Spent our New Year with Hubby and Son at the City Center Rotana Hotel, and I couldn't be happier with our choice! I was looking to feel a bit pampered and rejuvenated, and the Rotana hotel was perfect. The staff were all so very kind — especially nimfa at lounge! Room service, the club lounge, the poolside and the breakfast & dinner buffet all exceeded my expectations. I'm already looking forward to returning! We’re looking for the bidet at the toilet😊 but no bidet.

Ordered the beef Wellington and sides for New Year dinner. Really delicious. Very generous portions and perfectly cooked. I really couldn’t fault anything at all. The whole experience was very easy.

We ordered a roast to go for Christmas supposedly to serve 6 to 8 people. The turkey was cooked well but the side portions were well below the stated 500g and the cranberry sauce like grape juice. No response from them either which was more disappointing tbh.

The Christmas eve dinner was amazing. Very friendly and courteous staff. Accomodated our last minute reservation. Excellent service!

My friends and I went here to try there sushi and maki rolls — asian foodie.
The food were serve delicious and nice.
Staffs were very accommodating specially our Kabayan.
We will surely come back and recommend this with our friends.

Our swimming lesson in Oryx Rotana was so great. All staff were so hospitable and freindly. Our
instructor Mr Isham is very kind and patience to us. I'm afraid to swim in deep swimming pool before but now I can do it. This is best place to learn how to swim. While we are doing the swimming lesson. My dad were doing yoga exercise. More power and keep ip the good work.

A varied and plentiful buffet with polite and attentive service.
The staff and the waiters are extremely kind and helpful, especially Mrs. Siti Nur. The room is comfortable and quiet.

Fabulous luxury stay. Everyone goes out of their way for you, from the serving staff to those on the front desk. A superb check in where Jake thought of everything we needed after our flight. Stunning suites on club level. Well stocked lounge for high tea and canapés. Olive Oil provides a wonderful breakfast buffet and the team from the manager to those serving are all extremely helpful.

Tonight we went to teatro restaurant for chanchai’s Thursday Table, they have a delicious menus from starter to dessert. And the server Miss mosesa❤️ so friendly to serving n gave us a lot of information about our menus and promotions. Hope will be back there.

Swimming lessons-Pool Recently been and enjoyed the pool area which is relaxing with a beautiful atmosphere. I was not very confident in swimming but there is a great offer to use your Entertainer application. I received two lessons already, George my swimming instructor thought me different techniques which built my confidence. George is encouraging, positive, gentle and knowledgeable teacher who I would recommend to everyone. I never thought swimming can be that much fun with all the techniques and secrets which I mastered from him! Go and have fun in a gorgeous environment and fantastic Doha weather!

It is a very nice place with good service and nice views from the room. Room service has a good selection of food. It is connected to the City Center mall where there are plenty of things to do.

Lunch buffet, as for a hotel the variety of food was less, but the quality of the food was up to standard. We enjoyed the food very much. The spread was three kinds of sushi, salad, two kinds of soups, less main course, Arabic sweets, desserts that included ice cream. The price was OK. The staffs were very helpful. When making the reservation make sure to tell them, what kind of seating you need.

You can get a taxi or uber to the city centre for about 50 — 80 Riyal. It's a very nice scene all the way, especially at night. There are a lot of very large buildings and everything is very clean. The heat is a bit unbearable, even at night. The streets are full of hookah bars, offering a wide range of flavors. Prices are quite fair, especially being such a big city. The locals are very friendly.

Oh wow… one of the best 5 stars hotel I've been. Perfectly English speaking personnel, great interior design, food is incredibly nice even when they try to make Italian or French food. Rooms are big, and there are lot of advantages… 3 laundry changes per day, gym 24/24, pool, sauna, massages free for guests…

The place was nice, cozy and the staff was very friendly and assisted us with warm smiles. The food was also good. We enjoyed our breakfast and was satisfied.

We tried the French cuisine dinner buffet yesterday at Olive Oil. The menu was good and the dishes tasty. Loved the scallops, salmon pate and the beetroot salad.
The onion bread was really good too. We would have loved more dishes of lamb on the menu though, however the lamb stew was delectable. My favorite in dessert was the Chocolate Mousse, while the macaroons would have done with a little less sugar. All in all, a lovely dinner night out. Thank you Olive Oil, your staff was very helpful and friendly.

