Very nice interior and very well maintained too although the walls and doors seem too thin because we could hear the people talking next door and also hear the occumpants of the rooms from the hallway.

Big sized room on the 5th floor but some furniture are tatty & old, the towels needs new replacement too! Free Wi-Fi slow speed and your number of devices are only limited to 3! Which did not state online if I've known this we would NOT have booked this hotel. I've been on travelling since August 2017 to date and stayed in almost 3to4 stars this is the hotel I've encountered that have limited devices. Note I'm still currently staying in this hotel for 9 days.

Unique Botique Hotel, 2 floors only. May access sa mall. Maganda yung lobby. Slow Wi-Fi connection.

Very accomodating staff, nice rooms with a reasonable prices.

They need to improve their parking system and internet speed.

Direct access to the Mall. Bed really comfortable. Friendly staff.

9/18/17 — Check in Area looks good but the internet sucks. 1mbps connection speed. Not ideal for anyone who want to stay while working.

No frills hotel right next to the mall.

A so so boutique hotel which part of the Robinsons Magnolia Mall. An affordable hotel to stay with easy access to the city. A wide variety of public transport is also available which makes this hotel a good place to stay for in the city.

The network is really suck here, event I just open GOOGLE, it's difficult to reach. Really awful.

Summit Hotel Magnolia is a great city hotel for business trips and, as in our case, pre and post wedding stay. Amenities are good except that they don't have a pool. Staff make sure you're well taken care of.

Too far from downtown but there's a big mall right next to the hotel though. The room is clean but lack of service. After all it's only a 3 star hotel. It's good for budgeted trip.

Very clean and spacious. 4 stars because there's no gym and poolbut everything else is great!

Breakfast is terrible. Laundry service was so bad.

Totally disappointed! We booked for an overnight stay in Fabulous room and paid in advance (1 month in advance)! Imagine our disappointment when we checked in at around 3pm and saw that there were 15 people in that room laughing and partying. We immediately informed the front desk but to our dismay said there was no one in the room, the lady mentioned that maybe we made a mistake checking in another room number! Imagine! and They did not even bother to check. We went back again to our room and there they were. All 15 of them. Still, the front desk made us look stupid telling there was no one. Apparently after much discussion, we had learned that the Operations Manager has access key and he is in fact showing the rooms. Room that has been Paid in advance! There are 3 things that were totally wrong in this basic concept of Customer service. Paid in advance — yet they showcased the room for others The ladies in the front desk contested what we saw — as if we were stupid The Operations manager mentioned that the people were from media (SO, does that mean any other customer other than media is of a lower form? ) That proves customer is not being valued here in this hotel, more than the customer is the money. … and by the way, the reception smells terribly bad coming from faulty drainage of the restroom. The room is Fabulously stinky as well…
