Great staff and executive lounge, modern, spacious suites and an all round comfortable stay. Not my first time here, and won’t be the last hopefully.

Absolutely fantastic facility. Great, genuinely friendly, staff who got natural smiles but just one over-careful check-in staff member made the checking process somewhat unpleasant, having to wait in the lobby for 40 min with two very tired toddlers wasn't fun. Breathtaking views of manila bay (if you get a seaside room). Great breakfast, close to MOA with a walking bridge connection. Cannot recommend enough.

We have just done 6 days quarantine in this hotel and the staff and the service has been second to none. The Conrad is very clean and safe in these trouble times. Would highly recommend this hotel.

A memorable experience indeed! My family and I had a great stay at conrad and my kids can’t forget the staff especially Ms. Blanche of the executive lounge. My son keep on insisting to go back after we went to another place. Very pleasant staff and always smiling. Kudos to all of you and may you guys make more happy guest in the future.

The ambiance was nice. (dined at brasserie) but the food I dont really like much lack of choices… our table was good but they forgot to put table napkins! I suggest you offer a welcome drink or you have a free coffee or tea… like okada the drinks are all free in the buffet area.

Excellent Service. Spacious. Ambient rooms and very comfortable. Price is not so friendly though. A lot of great scenery inside.

One of my favorite hotels. Got an amazing breakfast if luck you get an amazing view. Sunsets are is a spectacle itself. Gym was also nice and clean, they have this fruit infused water which I absolutely love. The pool is also nice. Very comfy, very clean, and very accomodating to requests.

Conrad Hotel — I was not able to see the hotel rooms but had a chance to work at an event there for three days at the Forbes Ballroom. The ballroom is okay, nothing fancy. Their chandeliers (If they could be called that were blah to me. ) But the rest of the hotel is beautiful with languid architecture and restful designs. The prettiest place I saw was the C Lounge which has a stunning view of Manila Bay. There's a bar and outdoor seating. Perfect for a romantic date or an intimate night or with close friends. Conrad's Mall — A classy ocean-side mall with high-end brands. Not a huge a place but boasts of 3 Director's Club cinemas. They have a big and well-designed Starbucks here and if you know me well, Starbucks is where I do a lot of my work and hold client meetings. If it weren't so far from my home, I'd make this the mall of my choice!

Getting off the elevator to the front lobby will take your breath away. It has a breathtaking view of the bay. Service was great. Rooms we're clean and spacious. World class hotel.

This place is awesome. I had reserved 5 rooms and when it came time to check in, the process was seamless with no additional charges or surprises. I was also awarded one upgraded room. I absolutely loved the room and espresso machine. I really really loved the buffet! We were all so in love with the place that we didn’t even venture outside to check out Mall of Asia or anything. I would love to return to this hotel if I have reason to return to the Bay Area.

Lovely staff and service, HUGE and clean gym and equipment. Super security at all entrances. I've never felt safer. Definitely worth a 5 star rating.

We booked diplomatic suite and paid almost $400 with city view. We end up getting a suite with plants view. You cant see anything because plants are blocking all the windows. Even if you open the blnds, the room is dark, it felt like we were inside an aquarium. I got pictures but cant upload with this review. Btw, the staff and manager cant do anything about it. They offer us a room with a better view but half size smaller than what we are paying for. So we sucked it up.

I've been frequenting Conrad Manila since I'll be having an event here, but I recently discovered that the C Lounge is the best place to work at, in the area. Order something from the bar, relax, work using their fast 3 hr connection, and not worry about losing power, since they have plenty of sockets. Hotel prices, but the environment is better than going to a coffee shop!

I love the Hilton experience and why I try to maintain diamond that makes the experience even more special. Mitch, Juancho, Jenny at the executive lounge just makes you feel special everyday. They are just the perfect hosts. The spa experience is just amazing. You get your own suite with your own sauna and steam room, etc. Mel was awesome. I plan to get spa treatments everyday, it's so worth it.

It’s my first time to check in at Conrad and I enjoyed every minute of our stay. We booked at one of the suite rooms and the view from our room is superb! I had a slice of cake and a stuffed toy too because it was my birthday. The only reason why I gave them a 4 instead of 5 is because of the incident that we had to wait for an hour before we can check in when it’s already 2 hours past the check in time but they made sure that we’ll still enjoy our stay by doing something special for us. All the staff were very welcoming and accommodating! Will definitely come back here.

It has a nice view of Manila bay. The hotel is very accessible to Mall of Asia and SMX convention as it is connected with a bridge. Below the hotel is the Maison Mall. It is also near the airport and other 5 star hotels. Recommended to people who does not like to travel going to mall or finding a place to eat. Plus the staffs are very friendly and polite. And they are not so strict if you have visitors in your room.

Great Experience as Usual. Staff are very much appreciated especially Randy Raga the bellman who assisted us from the very beginning until the end of our stay. He did not left us until he is sure we are safe going out of the hotel. He is always checking on us everytime he sees us. His service is beyond whats expected from him. Over all, can’t wait but to think of my next schedule to reserve my room in this Hotel! Congrats for a Job well done Conrad Manila.

We appreciate the excellent service of the staff at Conrad Manila when we attended a wedding there. My toddler accidentally tripped and bumped his forehead against a glass door. I asked for ice from a staff who happened to pass by. The response was quick and they even sent a nurse for first aid. During the reception, we asked the wait staff if we could order a small bowl of steamed rice for the kids, on our account. The head came over with more than enough rice for the kids, on the house. Loved all the dishes too! Thank you, Conrad!

