I recommend this place because there rooms are clean and the food and drink are very affordable and the staff are so friendly, and please come and experience there services.

I write them for my lost rings but they didn’t reply me back. I stayed there January 10, 2020 and booked two rooms. I guess that’s my last time to stay there. Not recommended.

I really recommend this hotel because it is well located and their foods were great, the room is clean and well-organized. The staffs and housekeepers are also accommodating and happy to help especially Ms. Angel who provided us with all of the information, preparations and service for my debut. Thank you so much! ☺️

I enjoyed my stay on the 8th floor at the Mellinium rooms. Staff are friendly they are happy to assist at all times rooms are big and comfortable and clean. Looking forward to stay again. ❤

Amazing hotel even the hotel is a little bit old the service and facilities is fantastic. Thank you to the guy who check us in for the quick check in and the housekeeping for keeping our room clean. The hotel personnel were accommodating to the needs of their guests. The hotel facilities are well maintained thus makes the guests stay very comfortable. The price is commensurate to guests satisfaction.

I recently stayed here for 5 nights. I found The Heritage Hotel to be an excellent place to stay. I've read some of the other reviews and I'm not sure they are talking about the same place. The staff were all extremely helpful. Very kind and knowledgeable. The shuttle to the Mall of Asia was an excellent benefit. We did have a minor issue one day with the shuttle but it was taken care of immediately and extremely satisfactorily. The rooms I booked we're both very clean and well kept. The buffet in the executive lounge was excellent. The staff were always attending to all of our needs. The only improvement I can recommend is to maybe have more than one shuttle in the morning when it's very busy or have a larger one to accommodate more people.

Went there an hour before the check-in time but luckily, we were able to be accommodated. I had a good experience in this hotel in which we stayed at for three nights. The staff are really accommodating and have very pleasing personalities. The rooms though are old. When we entered ours, we can really smell the oldness of it (dunno if this is even possible but we did really). On the other hand, we were able to enjoy the amenities of the hotel just like swimming in its pool (mind you, there's no inside pool when we asked about it). So there it goes.

I thought I’d give you the benefit my experience with this Hotel. Food poisoning. Glass sliding doors to balcony inoperable. Issues with using power points with lights out. Hot water in shower rapidly changing temperature from comfortable to scalding. Ridiculously small bottles of complimentary water and exorbitantly priced beverages. My advice is go elsewhere.

This used to be my team's choice of hotel since 2008 to 2012. Its nice to be back after 6 years. However, I noticed that the hotel was not maintained well. Broken tiles inside the CR, walls outlet are not functioning, mini bar lights are busted and TV receiption is not clear. In terms of building, it looks old. During breakfast, I over heard a scream from one of the guests because there is cockcroach on the table. Front desk transactions are too slow. Turn around time is 10 m…ins average. We booked for 2 beds, to our surprise our room is with just 1 bed without informing us prior. Their excuse is they are fully booked.

We choose The Heritage Manila due to its proximity to NAIA. Our stay was a very relaxing one. It was exactly what we were looking for and a perfect way to start our 2 weeks overseas holiday. Thank you for making it possible.

The service at this hotel is outstanding :) right when we arrived, the staff helped us to bring our luggage from the taxi to our room. Check in was quick and easy, but then again we also got there at midnight. The rooms do show their age, which is consistent with the other reviews. The carpet and bathroom in particular looked aged. Other than that, the rooms were spacious and did its job. Our booking included breakfast the following morning, and the breakfast was great! They offered a wide variety of food. It was really nice to have a hot meal, fruit, and tea in the morning :) the bell boy helped us bring our luggage downstairs, he called a taxi for us, and packed our luggage in the taxi. Great service!

I must admit I didn’t have any of the bad experiences like those written below, but I didn’t have to park a car or take a service elevator, no problems with air conditioning. In fact the AC in my room was a little over productive, making me happy that I had sufficient bedding as I sleep very soundly in the cold. The only available option at the time of booking was a smoking room, which I grudgingly accepted but was relieved when the scent of smoke in the room was minimal. The windows were in dire need of cleaning, however; I was barely able to see outside and attempts at picture taking during daylight hours was futile. I was exhausted from many hours of travel and like a previous review says, it is a good hotel for overnight stay but not for several days. I am glad that I was able to leave the heritage on a positive note. Coffee at the cafe downstairs is great but insanely expensive, something to the tune of P200 a cup.

This is a very dated hotel. It feels like a 3-star hotel, it looks like a 3-star hotel and therefore I am giving it a 3-star rating. The parking area beneath the building looks like a warehouse for their old stuff. The service elevators are scary and don't appear to work as they should. And the carpets look like they need to be changed or replaced by something newer than 5 years ago. I must say, however, that the hotel halls are quite spacious, but the room amenities are all very dated, including the toilet area. It is aptly named Heritage anyway.

The room itself was quite nice but I was not impressed that the bed sheets were not changed daily. The front desk staff need more attendants also, I experienced long wait checking in and checking out. The door personal and guards were excellent in their jobs. Overall it is not really more than 3 star hotel but I would stay here again if price was good.

Rooms are not as big as their description. Shower head spoilt. Very old hotel with old amenities and inexperience reception. Only thing good is the location.

We attended a seminar at The Heritage Hotel Manila. The ambiance is great. It has a rustic feel since it seems to be old but you cannot deny its luxurious theme.

After more than a decade I revisited this hotel for my daughter's prom night. It still has its elegant appeal but the shine and shimmer so to speak is no longer there. The carpetting ib the ballroom lobby needs deep cleaning if not replacement. Parking can be a problem because of the very limited slots at the basement which will cost you P80. — (I believe that's fixed rate). But you can opt for valet parking (I just don't know how much).

