Very pathetic services, order breakfast at 6, remained at 7 shame full management.

It's a cool and a quiet place with good services offered. It's the place to be when you need to cool down and enjoy to stay here.

A highly recommended place, clean rooms and services that cater to guests' tastes.

Friendly helpful staff, the room and bathroom were very clean, big comfortable bed, nice hot shower, great room service, and a nice big window to view the city.

Stayed for short stopover between flights. Had to be up really early, so they opened up breakfast serving 20 minutes earlier just for us.

They had nice fresh food and fruits, cool atmosphere, big nice lounge and very comfortable rooms with drinks for self service in the room.

Small rooms, bland, unpalatable and stale food, smelly toilets.

4 star hotel, located in the heart of Doha. With a facilities of spacious and high tech rooms, pool, massage, gym and restaurant that serves delicious international buffet. See you soon for my next visit. I love plaza inn doha.

We had visited the atrium for dinner. The normal rate is Qr 80 per person. The staff was courteous. The food options could have been better. Taste wise it is good.

As of my opinion this is a good hotel for airport transfer guest. This is not too much expensive like some others in the area. You can get breakfast and lunch by using 100 Rs coupon here what is impossible in some other nearby hotels. I found rooms neat and clean. Staff behavior and service are good enough.

Big Lobby, have 4 lifts. Rooms are big and soo spacious especially ideal for families with kid/s. Nice restaurant. Very Polite Staff.

Market place is very close to the hotel. Good service and friendly staff.

The rooms are small. For two or more people will be cramped. The food is good, the buffet. There is a swimming pool and a gym.

This should be 1 or 2 star maximum. Old rooms. You have to ask for everything. Nothing available in your room. So if you want hair dryer, you must ask. If you want iron machine, you must ask. If your are 2 people in the room, you must ask for a second cup and towel. You have small window for ventilation. Which is very hard to open. The Wi-Fi is another story. You have to enter username and password every time you want to connect. Its slow also and disconnect alot. Staff are goog and helpful. Food is average. You have only 17 TV channels with bad reception. Blurry image on tv. I do not recommend anyone to stay in this hotel. You have alot of alternative with same price.

Should be 4 Star hotel but in my opinion is Maximum three. Be careful not all the Rooms are Clean. The personnel is kind and Food is ok. Suggest this hotel Only For a short period stay.

The place is quiet and all rooms facing the water. It’s beautiful and clean air. It’s in from main road.

3 star hotel. Friendly staff but very slow. Booked a 3 person room but they took over an hour to figure out how to accommodate booking. Located in Old Doha and 15-20mins walk to Islamic Museum and Souk.

Everything has been very old and the rooms need basic renovation. Hotel is secluded, restaurants contrary to description only open limited.

Staff are helpful service is very bad I was check in I found hair on the bed bed was very dirty they are not changing anything. If u want go there fist check the bed. U also can find use bed.

-Internet is very slow… requires log in a million times before allowing access. -Breakfast is the same forever… same 3 fruits, and the cooked stuff never changes. -Lawless smoking rules… people smoke everywhere. — hot water — hardly ever gets above slightly warm. -breakfast service is non existent … staff are solely focused on billing and signatures — corridors smell of smoke due to guests using bathrooms for smoking — asked for a iron and was given one which had 'out of order' written on it… — AC control panel was located outside of the room… senseless — Generally wouldn't recommend for more than a day or two. — bathroom drainage and plumbing needs an upgrade — Pool not regulated… no lane system, no rules, parents not controlling kids, not ideal for the business customer.

Excellent and helpful staff. All sorted in few moments. Room is clean and maintenance is very good. Will stay in every time I am in Doha. I recommend it highly.

Hotel is good for few days stay. The rooms are pretty clean and some of them are quite big for comfort too. Locating rooms might be a problem at times. Hotel staff is also very polite, helpful and food is also decent.

We had a 9 1/2 hr long stop-over in Doha, and Qatar Airways gave us this hotel for free. We were surprised that they gave us a nice hotel like the Plaza. Everything went very smoothly all the way from pickup at the airport, until driving us back after a good sleep. The room vas small, but everything you need is there. Free water and coffee / tea. Very friendly staff. We might go back there again. Thank you Plaza, and thank you Qatar airways.

It is one of the finest spectacular resting area one can utilize. Everything is orchestrated in a classical way. Food, rooms and staff all are awsome.

The Hotel is good in over all,
the Rooms are small but cozy, the bathroom might be bigger than the bedroom!
the staff are friendly and nice, cost VS services is very pleasing. a friend staying there had an issue of bugs in his bed, I personally didn't have such problem.
Food quality isn't consistent at all, breakfast is very repetitive, Laundry service isn't that amazing sometimes my cloth would come back not clean as I would expect them to be.

A relatively high quality and clean hotel. The buffet is delicious. However, there are minor shortcomings such as the maintenance of the facility.

I've been accommodated by Qatar Airways for a short sleep over the night. The lady at the reception received my passport 3rd out of 14 people and I've got the room the last one. They gave me a suite room which was large but it smelled hard of cigarette which was disgusting. I would not chose this place if I would have any choice. Room Tip: be sure that you ask for non-smoking rooms if you don't smoke.

Not on my top hotels of the world list, had a free voucher from the airline for a long layover. Next time I'll just use the pay in lounge at the airport. However, the staff is very nice, professional, and punctual.
