Have reunited with my friends after 25 years and enjoyed staying with the rest of my families. We always choose to stay here at Marriott everytime we go for vacation from Canada, because of their excellent service and friendly staff. Compliment goes to “Crystal” from the Lobby Bar and the rest of her colleagues, also a big shout out to the Front Desk and the rest of the Lobby security and staff. Had a wonderful time for a week at Marriott Manila our room had an overlooking view of the golf course. The food was tasty and the staff were very friendly to us. I could not wait to be back in that place again.

They are so accommodating and everything is good, the room is big and neat and the housekeeping staff is very kind and helpful specially Chris I don't know his full name but he is so nice they help us for everything. I will stay here again for sure.

This is for Marriott cafe. Worst service ever. We dined for dinner and was amazed by their innovative way of taking orders for buffet, using qr code. But we didn't expect that it would take too long to serve and worst, wala talaga. We had to follow up to different servers but still, matagal talaga. They didn't even inform us that some orders are not available.

Stayed here for mandatory quarantine after Covid test. Excellent staff from when your driver picks you up, check in the front desk, door service and security checking out. Will definitely come back to this hotel when I visit again.

Amazing executive suites! Got upgraded from a king room to a suite for being a Gold Elite member. I even asked them to buy me some office supplies for the long quarantine which they provided to me free of charge while waiting for my COVID result. I am truly amazed on how their service was at par with most international Marriott product lines and definitely will stay again on my next business trips. I was hoping for the casino to be open at resorts world during my visit but this was closed which severely depressed foot traffic at the hotel. However Sheraton grand wing still is a few footsteps away vis bridges connecting both hotels to the mall.

Went here for their breakfast buffet. Staff are very courteous, helpful and smiling. Breakfast buffet food spread is OK but the very friendly staff service and the nice selection of natural fruit juices (and a fresh buko! ) made it a wonderful experience for me. Thank you!

I’ve always love Marriot Hotels, My siblings have membership since they travel often and love Marriot too. So I booked a room last January 2019 for an August 2019 trip, after booking my international flight. I was informed in June that my international flight was cancelled by the airline and moved to a day earlier instead so I tried to change my reservation but got denied. According to hotel management it’s their policy and that I can only change it within 24 hours after purchase and they already billed my credit card. How can that be? I AM Not canceling it — — just moving A DAY earlier but they were not accommodating.
Where is the customer service? It was not my fault that my flight was changed and $223/night was hard earned money. I lost my faith & confidence in their service, if you book with them make sure nothing happens along the way. I love Marriot but I felt robbed. This is just a personal experience. Hope you change your policy.

Large suites. Quite rooms, good food, good service, and all of the above.

The food served tasted great. I appreciated also one of the service staff who was guiding us which line is available and such (it was buffet style with 4 lines). The powder room was also clean and with the complete package (functional flush, tissue, bidet) However, during the event, I wanted to drink coffee but failed for 4 times. The first time I asked, the personnel said they'll refill the stock (it was inside a cabinet). The second time it was still not available (maybe because they were busy with serving dinner). I asked one of the staff and they said to wait so I returned to my seat. The third time around when I asked again, he said the cabinets were already closed (equals no coffee). My colleague heard me and told me there was coffee at the back area. I immediately went there and asked (for the fourth time) if coffee was available and the answer was yes! He asked where I was seated and I immediately answered and pointed out my seat and table number. But, in the end, the coffee never came. From the time I got my cup at 4pm until we left at 8pm, the cup was empty and clean.

Upmarket hotel adjacent to Ninoy Aquino International Airport. Great hotel with wonderful facilities and restaurants. Very friendly and courteous staffs. Heightened security throughout. The room was big and nicely furnished.

Nice hotel, well maintained, friendly staff, superb service. There's also convenient store just next to the hotel and it has a mall, event hall and a casino that's in the next building attached to the hotel. Terminal 3 of the Manila airport is less than a kilometer from the hotel via the Manila Runway bridge. You probably need 15 casual walk from the hotel to the airport and the bridge is covered and air conditioned. There's also free shuttle to the airport if you prefer. Highly recommended.

