We stayed 06-20/21-2018 The room is clean, the staffed is OK. The food buffet is OK also, just don't expect much too much for food, but everything is fine. Until such time were about to check out. No one assisted us and the sad thing about this was, I forgot the birthday gift inside our room fridge. If there's a staff looking after us upon checking out maybe there's a big chance that they might be able to return my birthday gift while waiting for our taxi But anyways, I swear not to come back here anymore…

Me and my husband are so sad… Mabuhay Manor hotel is already a part of our lives… we've been staying there since 2006 … we love all the employees specially at the restaurant… They been very nice to us. I'm giving them a big thumbs up on how they treat their guests. We've been from other hotels but there's only one like Mabuhay Manor…

The street that this hotel is on can be a bit sketchy, but the overall location is great! It is close to the MOA and airport with stores within walking distance. The breakfast was decent as well. The suite was a good size, but the bed was very hard. Wifi signal was decent. Staff was nice, but the wooden decor was not my preference. Bathroom was very small and the shower head didn't work properly.

Solid 4 star rating: Most hotels in Manila are like a 2.5 — 3 star but this one would have to be a 3.5 star to me thanks to the higher quality rooms but the staff and pool are closer to a 4.5, so all together a solid 4. Not a 5 star hotel because of the very minor details of the room. Pros: Easy check-in Nicest hotel I've stayed in while in the Philippines Large pool with a kiddie pool Concierge service was a very nice and unexpected surprise Friendly and quick service Very good A/C Water boiling pitcher in room with coffee mix Decent price Free Mall shuttle Cheap massages Also cheap mani/pedi but only if the manicurist is there on that day Cons: Sheets were clean but few stains Very slight smell, maybe from the rain from the typhoon or because there's no air fresheners (I'm not sure) Mini-Fridge isn't so cold but gets the job done Road leading to hotel is narrow and looks sketchy SUGGESTION: My flight landed at 10am but check-in was at 2pm. Contact them and they will more than likely work with you to get you a room early but contact them ahead of time! This worked for me and I'm so happy/greatful! Obviously based on room availability I wish I took pictures because the room was very nice in Manila standards but standard in USA standards.

Nice location. Clean room. Friendly staff. Sumptuous breakfast buffet. Free shuttle to SM Mall of Asia. Delicious Tinola. Sadly they're open only until July 2018 due to renovation according to their staff.

Customers services are provided 24hrs They were very helpful in making our stay comfortable. We ended up switching room due to less internet signal that was not available in the room. Wish was nicer then the first room. Everything was in walking & grab distant to all our needs to enjoy our stay there.

Mabuhay Manor, is this hotel safe place to stay? Recently we found the news that break in, how we secure to stay in this hotel? Security is always one every time for the past years. Hopefully it change this set up and more security personnel at night. It's pricey also the rooms and old hotel. It a beautiful place we always love to come here and so overwhelmed to stay … we love the every breakfast and restaurant foods. Nearby everygood places and malls.

Very clean and comfy. Bang for the buck. Excellent service.

Good place also for meditation. I just hope for an aircon in the cubicle prayer room.

Stayed there for 3rd time… 5 star service, food and rooms.

Hospitable staff, there's a pool and some garages for cars, the room we occupied was very large and comfortable complete with air-conditioning, TV, oven, and kettle, the bathroom had two toilets plus a shower that provides hot or cold water, there's also a sink and several bath towels available. I'm glad to even see a Bible in a table. Only problems are that although they do have Wi-Fi, but it's slow and needs improvement. Also, the pool needs more maintainance, the pool has several dirty stuff floating in the surface. From floating up. Overall, our stay here was fantastic, we really enjoyed it!

Been their customer for many years now, the place very accessible to everything, free rides going and coming back from MOA with their schedules posted, served foods amazing, relaxing and semi private pool, you can request with a quite room where u can be in ur own world, drop n pick up at the airport available with cheaper fees, no husstle, which makes u feel safe all the way, staffs r helpfuLL, smiling, thank you to all of you,

We stayed here everytime my husband arrive from Riyadh. I loved the buffet food, the brewed coffee and the very approachable staff.

