Hubby and I needed a room for 8 nights while my dad had heart surgery and I love its proximity to the Philippine Heart Center. The staff were always courteous and quick to provide whatever we asked for. Breakfast was good. Very good service for such a cheap price so I highly recommend this.

I always choose this hotel for work/personal trips in QC. Rooms are at affordable rates, spacious and comfy. Staff are accommodating and pleasant. Wide array of breakfast menu (filipino and continental dishes).

Nice clean rooms and generous serving on the complementary breakfast.

I do not recommend this place. Two weeks in advance I made a reservation through Agoda using my credit card. I then called the hotel 2 days before check-in to confirm my reservation. I was then told they needed full payment 24 hours before check-in, using bank transfer or directly to hotel. Cancelled reservation. I stayed at hundreds of hotels in the past and never came across this policy. Management needs to review their reservation/payment policy. Again I do not recommend this hotel.

It has been our home most of the time since it is nearby our office. Most of the employees are very courteous and kind. Try the pinaputok na tilapia in their cafe.

The rooms were comfy and the staff was really nice. Free breakfast coupons for every guest.

I did my staycation here on New Year holiday. Few staff on duty during those days but efficient. The room was clean. My only complaint is there's no bidet:-).

A typical basic hotel. I have problems opening the door with the key card few times and had to go to the reception to reprogram it. The air-conditioning in the room are quite old school and vibrate with a irritating noise. One thing good is there are fast food joints and 24 hour convenience stores near by.

The place is not bad, good for affordable stay.

Beef Tapa for breakfast is better than the other list in the menu. The room is so-so.

Stayed here for a week in February. Staff was friendly and accommodating, they all knew my name by the second day. Rooms were clean. Cold San Mig available in the restaurant. Grocery store and a zillion eating options available within walking distance. Laundry and massage service available through the hotel.
