Rooms are large and spacious. Very convenient since it is in EDSA close to Roxas Boulevard. Great staff… service with smiles…

We booked a room with my friends. Surprisingly, the living room is not air-conditioned and doesn’t have any electric fans! It was very humid, and embarrassing! The only area that has a built in aircon was in the small bed room! Our experience was like on a room that doesn’t have any electricity! Very bad experience! I will never recommend this place to my friends and family! NEVER!

It is to bad and hotel has no free Wi-Fi.
but must pay very much to connect intetnett. Also no including breakfeast and breakfeast is to expensive. It is better to eat breakfeast outside. The cleaning of room is bad and lot of flies and moskitos is very irritable. Not the hotel I choose next time.

Its nice place very clean the room and the living room. The food is ok. The staff is ok too.

I Arrived at the hotel at 1300 after long hours of flight with a fully paid booking of just 1 night, completed check in after to be told I have to give deposit of 2000 pesos for incidentals, while handing my credit card I was told the amount will be refunded in 2 weeks, I was shocked as it is usually an authorization that will be cancelled the same day, so I refused to give it and explained that I will pay for any extras by cash on the spot as I am leaving early next day, the "senior" front office refused and kept me around 30 mins to look for a policy that support her claim, as it was not in my booking policy. When she could not find it and I complained about waiting she looked at her watch and said check in time at 1400. Kept waiting for another 30 mins although few minutes ago the room was ready. Not a good end for my Philippines trip.

Nice quaint apartelle. Clean and very courteous staff. Private cars with drivers always available.

Very friendly staff, large room, but no Wi-Fi in the room, obligation to pay for drinks directly and so if you are at the pool in a swimsuit, you should always have money on you.

The hotel looks a little dated and can certainly benefit from a refresh however it is still a great place to stay. The staff are all friendly and helpful. I stayed 2 different times during a recent holiday and was very happy and impressed. My rooms were perfectly made up and clean. They were cleaned daily. The rooms themselves were huge, air conditioner worked fine. The TV was a large one with great reception and many channels. Hot water in both the shower and the sink. The odd thing was that the bathroom sink as actually in the room, not in the bathroom. Breakfast was terrific and there was plenty of it. The pool area on level 2 is well kept and a nice area with garden to relax. The hotel is at the end of the airport runway and you don't really notice the planes because the noise doesnt intrude into the hotel but if your an airplane enthusiast then this hotel has some great rooms to view the airport. I will definitely stay here again.

A place for families… definitely a great help esp if there is a baby and you need kitchen utility to sterilize things like feeding bottles, etc.

Unfortunately it is located on the HauptverkehrsstraßeEDSA, which is also busy at night. If you have street front the room it will be noisy.

The security guard always asking us every time we go inside and out of the hotel like we're not guest here. I don't recommend this hotel and won't come back.

It is quite expensive. Online reservation has hidden charges upon check in. It is okay to pay more but make sure that customers will be satisfy with the stay. First, the 2pm check in took so long to process that we waited for an hour before we can get into the room and I am dead tired from my flight. Then Wi-Fi is not free. Like what the hell. We pay too much and that thing is not even free? No complimentary water. You need to pay everything. And everything they had is with exepensive charges. Pool is okay. But the complimentary breakfast is so poor. It cant make you feel full at all. I notice that they actually treat the foreigners more special than the locals. That is not just fair. The TV is old and the remote is dead. Lol. Wtf!. I dont mind paying much as long as it makes me happy and comfortable. But I was stressed out. What I only like is the cleanliness of room and spacious. Those guards are with full smiles but just kept on asking what is the room number everytime they see us.

Good location for access to the airport and MOA (Mall of Asia). Good value for money with decent apartments, pool and good customer service. We booked through Agoda website. They offer clothes washing service too with same day option (costly compared to using a nearby service but convenient if in a hurry). They also have some larger rooms which are great if lots of family/friends are dropping by or if you just want more space.

What I didn't like here is that everytime we go in and out of the hotel, the security always ask our room number. And they didn't even greet us before asking like hello, we are guest here. But the rest is okay. Will not come back here and not recommend it.

Their family rooms are great! You can bring and cook your food there. Nice rest rooms too.

The room was incredibly clean and nice but because of the busy streets and close proximity to the airport it was very very loud. The cleanliness is worth it. Our room had three bedrooms and a kitchrn. It was very easy to catch a taxi out front. And the staff takes your luggage up to your room on a cart.