Its located near Baclaran area. You can do bargain shopping or go to the famous baclaran church which is within walking distance if you need some morning exercise. Hotel rate is within the lower budget range. Rooms are usually available. If you are on transit flight, this hotel is very near the ninoy aquino international airport so catching your connecting flight will not be much of a problem. Staff are friendly. Food costs are reasonable.

The hotel is a converted motel to a budget and family friendly hotel. Their rooms are on the outdated side but very spacious and just worth the price you pay for. The staff is also very accomodating. Minus 1 star due to a recent security breach that happened to them.

If I rate this good then everyone will want to go and I will have to find another favorite place. Very good location to the market, atm and mall of asia. Excellent staff!

Great service. Nice facilities. Wi-Fi and cable available but going there by wheels is a complete nightmare due to horrendous traffic. I suggest you go around by foot. Because that's how you enjoy the perfect reason to be in this hotel: the discount paradise Baclaran!

Great Experience, the place was easy to locate, nice and clean room. My kids enjoy their stay especially the pool. Great service.! Worth the price.

I love it since there's a special floor for people who wants to have a quiet prayer time. For only P30/hour. Sulit! God bless the Mabuhay Manor!

It was so accessible to everything like shopping, dining and transportation. Though we don't have our own car it wa so convenient to reach thru public vehicles. Also the hotel itself was so nice, clean and the staff are so friendly and helpful. It was my first visit and will never forget the experienced. Thanks.

Very clean rooms and well appointed. Price of room was good but food prices seemed a bit high. Dinner for 1 was 700 and breakfast was 350. Also transportation to airport would have been 480 but instead took Uber for 140. Good overall experience though.

Located close to MoA and a short journey from Manila airport. Decent sized rooms and reasonably priced. Staff are warm and courteous. Recommended for short 1 or 2 night stays.

Had a great time there. The rooms were big and roomy. The CR is also very good! They have hot showers. You can have your towels replaced everyday. In some rooms, the shower is separate from the toilet. Which is real good! They also have a decent pool. The staff is ok. I was with a huge batch of students because we stayed there for a week due to a convention. When we arrived there, some of the students and other school staff said that some of the people at the reception or hotel staff were rude to them. That's why I gave the 4 stars. But when we brought this up to the management, they apologized naman. So overall it was an ok lang experience.

The room was very clean and cheap. The staff was extremely helpful! Location convenient to the airport and Mall of Asia.

Stayed in a team room with my family over the week-end. Enjoyed the clean, spacious room, the firm beds, the friendly staff and the yummy Filipino food. Even the cabinets were more than sufficient. Also enjoyed the Baclaran shopping experience. The malls were just walking distance from the hotel. I never realized there was so much to see and buy (! ). We had relaxing time. Excited to do it again.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. We travelled with 5 and 9 year old and lots of luggage and despite the stairs up to the elevator this was one of the nicest places we stayed in the 3 nights were in Manila. Thank you (Marikit) especially Buboy my dear friend for such a wonderful hair stylist to enhance the perfect color on my hair. You did a wonderful job. Overall I fully enjoy our stay and I recommend this place to everyone.

A pretty great hotel with a decent breakfast buffet. The room I staryed in was very spacious, had multiple lights, a mini fridge, closet, a pull out couch, water warmer, shower room, sink room, and toilet room. They charge for extra towels, soap, etc. Went down to the lobby for a pitcher of water to put into my warmer. The lobby has things like chess, money exchange, computers, sunka, a dining area, a bar, and sometimes live music. The information desk was very helpfull in providing us with all the answers we needed regarding the room, tours, and transportation.

We enjoyed a one night stay ready for an early flight the next day. It is well located close to the airport (10-15mins in Hotel shuttle) and close to the Mall of Asia. We spent some time in the pool and the mall before sleeping in the deluxe room, which is pretty big, 2 double beds and a pull out! Got a good breakfast and fast shuttle back to the airport! Would recommend!

Previously have stayed and enjoyed this hotel. Booked for three days for a family reunion and had two rooms in very close proximity to ongoing renovations/ building work. Had to suffer extensive noise, hammering, drilling, sawing from 8 in the morning until 9 in the evening. Also had to contend with extremely strong smell of adhesive in room. Sorry but wouldn't have booked had we known this was going on. Most hotels would have shut and not done this around paying guests or at least closed rooms in proximity to work. Won't be coming again.

Liked the pool and closeness to MOA. Very easy to get to and to move around. Rooms were clean and service personnel helpful.

