A good place to stay. Mababait mga staff nila. It was our quarantine facility for 4days.

Great experience in this hotel since it's my first time, the location is great MOA, Manila bay, Market and other places that famous on visiting is near from this hotel. The staff here is so friendly and approachable! Thank you for the great services! ❤❤❤❤ I love their room!

When I was in 88 Courtyard Hotel the hotel is a very comfortable and the employees are very great. The rooms are very clean and the pool is very beautiful. There foods are delicious. The hotel is a eco-friendly and I gave them a 5 star because I was amazed to the employees who treated well the guests like me. We will recommend 88 Courtyard Hotel to my other friends and also to my family. Two thumbs up for you guys.

It was my first time in hotel the service are good, they respect and give their best to their guest. Im feel comfortable while im staying in their hotel the foods are so delicious, the pool are clean and the room is so very nice it is afford of everyone. It was my first time in the hotel and everything inside the hotel makes us satisfied from the lobby up to the food they are serving! The food was so delicious and appetizing! We even ordered for more! The employees are very polite and the room that we have stayed in is so clean and it has a very good smell and also their hotel rate is so affordable. Its a perfect place to unwind and enjoy life. Employees are very approachable. The rooms are clean and well organize, budget friendly ❤They always smile that would made you feel special❤ I would reccomend this hotel to my friends and family.

Rooms are very very noisy, Wi-Fi is appalling. Front reception staff could not get their act together with fairly standard special requests and left us feeling less than enthused about returning. The free breakfast is actually done via a takeout next door.

I had a very bad experience in this hotel. Our stay was fine, we decided to staycay overnight because the kids wanted to swim. The pool was clean. I just find it weird that when you request for a CHANGE TOWEL they will charge you So okay we just endured the wet ones. Come next morning, the next room was really noisy I thought thatmaybe they were just enjoying. I opened the door to see what's the noise about only to find out that room service was on going and those who were ma…king noise were the employees of this hotel! Goodness! And the worst part it, when I checked out they inform me that "MAY IHI PO YUNG KAMA" about a size of bottom of a glass which I wonder because my 2 BABIES were on diapers and it didnt really smell strong at all to conclude that it was urine. I kept on telling them that the water was from the pool (since my baby peed when we were swimming and lied her down to bed for a minute after) and as I became hysterical they told me to calm down because they were just asking (even if I had answered for the nth time already. ) BTW, 2 managers 2 housekeeping and a guard were there versus I and my 3 kids. The management told me that I HAVE TO PAY 1500 for it.

Staff are so accomodating, my needs upon request were given attention almost in pronto. Thanks and more power!

I must Say that we had a good stay at this Hotel. Everything was perfect. Exceeded my expectation and I would like to commend ALL of the staffs especially the Operations Manager for being so kind and so approachable ❤️EVERYONE made sure that we had a wonderful stay, we got all we need in a very fast response and my daughter really enjoyed her birthday ☺️☺️

It is nice because it's a walking distance to baclaran church, near MOA, airport, victory liner and many more and affordable too.

Though it was just a small hotel, it was better than the other hotels nearby. The staff were accommodating, polite and cheerful to guest. I think it was a 3 star level hotel but it was a great experience.

Kids enjoyed the pool. Room is clean and comfy. Staff were very courteous and accomodating.

Location ok. Beds are ok. No hot water in the shower, not so many TV channel choices, no good shower floor drain, worst part was a wake up call was forgotten almost missed my flight!

Checked in last sunday may 20, 2018. Very disapppinted. Waited outside the hotel for about 10mins but no one came out to assist me with my luggage. But saw your staff talking inside the hotel. I carried my own luggage from my car to the lobby! Small parking space and still your own service car didnt park properly! Room has mosquitos inside.

Good Clean Modern No Smoking Hotel, with a small smoking area near the clean small swimming pool. Very helpful Staff with a small dining area with guest parking available. Good location opposite Roxas Boulevard in Pasay District directly in front of service road which will take you to the SM Mall of Asia which is a huge Shopping Mall with ample parking & taxis.

Been here for 3 days, my review starts with the pros and cons and my summary. I give you my unbiased review, making sure your money is spent well on these kinds of hotel. Pros: — Good water pressure and hot/cold shower — Well lighted room — Cabled TV is clear — Aircon is good — Bed is good — One table for your work and a plug underneath — They have a cabinet — Friendly staff Cons: — Room Food Service Menu, too many not available products. — Annoying Wifi "HOTSPOT INTERNET SERVICE" You need to go back to the counter and ask for another Wi-Fi password because you are only given 24 hours internet. Why not remove the 24 hours usage and make it unlimited. I have to go back down from the 3rd floor to the counter on the ground floor everyday just for a silly Wi-Fi password. — Did not like the calamares. (Why did I need to say this? because it was too oily) — 3rd floor Wi-Fi is broken, you can't connect to it. You have to use the 2nd floor's Wi-Fi to connect for their Wi-Fi. Summary: Its a good basic hotel, stay for an overnight. Just don't expect too much of their in-house services Wi-Fi and food services thumbs down unfortunately. If they could improve their services, they well deserve a 4 or 5 but until issues are not resolve this rest with a 3. I.