A very expensive 5 star hotel. Excellent security. Nice service. Good food. Unfortunately, their comfort rooms are dirty and smells bad. You can do better than this!

Rooms are top notch, employees are very helpful, great location. Manila Marriott Hotel you have exceeded our expectations! THE BEST Marriott stay my wife & I have had by far!

Hotel staff are friendly and accomodating. We upgraded to Executive Lounge Pass but the food & snacks are disappointing, not worth the additional 5.5k payment. Good thing it was waived because of some misinformation issue which the front desk staff resolved immediately to my satisfaction.

It's a beautiful property, quite close to the airport. The staff is very welcoming and courteous. The restaurant serving buffet breakfast and dinner is very nice. The rooms are cozy and comfortable. Sleep quality was high up. Enjoyed my stay at Marriott Manila.

Truly a full service hotel with an entire staff that goes over and above the guest service mission. I travel globally for work and go out of my way to stay at Marriott properties. Marriott Manila blew me away. From the moment one walks in the door, the welcome is the same coming and going from doorman to housekeeping. Clearly a mind set that starts at the top. The rooms, the restaurants and the “anything is possible” attitude has made doing my job a breeze thanks to the way they do theirs Donna, Gerry and chef Glenn not only accommodated a request but the last minute changes which followed, much to my relief and satisfaction from a high profile client. Nothing is overlooked at this Marriott. Go, stay and enjoy it. It’s an incomparable stay!

Loved our stay… Pretty much has everything you need for a relaxing stay. They provided top notch service. Hotel is connected to the mall, theatre and casino so I don't think you'll get bored at all.

Beautiful hotel with great service. Has a spa and 24-hour room service. Only complaint is that we found 2 roaches in the bathroom (one dead, one alive). Other than that it's a perfect hotel with impressive looking rooms. I would definitely stay there again.

Nice courteous staff but the breakfast menu sucks. In my 2 days stay only ate fruits. I am an Indian do options were limited to no options.

My favorite hotel in Manila. Polite and helpful staff. Lots of natural light and open space. I highly recommend staying in the west wing. Large, beautiful, balcony rooms with a view over the golf course.

Amazing staff. Courteous, Friendly, helpful, observant. Walking in front door, young child guest ran and two staff members immediately moved to slow him down to prevent injury. Front desk staff accommodating — worked to ensure the best possible room available for the rate selected (see the beautiful golf course view! ) Bell staff prompt and helpful — they did all the heavy lifting. Two pools on property, each has it's own benefits, one is rooftop pool with incredible city views, the other more family friendly — with a child's pool. Two beautiful bars — one is quiet for those seeking to relax and enjoy a cocktail in peace, and the other a livelier. Professional business center on site. Besides an incredible staff, great views, clean and spacious rooms (well maintained by the housekeeping staff), you can walk to the airport if you want, using a covered — a/c bridge for most of the walk. Came for a 2 day stay — enjoyed the hotel so much we extended to 5 days. No way to list the all the names of the fantastic staff — would take up too much room.

Rooms are excellent. Showers are very spacious. Buffet breakfast, lunch is excellent and worth every penny as long as you can eat a lot.

Hotel is very nice and clean. Rooms are large enough and looks luxurious. Hotel has a couple of restaurants and bars and a casino. Breakfast was included — You can pick from large number of options. Personal is very very nice, always with smile. I would recommend for others to stay here.

For first timers there is a security check to get in the building. Also you have to pay cash or physically present a credit card to check in. Marriott will not charge the card on file, myself and another guest we're both caught off guard at the same time. Otherwise extremely friendly staff, fine accommodations. The Mariott Cafe is worth checking out. Easy access to the Mall and Casino without setting foot outside.