Such poor customer service. First, I booked to be picked up at the airport and they told me they would have to charge me 450 pesos, which was fine. Upon arriving to the hotel and checking into our room we settled in to rest. 30 minutes later the phone rang. Peter at the fromt desk called to tell me that he wanted to come up to my room so he could collect the balance that I owe since they have to charge me 780 pesos instead of 450 pesos since I had a party of 5. I told him I was in bed resting and I would pay it when I go downstairs into the front lobby. I was tired and didnt feel like arguing about petty change even though there should have been no reason to charge me extra. Then as soon as I came downstairs to the front lobby indtead of being greeted the first thing out of their mouths was my balance for the pick up service from the airport. I was so disgusted. I booked for two nights. On the second day the same guy Peter tried to charge me per head for the other people that was staying with me in the hotel. I had to argue with him because I booked a room online that had two queen size beds and a double size sofa bed for $105 dollars. I had my sister, aunt and two cousins with me. My sister and I shared one of the queen size beds and my aunt and other cousin shared the other. My other cousin used the double sofa bed. We all fit just fine in the deluxe room. There was plenty of space for all of us.

We have stayed here twice already. The last time was this May 2016 for 4 nights. For the price you pay, it is worth every penney. We basically paid about $70/per night for 4 nights, buffet breakfast included with round trip airport transfer. The Manor has free shuttle to Mall of Asia twice a day. They also do Baclaran Shopping with a staff as your Shopperone for 500 pesos. We had business matters to attend to and we rented their van and along with a driver who waited for us until we were done all for 1800P ($39) for 4 hrs. I don't know where you can get a deal like that. Their staff gives their personal touch to everything they do. Whatever you need, whether it's the closest ATM, the nearest sari-sari store or you need a local SIM card, just tell the front desk clerk and they will bend over backwards for you. It is not in the nicest neighborhood, their room are very basic but clean, cable TV (but old, but then we didn't stay in the room much), there is hot/cold shower, A/C, and most importantly, toilet that flushes. If you're expecting a hotel that will "Wow" you as you set foot in the lobby, there is Solaire Resort and Casino across the highway. Expect to pay $180-$250 a night!

Very nice hotel, clean and the staff are approachable. Had a free tour bus. Wifi access area and I love that they have some entertainment games like sungka my dad was able to play chess. I remember somebody selling balut too. Lol. All in all, love everything about this hotel plan to. Stay here again with my family when we come back to the Phillippines.

Rubbish hotel we stayed there and my family and had bad experience few years ago and even give me phobia to stay in hotels in Manila. We recieve call in our room asking for a quota and don't know what for? This hotel don't even deserve a star. So disappointing. Good for them I didn't make a complaint I don't want to waste my time.

Stayed the night of November 19, 2015 and again for 2 nights December 6, 7.2015. I like the hotel primarily because of close proximity to the airport and shopping i. E. Moa. The staff are friendly and ready to give assistance. And that is one thing that is important to me — the staff. They treat you as a valued visitor. Every time I asked for something, like new towels, news paper — they respond immediately. I arrived late close to midnight, and I'm in dire need of Pesos because I will be travelling at dawn the next morning. I asked the security guard for the closest ATM and he told me that it's just around the corner. Not knowing the area and to my surprise, he escorted me to the ATM, I NEVER expected that! The next morning before travelling to the province, I asked the security guard (different person this time) where I could purchase a local SIM card, he gave me directions to it and then he escorted me this sari-sari store. I was really amazed how the hotel genuinely care for their guests. The rooms are clean and large. Everything in the room are in working condition to include the AC. The small refrigerator is adequate to keep refreshments cold. TV is small and outdated. I recommend the hotel to provide flat screen at least 35 inch or above to keep pace with more modern hotels. Overall, I am very satisfied to stay in this hotel and strongly recommend to others.

This was a great place to stay. I had been traveling all around the Philippines and Thailand on my holiday. This was the top 1 0r 2 hotels I had stayed in. By far it had the best bathroom and the rooms were big. The only let down was the TV was an old one not the best but hey there service was tops from the breakfast to the Doorman all was wonderful. I coming back to Manila later this year and I will be staying here again and would recommend The Mabuhay Manor to everyone. Well I all ready have to some friends.
