Room: Very good, very spacious and very hygienic Food: had food coupon worth 100qr provided by the airline. I had breakfast worth about 35 qr. The breakfast buffet was "horrible" in one word. Nothing was edible except the omelette. I did not have the courage to have lunch from the buffet. So, I ordered pasta to my room which was just good. Staff: friendly and cooperative. Overall, there is a lot of scope for improving the quality and taste of food. Everything else is excellent except the food.

Staying at Retaj Al Rayyan Hotel was one of the best stays ever I had outside my country, it was really cozy and comfortable stay with very helpful and friendly staff. We spent only one night but it was remarkable. A quality place, with high standards and decent staff. Highly recommended.

Friendly front of desk staff. Really enjoyed the middle eastern dips and salads at breakfast. Otherwise a nice but predictable 4 star hotel.

Good hotel, traveling with Qatar Airways to its privileges since the room was included. The service is excellent. You will have plenty of space in your room since you will have 3 rooms, at the entrance a kitchenette office then a bathroom with washer and finally a large room with view on the bay (see photos).
Small flat The rooms seem to be smoking so their smell not always pleasant.

I had just a couple of hours to visit the city They provided a very good driver which took me every where and has been my personal photographer. What a guy! As a real Italian I enjoyed the food so much. Very tasty. The room was neat and clean. People are very friendly which makes it even better. Can't complain… Good job!

Excellent service, very varied buffet.

Food they serve is mouth watering and delicious. However, not happy with the room given to me. I could find that bedsheet was not clean. And least to mention the bathtub. Happy with food and rest is better not to mention…

Staff were very accommodating and professional. Buffet had limited main courses but had alot of salads and desert options. Any drinks except water were charged extra. Stayed only for one day during transit. It is about 30min from the airport.

Totally love it. I stayed here for 1 night for Qatar Airways transit. The staff is extremely helpful and friendly. They also offer limousine to city centre with the same price as local taxi.

Currently, I am staying in this hotel (May 18 2012). This is such a nice hotel with very good rates. Service is excellent, I stay for work in double deluxe with twin bed. I advice this hotel without no hesitation, but if you are working close to Airport region. Retaj Royale is much better with much larger rooms.