A+ to all staff from security, bellmen, front desk, cleaning staff, chefs, spa staff. Professional and very helpful. Pamper domestic and international guests alike. Compliments to the Executive lounge staff supervised by Ms. Marinella. Family was taken care of from check-in to check-out. Thanks to the cleaning staff and bellman who made sure we checked every inch of the room so that we did not leave anything behind. Highly Recommended!

One of the best hotels I've stayed at. The very large room was amazing, the superking size bed was super comfortable and perfect, home from home. Very luxurious bathroom too. A wonderful touch of luxury. The food was outstanding and different. The staff were first rate and the location was perfect. We were sad we didn't have time to stay longer here. Very highly recommended.

Cousin had his wedding here and since most of the relatives were here we also had a family reunion in one of their smaller rooms. The food at both events was delicious. Rooms were comfortable and generally quiet. The pool was decent and they had a gym. The cafe on the ground floor was decent. Staff were very friendly and helpful as we managed to swap rooms (twin vs. Double) with minimal effort even though the rooms were booked for different lengths of time. The hotel has an internal connection to Resorts World Newport Mall so if you want to go for a comfortable walk then that is an option. There isn't too much around the hotel at walking distance though. Nice central location close to terminal 3 of NAIA but you would need a vehicle to get around to places nearby like Mall of Asia. All in all it is a really luxurious hotel. Nice food, friendly staff and clean facilities.

Have been flying in and out of Manila for over 10 years and this is always where I stay for my overnighters to the Islands from NAIA. The security into the hotel gives you a sense of security if that is a concern for you, so don't be alarmed when you see security with firearms. Location is close to airport, staff is superb and rooms are comfortable and clean. The executive Lounge has great meal and drink selections. If given the option, I would select with room purchase to save you time and money to get meals outside of the hotel. This trip I was surprisingly upgraded to a Junior Suite in the West wing that is now open. It had 1 King Bed and 2 Bathrooms (we did not even use one bathroom), dining table and separated rooms for sleeping and TV viewing with a balcony view of the city and golf course (see photos). Very friendly staff. Clean, quite for me this place is perfect I had a very good stay, I visit the hotel 2 and I will probably go again. The breakfast is very good for all kind of diet raw vegan, vegan they had sushi prety much everything you might possible need.

Great location if you want be near the NAIA airport, casino, and shopping stores. Great service and they are very courteous. I got upgraded to deluxe suit with awesome view. The room is gorgeous.

The hotel is very convenient to the airport, you can even walk from one of the terminals which is a blessing in Manila traffic. Attached to the mall with lots of restaurants and a couple of bars walkable. Rooms were clean and service was good.

Staff welcomed with grace. Beautiful Christmas decorations. Business lounge had exceptional food. Room was beautiful, modern, surround sound and beautiful view of golf course and city.

I stayed in Manila Marriott Hotel for 4 days and 3 nights (October 2017) for a conference. The hotel staffs were approachable and courteous. The room service is speedy. The bathroom is spacious. Toiletries provided were Crabtree & Evelyn. Also, the hotel is accessible to the Resorts World Manila mall.

The hotel staff was amazing. Very helpful. The hotel and rooms were beautiful. Security is there for the guest. They check the vehicles and other guests to ensure a safe environment. I will definitely return.

It is the best Marriott that I have been to. Everyone is always friendly and calls you by name. The staff goes out of their way to help you out and to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Hotels in the US could take a lesson or two on customer service from Marriott Manila.

The price of my stay also does not include breakfast since it will be even more expensive for my sponsor. Service though is great and the room boy who cleaned up my room did his job well while I waited for him to finish his job. Wifi is free and fast. The restaurants and bar at the ground floor are very impressive though and made up for the ordinariness of my too-expensive room. Hotel is right beside Resorts World and there, you can find various restaurants to choose from. Minus the steep prices.

Very relaxing experience with spacious rooms. The pool and the view from the top is awesome. Overlooking a golf course and high rises in the difference. Being opposite the airport is great. Only down side is getting into central Manila is a pain with the traffic. Minimum travel of an hour.

