Gokulam Park Doha

Close to National Museum it’s an actually at walking distance. Staff is very good. Stay is very comfortable. Room is very big and sleep is comfortable. Hot water available and also AC cooling is very good. Break fast is good and have limited options.
Over an excellent budget hotel to stay in Doha Qatar.

This is average service hotel with less prices but service was not up to standard, we have visited to meet our friend but admission informed us we are not allowed to visit our friend room however we presented our IDs. After long discussion it was allowed which were surprised for us. We are requested to management that after necessary documentation process guest should allowed. Rooms cleaning were not up to standard quality.

Ok hotel, the rooms are clean. Previous reviews about the bed headboard being old are true, but that’s the main flaw.
Fridge and heater work well, staff are generous with shampoo, water toothpaste etc. Wi-Fi is strong.
The place is walking distance to the national museum.

Decent stay for the price. Room was comfortable and spacious.
Hotel has its Restuarant and separate bar. Spa & massage facilities are available and very active during night. There is issue with parking, even though they provide valet parking facility.

The room was decent for the price and had basic toiletries. It was a bit cold and quite noisy. You could hear the noise from the neighbouring room as there was only a locked door dividing us. On the first night, there was some kind of a party downstairs and the noise was still audible on the seventh floor. Also, the bathroom could be improved. All in all, a decent hotel considering the price. The location is good and there is an affordable Indian restaurant nearby.

Gokulam Park Doha hotel is one of the worst embrassing expercience last night because I can't come inside the room I was stay in a lobby together my colleague the reason is more people to inside the room but before the booking I was clarify if its oki to allowing more people to come because there having a year end party and we said its okie because I will pay for room rent and I give extra money to pay for agreement even my colleague everytime to come but they cant followed. I complaint your staff on duty that day specially to manager the indian guy and two ladies please for give us only for eating inside after that we can go home but every time I come to receptionist there was rude even wen I talk to our situation but always said no I was dissapointed to all of you its my 1stym in hotel to encounter the people like that attitude and was not approachable your employee.

My experience with Gokulum is like a family because whenever I visit Doha I prefer to stay there. Best service, nice rooms, nice people especially Mr. Jaya. Best food with great taste also available.

I booked for a 5 days stay with 2 days breakfast, breakfast menu was very disappointed and in room they provided opened loose tea bags, which will absorb moisture and may not be good to use as its exposed directly to air, I asked to get fully covered tea bag sachet, the reception lady attitude was very rude and she told me, this is only they can provide.

As we planned to celebrate our first anniversary I was planned everything including my visit from dubai to Qatar in all busy schedules!. Accordingly I include this hotel booking with very high hope. Everything went well until we entered into the hotel. Because the booking person (my wife) has no physical id (even though she had metrash and I have my emirates id) they refused our booking and behaved very badly from reception and we don’t have any other choice to wait till their manager comes and we waited one hour. He didn’t come so we planned to go back to our villa to take back the id it tooks almost 3 hours for us to checkin the hotel and the time was almost hit 6:00 by we are checked in and as of their pitty when we asked they give us an extension of three hours bearly. Okey we adjusted everything but after that when we went to our room it’s very old one and not even painted at least for the past 5 years and we visited pool it’s closed from 6-6 and we can’t use it. Our complete mood was already gone with the hotel and in morning we again went to the pool then we see it very dirty and decorated with bird feathers and their poops. Aaahhh…. We are totally satisfied.! And we went back room for freshup again the two staff from their reception is calling us rapidly without giving us any time even though freshening up and the money we gave them become don’t even worth for a single penny.
