We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff were very accommodating and friendly throughout our visit. Special thanks to Ms. Ester for the warm welcome and excellent hospitality. Also, special mention to Subhankar Rudra the manager for their great service and kindness. They truly made our experience comfortable and memorable. Highly recommended!

I stayed at the hotel recently with my family and had a really good experience overall. Everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out, and the staff were friendly and easy to approach.
I’d like to mention Ms. Ana (Admin) because she was very helpful and accommodating during our stay. She made things easier for us and was always polite. The Housekeeping Department also did a great job—our room was always clean and well taken care of. You can tell the HK Manager is doing a good job managing the team because everything was well organized.
The room was comfortable and the stay was very relaxing. We didn’t have any issues, and it was just a pleasant experience all around. I’d definitely consider coming back again.

I had a wonderful stay at Fraser Suites Doha. The hotel itself is lovely and well maintained with an abundance of beautiful interior flowers and trees. The studio apartment I had was extremely spacious, well equipped, spotlessly clean and had the most amazing view. The staff were all fantastic — very friendly and welcoming and were more than happy to provide me with any help and advice I needed during my stay. I felt very safe and looked after which is extremely important as a solo female traveller. The breakfast was great, lots of choice and even a chef on hand to whip up an omelette. I didn’t use the pool or spa but made good use of the gym which was much better equipped than I would expect from a hotel gym. No power rack or barbells (which would be rare for a hotel gym! ) but a they have a smith machine, double sided cable machine as well as many other pieces of strength equipment and a good range of dumbbells. Wi-Fi was great. Location was perfect for me, within walking distance of Souq Waqif and Mina District, both of which I loved. There’s a convenience store not far up the road too. I loved my stay so much I am returning in a few weeks ☺️

I had a great stay at Fraser Suites! Mr. Bijaya, the housekeeping staff, was super friendly and helpful. The room was clean, well-maintained, and comfy. The lobby's flower setup looked fresh and beautiful. Location is awesome, just 18 minutes from the airport and Soq Corniche is nearby. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others! 😊

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Doha during our transit, especially traveling with kids. It was very comfortable for our family.

Customer care is outstanding, staff are always ready to help.
The hotel is clean, beautiful, fresh, and very pleasant, and the location is perfect — close to all the main attractions.
The only downside was the weather. It was very windy, so we couldn’t fully enjoy the rooftop pool at first. But on the second day, the kids couldn’t resist and went swimming anyway, and they were so happy!
Overall, we were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

Perfect hotel! very lovely staff, while arriving to the hotel we got a free upgrade which made the stay even better! The rooms are spacious and the housekeeping will make sure everything is up to standard. We even got a cake with happy birthday because it was the birthday of my boyfriend. Very nice surprise! The front desk staff are very welcoming and open.

Friendly, polite service. The food was delicious. We laughed with staff and enjoyed eating breakfast! The omelettes and eggs were cooked exactly to our liking. Highly recommend this hotel.
Room service was very good. Andadul was very friendly and polite. Always made our room very clean and comfortable. Towels and linen replaced regularly and fresh water left too.

My stay was nothing short of amazing from the check in and throughout the checkout, so smooth. From the room that was so clean, spacious, and well designed. Offering a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. The little touches, like the personalized service and thoughtful amenities made my experience truly memorable.

Arrived at the hotel, Kimberly was very polite and also upgraded our room. The room was big and had space with washing machine and kitchen but it was very dirty in the corners and the bath had not a clean smell. In the next days our room card were blocked for 3 times in a stay of 2 nights. So it is very disappointing to must reactivate room keys. Service use normal guest elevators — so long waiting at the elevators.
The view in the top of the hotel with the pool is amazing. Gym is also very big. But the hotel is far from a 5 star room, service and look.

Lovely hotel very clean and staff were very polite and helpful. The pool is great after a day site seeing, and lounger very comfortable. You can get soft drinks up there too. The walk into town to visit the suk is only about 20 minutes away and you can walk back along the river front marina. The food at this hotel was very nice too with a verity’s breakfast.

We chose this hotel because it had good reviews, but we were disappointed.
The staff were very nice and welcoming, always friendly and polite when passing them in the lobby. The location is also okay, not very far from the metro, museum, and Corniche.
However, the hotel is supposed to be 5-star, but the room felt like a 3-star room. The windows were dirty, and the view was terrible. The room was small and dark, which could be improved with better lighting. When showering, water leaked out onto the floor. Despite being two people, we were only given one hand towel. We asked for another, and while we received it, the next day it was missing again. There were no hangers for the hand towel either.
On the positive side, the room was cleaned well every day. The lobby was nice but did not feel like a 5-star experience. The top terrace looks impressive in photos, but the reality is not the same.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay especial mention to Ms Kimberly. Shes very attentive and always make sure that the customer are meeting all the expectations and needs.
Good Job Kimberly. Looking forward to stay again in this place coz its worth every penny.