Excellent hotel very close to the International Airport of Manila. The rooms are large and comfortable. Experienced the staff as friendly and helpful. Everyone wants you to have a great stay at the hotel. There are several in-house restaurants which offer a wide variety of menus and drinks. On the rooftop, a gym with a modern facility and a swimming pool is at the disposal for the guests.

Staff are always thoughtful and helpful. You can now walk to terminal 3 — can't get any closer than that. Great workout facility. Exec lounge is great!

Our home away from home. Much nicer than your typical Marriott in the United States. This one is closer to a 5 star resort. Also the staff is extremely friendly here.

I enjoy almost all Marriott locations. Manila Marriott is great except they try to save money by keeping the A/C set to a higher temp in the lobby. It's the Philippines guys. It's hot here. I was sweating just sipping my expertly made cold cocktail. — 1 star.

Excellent hotel enjoyed my stay but it could be because I am a platinum member and they were very accommodating. Executive lounge was cool. The pool was good kid liked it. It is a bit out of the way from public transportation though.

Kudos to Marriot Manila for stepping-up and vastly improving its guest relation, service and overall attitude towards proving its five-star status. Checking in was easy and, unlike in the past, FO seemed very mindful of returning guests. Our requests were easily facilitated and we were given a room with an excellent view. Housekeeper Gab was meticulous in making-up room and very patient with what we needed. Our dinner at Cru was impeccable. Thanks to Ms. Sam, Chef Prince (who surprised us (gratis, mind you) with a tasty serving of scallops) and Rhemil (who was impressive then at Italianni's, and astounding now at Cru). More power and looking forward to our next stay!

Lost my versace watch day after thanks giving more than 2yrs ago. My husband lost his iphone charger and missing small amount of cash many times. We went to pool side to eat and been there for couple of hours only then my husband needs to go back to sleep for he has to work night time. I stayed for more than 1hr on the pool area and went back to our room. When im all prepared to go out and running late for meeting a friend, im looking for my watch for like 10mins to wear that time and cant find it. I was late and need to leave and dont want to make noises for my husband is sleeping. So just decided to wear my other watch (armani) that found on the same black tory bag as I remember I always put it there. Sorry to mention brands for I only want to be in to details. And then told myself not to panic and convincing myself that its just there and were in marriott. I wanted to think that everything is safe. To make story short, never found it and the saddess thing is when I reported it to incharged manager that evening and got interviewed, I was shaking and scared to report it. Theyd ask questions and details and I requested to please review the cctv and got response in the morning thru PHONE answered by my husband. And theyll just told u they reviewed the cctv and asked the 4 person who went there if they saw or took the watch and they all answered "NO". For sure not all of them stole it for im only missing 1 watch but for sure 1 of them did. Who will admit it?

Manila Marriott must have thought that they emit excellence and grandeur (clearly it is Not). Ridiculously overpriced! For that price you pay in a room, better fly to Sydney or Southeast Asia. It's the same price. Plus you get way better view than your extra paid room with a view.

The best hotel this side of Manila. The wedding of my son was planned with professional attention and exceeded our expectations. Excellent delivery of both food and service. Highly recommend when considering important celebration.

This hotel is not kid friendly. Insult my son calling him a girl. Ran out of the spa and gym, seams like they use any excuse to have people not use their facilities. Watch out for the hidden 22%surcharge on prices. Food was poor. Entire executive lounge hot food was cold and had to be returned to be cooked. Poached eggs were not dried and yolks were over cooked. Friendly staff. There was no cocktail menu at the cocktail bar in the executive lounge. Crackers and cheese platter came with no crackers. Free bottles of water were welcomed. The hot water in the large bathroom was awesome. Room booked was paid with a view which we didn't get. The 4000p offer for executive lounge not value for money as the lunch menu was extremely poor. Swimming pool only 4ft deep. Jacuzzi not a proper one as jets only go horizontal and are few and far between. No restaurants or attractions nearby. Due to its location any taxi ride will be dear. Don't recommend this hotel at all.