We liked it so much very convenient, We have been here many times with my Fiance. The service was great and very accommodating people. We are looking forward to stay here again soon. Just waiting for my Fiance arriving. God Bless.

Not the place you'd go to if you want to get sleep. Located brilliantly to most places, but this is largely most of the problem. You can see the attempts made to block the noise from one of their doors, but nowhere else. Also, evidently it would pay to video the conversations you have with their staff. They tend to forget what you thought they booked you for. The place itself is clean, the bathroom is adequate. The beds are comfortable. But again, you won't be able to sleep unless you don't mind a LOT of traffic noise even from the top floor.

Great option for hotel with bigger rooms, along Edsa. However its an old building. Good customer service. Good for family of 4 to 6 if you get the one bedroom. Book online, its a thousand cheaper than go walk in.

Nice hotel and friendly staff, but renovations to the room under mine was a constant distraction. They would stop when asked, but continued each day. The constant pounding was unbearable. The front desk will exchange US dollars, but make sure your paper money has not the slightest tear in it.

I enjoy staying here when I need to go to the airport or when I come from the airport before I go to other parts of the Philippines people are always very nice and it's a great price.

Great staff, they are currently updating probs of the hotel and when done a higher rating will be noted. The restaurant has great food, but too bad it is in flight path of NIA.

I've stayed on several occasions and I really enjoy this hotel, even though you have to pay extra for internet. The pool area is quite a little oasis and the adjacent restaurant serves consistently excellent food at very reasonable prices. They should put a little less chlorine in the pool though. The rooms are comfortable enough although the beds can get squeaky :) I can also walk to my favorite Thai massage place half way to the Mall of Asia (bring your facemask if you don't like smog though! ). Much more relaxed vibe than the gaudy Heritage next door but if a big bed and Internet are your priorities you may opt to go there instead.

My wife and I stay at the Copacabana whenever we're in Manila. Not the flashiest hotel in town, but the apartments are affordable and clean, with comfy beds. The poolside restaurant has a decent menu, and though not haute cuisine, the chef can rustle up a decent burger or steak. The mango and chocolate crepe is to die for though. Staff are always friendly, helpful and courteous. Within easy walking distance of Mall of Asia.

I was at the beginning of Dec. 2015. Rooms large and clean. Likewise, the bathroom. The Pool is excellent. The meals from the restaurant were tasty. Location of the hotel is ideal, near the airport and close to Aisiamal.

VERY BAD SERVICE I havent even stayed in the hotel. I am trying to book in for the whole familly on the phone and as it is international call the reception/phone line was not good so I got the lady name Royale or Roselle from the booking area to repeat herself and he just yelled at me on the phone so I was shock and so I just hang up. If thats the service on the phone how much more so face to face. VERY VERY BAD SERVICE … before this anyway I rang for booking I spoke to May first and she said she will email me the confirmation but no email received so I rang again and spoke to Royal or Roselle and thats the service I got. Whoever the manager is they should look at the attitude of their staff and re-trained them again. I though maybe you get better services on nice hotel as you are paying them more but actually not. What a disappointment.

I commend kuya Edwin Senoro (hotel guard) for assisting us sa pag kuha nang taxi every time na lumabas kme to avoid sa manga manlolokong taxi driver. Thank you kuya sa pag sita sa driver nang NINE STAR TAXI plate # UVB-696 na sumingil samin nang 800php mula Intramuros back to Copacabana hotel. Salute sayo kuya Rm 1120 (belle&Cuie)

Hotel near the airport. Great room (#610) large kitchen, large bedroom with balcony u view of the pool. All clean. Eat u breakfast in the climate room or outdoors next to the pool. Near Asiamall.

Bad hotel. Expect everything to be American prices despite the fact that you're in Philippines. Its overpriced I paid around $75 / night. Internet is additional $11 per night. Very overpriced for manila. And I had a really bad experience in the spa getting ear candling done. Not only did she charge me double but she pushed really hard on my ear drum it was so painful I had to yell really loud to make her stop applying pressure. She laughed and indicated that her english was not so good so she thought "no more pressure" meant "more pressure". They also did not provide AC in the spa it was hot and sweaty until I specifically requested they turn it on. Also the pool smelled really strong of chlorine we only swam for about 5 minutes and thought it best to get out. Under the chlorine smell it smelled sour too. Would not consider staying here again, although the full kitchen was nice. Also in general the employees seemed pretty unhappy.