The staff were all nice Excellent service imagine we had 135 guest and the staff managed to accomodate us. All the staff were so friendly. Very Hospitable Special thanKS to Verangi the nepalese girl she ia very accomodating. TO Ms. EME Aikpo the events coordinator. You are superb. You made sure that all our needs were taken care off. Very professional. To your cheffs indeed the food is excellent! Super delicious from food tasking to actual event its still the same very mouth watering. We just hope to have a one stay at the hotel as a gift to our daugther. (Was EXPECTING That the package weve got has A FREE room booking ) Having said that I must admit we all did enjoy our evening. Just came back from The Caramel High Tea — @Rotana_Hotels I must say after reading reviews thought it would be a great place to spend my birthday not at all I'm not one to complain but I wasn't happy and never received this kind of service since I've been here on holiday in Qatar firstly the staff are not very welcoming no customer service showing me to my seat, presenting me with a menu of the high tea with their selections I had to get up from my seat just to sample teas as I didn't have a menu to even see the selection they had (all awful tasting and cold as they'd probably been out on display the whole day), the food eventually came after waiting between 30-45mins (with no apologies from staff) then I had to ask for a plate and as me and my friend had a voucher for buy one get one free was waiting 10mins for the other afternoon tea to arrive but didn't we asked the waitress where the other one was but she didn't understand so called the manager who then explained to us how they do it there but the staff should of explained this to us beforehand. As the service was so bad asked for the free afternoon tea to be taken away which again took long to come. I would understand if the place was packed but it was practically empty. The manager (Hassan) seemed nice and did understand where we was coming from and understood our complaints we gave him suggestions on improving service and quality for the new year.

Very accessable to City Center Mall. There is a path way going to the mall and vice versa. They have bar and restaurants with great selection of food. Olive Oil restaurant has a great variety of food and themes every day. Buffet breakfast are fantastic. Room and beds are comfortable and house keeping is very accommodating. There are complimentary water, tea and coffee in the rooms. Good supply of towels and toiletries. Hair dryer is available and a vanity mirror. Pools are great and can cater to children and adults. There's a gym and sauna bath plus massage rooms.

Excellent staff. Clean rooms. Hotel is located in the middle of Doha and it's very close to all attractions and famous places. I stayed 4 days in City Centre Rotana Doha and attended a sushi workshop in the Teatro Restaurant also. Everything was perfect. Don't forget to visit their bar; Boston at nights. You can catch their open buffet brunches also. I definitely recommend.

Cozy place to very short stay coz no much facilities the no pool only small on for kids and small jum.

Afternoon High Tea served from 3pm — 5pm a variety of delectable cakes and pastries, evening Canapés served from 6pm — 8pm a selection of international "pick a pick" meals with my favorite Sushi bar! Partnered with your alcoholic beverages take your pick. In the morning an International buffet of sumptuous breakfast meals served in Olive Restaurant. Complimentary water, coffee, tea, juice and soft drinks served in the lounge of Club Rotana from 6am to 11pm. What more could we… ask for! Good job! City Centre Rotana Doha!

We visited olive oil restaurant. Dinner buffet. It was very nice. I wish there were more varieties of sushi though as it is my favorite food and not available in a lot of restaurants. Otherwise the food was great! And a nery sweet customer service.

One of the many examples world wide of why we've a lot of work to do in America. You'd pay 600 a night for this level of luxury back home.

Very nice ambience, good service and food, friendly staff and reasonably price buffet dinner. There was a bit of a wait to get our car back from the valet parking but we can see that the staff was trying their best to ease the wait.

Our City Centre Rotana experience was very good. From getting down our car and up to our room, we were given welcoming smiles and offered help.
Checking in with the help of Ms. Farieda (sorry if I mispelled her name) was easy and relaxed… starting off a good stay.
My twin girls were entertained too, given something interesting to do while we finished checking in.
All staff at the Olive Oil had impeccable hospitality. They were very alert and attended well to clients, like when a boy threw up near the buffet area and staff cleaned without delay. And what's more, they were very caring to the child.
Room service is warm and friendly — more importantly, quick to respond to requests. Pool amenities clean and enjoyable — staff very helpful too. All calls made to inquire through the operator were answered without delays.
The room was perfect and the view was lovely. Food was good (afternoon high tea, Italian night buffet and breakfast — love it all! )
Above all, my request for a birthday cake for my husband was accommodated.

Awesome! We did the high tea at this hotel the Caramel Lounge. The experience was amazing. From the moment we arrived until we left — everyone was so pleasant! Marc was our wait staff and his service was lovely. We were impressed with everything he did, he is the epitome of great, pleasant customer service! Thank you Marc! Also, the manager, Hamid, was courteous and lovely. The entire experience was fabulous. The lounge piano player was amazing. A nice added touch. The teas, drinks, food were all delicious! You will not be disappointed. The scones with the lemon curd and fresh berries is delicious. The best I have ever had! Beef Wellington to die for! You won't be disappointed!

I can't recommend highly enough the masseur Bernard in the Bodylines health club. Easily the best massage I have had anywhere in the World.

The Den is a cosy non smoking bar with control on the number of guests meaning it is never overcrowded.