Toilet has "poop" floating. The hotel definitely knows how to surprise their guests. Bathroom shower doesn't drain. Housekeeping unclogged the drain, but the problem lies on a poorly pitched floor. Towels look more like rags. They probably have them since they started operation in the 80's. This my review — — quick and dirty!

Good for a quick visit not good for a long stay also make sure of what You are paying for we've been denied breakfast even we pay for it.

Great hotel for the price, and good location near MOA.

This hotel is one of the best hotels in Manila in my opinion. Located on Roxas Boulevard, it is close to Mall of Asia and next door to Kenny Rogers. Excellent rooms, very professional staff and with easy access to Manila Airport. Frre breakfast is served at Kenny Rogers 24/7.

Only for fun b4 I dapart from manila a little diversion for playing games. Winner of a heart of love.

Not transparent regarding with their spa services… overpricing… giving coupon for Wi-Fi and we book in for 3 nights and dont even connect once… low low low quality service and breakfast is not good just like eating on a fastfood … I can even just give no star for you… its their fault how the massage became 3000 and we paid 2000 … but the masseur first ask 2400 for two of my company at first just thought we pay 1000 for couple massage and didnt clarify that ventosa is 1000 each and the balance they just forcely deducted on our bond which supoosedly my transpo goin back to samar… you should put the price of each service what we think is you are only making money out of foreigners… unluckily we are on budget trip sorry.

Friends here encounter housekeeping misogyny, although the front desk and the manager has a serious reception, but the feeling is still bad.

Great experience, very clean hotel close to airport in Manila. Shuttle service was easy to book, inexpensive (450 Piso). Beds were comfortable and clean.

Close to mall of Asia, mrt need one ride but its Ok, close to airport BAD: internet sometimes is bad but most of the times is good enough, I used Skype to make phone calls works good, but magic Jack works great, at night you can walk from avenue to hotel no. Problem but not walk around. They have taxi a little expensive but very good service I can't deny it. In general great hotel 4 starts because the last floor make noise from the roof.

The Hotel is so lala. Breakfast has to be received at the neighboring Kenny Rogers fast food resto. Instead of a more personal service at the hotel. Louder than the planes on the approach to Manila airport is the plumbing system of the building. The pipes are really noisy; maybe no ventilation. Sorry, not again.

Hi, I wanted to address an incident that happened the last time my husband and I stayed in your hotel. It happened few days ago when we were sleeping and somebody open our room's door. We were really bothered but really tired that made us ignore it but the next morning I told this to one of your staffs just so we can expect some call of apologies from your manager on duty, but nothing happened, maybe that stupid and arrogant guy was not even around that time that's why he didn't care at all! I will not even try to recommend this hotel to other people. Sorry, but not sorry.

Nice hotel with good pricing and very clean rooms. Only oddities was that the included breakfast was next door at Kenny Rogers and that there was no mini bar in the room. Otherwise, our stay was great. We were able to check in a bit over an hour early.

The outdoor swimming pool is nice. Airco in the room was a bit noisy. Water pressure in the shower was excellent. All in all a decent stay for the money.

This hotel is good even if it's small but the staff will give their best service, they give you the satisfaction that you need. :) Thank you 88 Courtyard. :)

Q: What kind of a hotel who does not serve coffee because the machine is busted a while ago n didn't bother to have it fixed? A: 88 COURTYARD kind a hotel.

I use to stay at the Heritage hotel just up the road but 88 Courtyard Hotel is the friendliest hotel I have stayed at for a long time. Rooms fantastic staff great and next door is Kenny Rogers chicken shop. The food is unbelievable. What a great place to stay.

I love that hotel I got there At april 29 may 1 last swim 4 hours after swimming we go to 88 courtyard Kenny Rogers roster and wee watched avengers age of ultron you saw iron man mascot it was me real dude Real real.

Hotel facilties itself was nice but the reception and front desk people aren't. The tall guy today at the reception area was searching for a bath towel that we weren't provided. He made face after knowing we weren't really provided with one. Please know that we paid for our accommodation and won't lie on our teeth just for one bath towel if we really had one. Noone even bothered a simple sorry. I hope the management will take notice of this so as not to lose clients. Thanks! God bless those who know how to accept mistakes when they do. Planning to book here again.

Situated near NAIA which is really convenient. The hotel is good but the bed sheets were a bit dirty and stained. The rooms weren't soundproof so I can hear everybody outside.
