I went to the claw, it was nice, music was too low, we couldn’t dance.

Disgusting, unhygienic, terrible food, incompetent staff and top it all my family has been infected with COVID while " quarantining" in this cesspool. You see Hilton 5 star you book with confidence that it will be a comfortable stay. I am disgusted and have recommended to our corporate services that Hilton be blacklist for all company travel.

Worst experience in my life. Totally understaffed, long waiting hours, ghastly food and staff that has no information. Unclean rooms without proper amenities.

I have booked for the quarantine in this hotel and it’s really a shocking and unpleasant experience for me that I didn’t get my reserved room for quarantine on time, and ground staff response is very rude, I won’t recommend this 5 star ⭐️ hotel 😂 to my friends or relatives, it’s better to take other 5star hotels better than this …

After almost a month travelling India this is our choice of relaxation hotel. Facilities simply outstanding. Decor is trendy. Staff are absolutely amazing and professional. Rooms clean and comfortable. The food here is fine dining — delicious. Great place for a few days of relaxing before heading back home to New Zealand.

Went to the Claw. The food is good, but pricey (ergo only 4 stars). Atmosphere fantastic, awesome music, and the servers are really nice and efficient. Lower the prices (appetizers should be half of what is charged — this is no 5-star restaurant) and I'll give 5 stars.

Visited for the pre launch of Claw restaurant. The food was great and nice portions. The staff were lively and engaging. Service was very fast as well. A cool place for those who enjoy football and buffalo wings. Loved the experience!

Great Value for money. Good spread of Breakfast and very cordial staff… Good decent size room clean and nicely maintained property.

First time at DoubleTree. Food cold, service poor. No engagement by staff. Very limited selection of food. Asked three different staff for a beer before I got one.! Dirty glasses and plates. First and last time for the brunch here. Disappointing. Do not go. There are so many other venues, granted, maybe more expensive but worth the extra. This place has a long way to go to be even "reasonable".

It is a hotel with all the necessary amenities to have a pleasant and welcoming, the service and the customer care is unbeatable. The service of meals and the buffet is very complete with a wide variety of food both for breakfast as for lunch and dinner with a smoking area or vapeadores and have at least 8 screens large and medium size where you can see your favorite programs, it has a powerful and fast Wi-Fi so you're always well connected to any device that you use. The shuttle service to the airport do so with charity.

This is almost the best place to hang out on days off. The place and the reception is so helpful. The drinks are of usual rate. No cabin crew discounts but the dj is amazing. Beautiful view of the city from roof top and the team is really supportive. You can have sheesha even and chill with the music! For me. Worth it!

Great location for the old town. Unfortunately the swimming pool had been converted to Ramadan tent. The room and restaurant were excellent.

Nice, cheerfully designed modern rooms with fair amount of space for a big city. 15 minutes in and out to the airport, pretty fast check-in. Location itself is dead, anything interesting is 15-20 minutes away walking or a short taxi ride. Not even a convenience store nearby, just more hotels. Breakfast was nothing special, the hot dishes were a miss and nothing really stood out. It’s more a location for business travelers than those wanting to see Doha.

The spectacular room! The gym, the terrace, the hallways, the lobby very luxurious! The breakfast terrific. But the dinner because we with half board a disaster!

My check in experience was not the best. Despite checking in on line and picking my room the room was unavailable. I was given a studio room. One of the towels was stained (but clean). And the toilet spray leaked, so the bathroom was flooded. Not the best experience. The staff were extremely nice and welcoming. And once I had explained these issues they provided assistance. Despite the staffs best efforts, I am still not sure I would go there again to stay.

Amazing hotel. It has good and wide variety of items for breakfast. It is located in the prime location and most places of interest in Doha are usually within walking distance or short distance through taxi. The hotel provides 2 different kinds of views — city and sea views. All the staff are warm and welcoming and help you with anything you need. The hotel is also fairly priced. The hotel has good facilities like a gymnasium and a rooftop swimming pool however I was not pleased with the pool. It is small and not very big. However, as a family we enjoyed our stay in the Double Tree Hotel, by Hilton.