Delicious food and spacious elegant function rooms with possibly the best strategic location in the whole Metro Manila. A true smoke free facility. Very expensive car parking though. One of the most expensive parking in the Philippines.

In case you're just looking for a place to stay overnight and just sleep, this place would work for you. But if you are looking for a place to stay, celebrate and have a great time with friends and family, you might want to consider other hotels. Food, service, comfort and cleanliness are all not at par with other hotels… I would never consider staying in this hotel ever again.

Sent here by United Airlines after cancelled flight. The process was amazingly smooth despite the hassle. Loc is "ok". Outdoors shopping market just around corner is worth the walk. Also fresh seafood market / resto. Decent gym and pool. Older hotel but well kept.

The hotel needs a bit more modernisation. I felt unhygienic in my room: Aircon vent is dusty and mouldy, the carpets are old and stained, the furniture and entire room setting are old and out-of-date. The non smokers floor stank so bad of stale cigarette smoke and stuffy from the old dirty carpet. I did not enjoy the food, it did not taste fresh and dishes were limited. The only good thing about this hotel is the friendly staff.

Not so spacious lobby entrance but just fine. Still an elegant hotel structure inside. An everning singer entertainer will loosen up guests and visitors at the end part of the lobby.

This is a horrible hotel in every sense. A one star hostel could easily compete with this completely run down so called hotel. Non smoking floor smelled with stale cigarette smoke. The rooms are below average. Dirty carpets, aged furnitures, terrible linens and pillows. I came here to rest and relax but I ended up being stressed out. There is a perennial problem with electronic entry access cards. The cafe personnel however were really great. They are the only saving grace of this damned hotel.

Huge lobby with towering giant columns. My room was very spacious and comfy altho was quite spooky. Buffet bfast is ok but I expected more. Service is good. A can of coke at the lobby cost me P220!

Friendly staff and nice big rooms, good breakfast too, close to the airport, a quick Uber ride to/from the airport is about $2, £1, €2

The staff were great but the rooms are not soundproofed. The breakfast buffet was not that satisfying as well.

Our experience was nice. I just have a few things to say for improvement.
We were from a company event when my friend, my daughter and I checked in. It was booked in advance by our company. The receptionist and everyone who welcomed us were fine it's just that they lack initiative offering help in carrying our baggages. They could see we were having a hard time carrying our things considering we are all girls and we were all wearing gowns and high heels. They only helped when I asked them to.
The room was fine. Not so spacious but everything we need was on there so it's cool.
I love the breakfast buffet. I just had to make additional payment for my 5 yr old daughter. I thought she will be free just like other 5 star hotels who obviously know children won't consume much in a buffet. My daughter is very picky and only ate 2 small pancakes.
The lifeguard at the pool were both accomodating and friendly. They allowed us to use the pool even if it's raining. My daughter was so "mapilit" kasi. They kept saying "ingat na lang po kayo mam at iassist c baby nio kasi madulas po sa banda ron" and I appreciate it.
My over-all stay was still great because I was with one of my closest amiga and my daughter. They loved the place and ambiance too.

My wife and I had a dinner last night and it was a great experience. We came at exactly 6:30 and no other customers yet which was a good thing since we can go ahead and choose whatever we like. The staffs were so friendly and very accomodating. They may have a little less selection of food compared with other buffet restaurant but this place is great for those who just want to have a dinner buffet without any reservation instead of you waiting on a long queue. Their service is fast if you want to grill some food and it will serve with a good sauce. Overall, we're satisfied.

The room was spacious. The king bed was a comfort after a long travel. Breakfast buffet was great too.

The function room looks a bit old, as well as some aspects of the rooms. However, the room was cozy and the view from the window is quite nice. The food is also good. The breakfast buffet was good enough for me, the only problem is that it took a while before they refill emptied trays and pots. Overall, I say it is very good experience. Recommended.

Great hotel overall. Delicious food and very hospitable staff. The bathrooms are prestige and the interior design is superb. Also, it is very close to the SM Mall of Asia, which greatly helps traversing g to and from the mall while avoided by traffic!

Very nice fancy hotel. Staff is very friendly. The room was very spacey with a couch and a big bed so very easy to fit 3 guests. The shower was a little dated compared to the rest of the room. Pricing there for drinks or food are marked up due to it being a hotel. I would definitely come back there if I can find a room at a decent price, good stop for say a layover or a flight that's the next day.

We stayed here 2 times first is 18 days second time is 2 nights, the 18 days was perfect but the 2 days is crap I use to love this place coz I have good memories with my husband from here, but our last stayed is crap they are sneaking on your room when your out its not safe for your belongings this hotel is good for first timers,

Its nice hotel more room but the room is so small and and no showers im not comportanle to take a bath and know kitchen but the bed is big but its for only 5 or 4 only people to sleep there.

It's the worst hotel and last night they open my room while I'm out and open my save and stole my things and they kick me out and I pay 5000 for the day and thy manager she just say ur the one who dirt they room and I leave the room and it was clean but they did that to me hope all Arab guys not going there and foreign because it might happening to u guys thanks.

Definitely not a 4 stars hotels. Too old and need some refurbishment. The guest floor was smelly. I was given a room located at the 4th floor but I have to go down 4 times because the key is not working. The frontdesk staff are not very helpful. bathroom was too small. Location, is very accessible and close to Mall of Asia.

Good marketing and sales staff specially Ms. Genevieve Del Rosario who handle our corporate account. Good location and good hospitality, but need renovation on some area's.