Ate at L2 on seafood night, okay. Variety of seafood, however quite bland and unmarinated. Ask for a dipping sauce of your liking (lemon butter sauce) to help wash it down.

Buffet breakfast had a variety to suit all tastes. The hummus and different olives were my favourite. They also cook omletes to order. In the lobby fresh dates and tea are available. Security on the door as well. Roof top pool area is refreshing on a hot day with good views. Not many people there in the evening but that could have been due to the heat…

Fantastic staff and rooms, couldn't ask for any better! There's a small security at the entrance with x-rays but everything else makes up for it. The pool at the rooftop is nice but unfortunately the bar is not open all the time. Rooms are roomy and cozy, bathrooms are spacious and very elegant!

Don't stay here if you want a rooftop pool or if you want to sleep before 2am. — The pool area is NOTHING like the Hilton's photo (see the beautiful one I uploaded and the 2 reality pictures). It is a cluttered, damaged, dirty area that looks like a storage room purely for the Bar in the evening. During the day there are stacked chairs, the bar covered with a dirty grey cover and bar stools on their sides. The pool is enclosed, not open — At 11pm they play the music loudly on the roof — I moved from 7th to 5th floor, it made no difference. The staff are good and the restaurant has tasty food. The pool area is shameful. Get your act together, Hilton. This is not a 5* hotel, particularly compared with so many others in the area.

Awesome rooftop bar with great music and a pool. But they charge you… for mixers… like the number one way to make your bar less attractive is to charge people for tonic water lol. Are you kidding me?

The hotel has nice location in Doha with a good view, the service and staff are very friendly and helpful. If there recommended to visit Pure lounge for snacks or drinks.

Bad experience, pool in the pictures was too big, in reality is too small. No staff were available in the spa for long time. Soft skills issue in the reception desk. Negative vibe all over. Could not stay for one night and left early.

Lovely stylish and sleek 4 star hotel situated in Doha Old Town. Traditional Doubletree Welcome Biscuits presented upon arrival set the tone of making you feel very welcome. Paying the extra to book a room with a sea and city view is worth every penny as the view is priceless. The amazing buildings in Doha City light up after dark in multiple colours and we didn't shut our curtains for the whole week. The rooms a beautifully presented with firm but comfortable proper king-sized beds, wonderful linen, excellent air-con and HD TVs with 95 channells (about 10 in English)
The bathrooms have deep baths with rainfall showers and a glass partition between the bath and WC & bidet. The rooftop pool is small and drinks are expensive, £9 for a bottle of Corona but it's the only beer you can buy in the 'dry' country.
After 6pm it becomes Pure, a popular rooftop bar which attracts the local.
There is a spa are on the 12th floor with hot tub, steam room and sauna and a well equiped gym on the 13th floor.
We had a wonderful time and felt totally safe. Doha is an amazing developing city undergoing massive changes and will soon rival Dubai and Abu Dhabi as one of the 'must see' destinations in the middle east.

The rooms and the attention are very good. The swimming pool is chiquita and does not invite to be used. If the bar is to your around… The location is not the best but Doha is small and taxi's all within easy reach. I recommend to use the regular taxis and not the ones that operate the hotel that are very much more expensive than normal (e. G. Trip to the airport with taxi common between 30 and 40. With one request in hotel 120! )

I'm staying here for a week. Pros. — New, great staff, very clean and they fixed whatever I and a problem with in no time. — great place to have drinks at roof top Pure — I enjoyed their breakfast — I think the rates are acceptable — staff seems to be treated well here which makes the place have a good energy. Good job to whoever is running this place. And location is great as it's close to Muslims and downtown. You can walk go to many locations. Cons. Well not much except don't expect to swim in the pool. It's like 15 by 10 ft… Keep it up and thanks for the hospitality.

Very good location. Price is right. My room is spacious and comfortable. I like Hilton and the points. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Fitness center is well-done and works for me. Odd: with food, guests are obligated to the full buffet or room service. No in-between at least at this time. Dining room is rather institutional and not inviting. No comfy places to sit and relax in the hotel.