Very nice location. Walking distance from the biggest Mall in Asia and amazing coastal view with lively nightlife. All within walking distance. The room is very spacious and comfortable. Bathroom is amazing worth 3 different shower heads which the third head is for body. However, the service did not live up to the price and name. House keeping didn't come and make up the room, and had to called reception at least three times then only they come. At check in, the toiletries where not available. But the staffs are very friendly and responsive. The slippers and robes are very comfortable. Just need to improve the services.

Top of the line luxury hotels. I do not know where to begin. The staff is friendly, there is art everywhere, the building itself is structurally pleasing. The room has remote controlled blinds, a waterfall shower, there is even a pillow menu where you can choose the firmness or softness of your pillows. Your stay will definitely be enjoyable.

The hotel, the room, the food and the staff exceeded my expectations and I feel it is worth the rate I paid. I appreciate the Security, the premises are clean with a clean, fresh-flower aroma; the staff anticipate your needs. The bed is so comfortable and there are many lighting options in the room to meet your needs (I like the night-light setting) The temperature controls worked just fine (one of my concerns in hot environments)

Great location. A beautiful hotel. Easy to see right off of Seaside Boulevard servicing Coral Ways and the adjoining areas. Valet parking is available. Security is top notch. Clean facilities with a wheelchair accessible entrance. A must for the serious traveler. We will definitely be going back.

I attended a wedding here, and the hotel itself is really nice and contemporary. It is connected to the SM Mall of Asia and being in close vicinity to the SM Arena and airport as well. The function hall are cozy, large, and suitable for a great number of events, and the in house restaurant, China Blue also is wonderful not serving very traditional Chinese food, but rather infusing some modern flair into their dishes. My only issue is with regards the rooms as they seemed to have been hastily done, not having the finish expected from a Conrad hotel.

I and my family love Conrad hotel because of its excellent views every corner of the hotel. The food in China Blue and the Brasserie is very delicious and the coffee and cakes at the lobby is great too. I particularly like the Paris Miki optical shop in S Maison. I just love the hand crafted eyeglasses with very unique colors and designs. The restaurants in S Maison are very good also. My grandsons enjoys playing in the Shopping mall areas because it's very safe and clean. Try in there and find out for yourself why everybody loves to stay in Conrad hotel.

Fantastic hotel, with friendly service and great bar/restaurants. The rooms are modern and quite comfortable. The bar has a great outdoors seating area with a nice view. Large pool is available and the breakfast buffet is outstanding! It offers everything you would be looking for and more. My only complaint is that it takes forever to get a coffee or refill.

Amazing experience! Everything about our stay was enjoyable. Spacious rooms, and what a view of the harbor! Definitely try and get a room overlooking the water so you can watch the Manila Sunset from your bed. The executive lounge on the 7th floor was fabulous, as well. Service was impeccable. The hotel is connected to the Mall of Asia, so shopping is a breeze. I highly recommend this hotel.

I booked a one bedroom suite & I was extremely delighted with everything — customer service, interior design, amenities, breakfast buffet spread, and access to executive lounge. Too bad we didn't get to try their facilities due to our very tight schedule. The hotel is connected to Mall of Asia & has its own (upscale) shopping place called S Maison. I will stay again at this hotel.

Amazing experience. From the hospitality and service, to food and attention to detail, the Conrad does not disappoint. The spa services are top notch, and the privacy you feel in the hotel is second to none. The layout of the hotel allows you to forget you are in the middle of city and provides gardens and quiet spaces to relax and reflect. I highly recommend having access to the executive lounge. The amenities provided there are over the top and also overlooking the Manila Bay. Just exquisite.

You get a consistent good experience every time you stay at Conrad Manila. Their beds are just wonderful regardless of the room you are in; Breakfast is at par with any 5 star hotels; and the personnel are always nice. If you want to level up the experience you should definitely book a room with executive lounge access. It is like availing of the whole concierge team from the moment you check-in at their EL. The team is always pleasant, smiling and making sure you have a wonderful experience at the hotel. You also get to have your breakfast, small merienda, and cocktails overlooking the famous Manila bay.

The best hotel ever for like a decade! We're greeted with smiles from the lobby to every part of this place! There's a welcome drink and cookie when we arrived. The room was great and they even updated our room into a suit. That was huge. Every inch of the room was sturdy and the view of Manila Bay at dusk and dawn is still awesome. Plus, the hotel is connected to Mall of Asia so it was great every where you turn.

Love spending our time there. Easy parking, helpful staff and very polite. Rooms are properly kept. Plus side, there's a mall besides it. Food won't be an issue because its surrounded by restaurants (eat all u can too). Great sea side view. ^^

Conrad Hotel is amazing but what makes this hotel special is the staff. I have loved staying at Conrad and the staff make me smile everyday with the special things they do like making animals out of towels, they are so talented and make sure I never needed anything and looked after me very well. Special mention of thanks and praise to James, Ikel, Enrique, Fed, Jessie and Executive staff on level 7. Conrad you should be very proud of your staff as they all do an amazing job and are very kind and giving. There is no other place I will stay and I will be back again and again to Conrad. Mall of Asia is at your door step and so many places to eat within walking distance of hotel and could not ask for a better location.

Love the location, near Mall of Asia and facing the bay, easy to find food within walking distance. Also great location for a morning run by the sea. I am not picky about hotel beds and pillows, but Conrad's are just really nice and fluffy without being too soft (they have various options of pillows). Also really like the sofa by the window. Very good options of breakfast menu with freshly brewed coffee. Oh, and friendly staff too.

Everything was beyond satisfactory. Room was very clean. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was perfect. Staff were very accommodating. All in all, I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to have a wonderful hotel experience.

Truly 5 Star from amenities to service and the buffet breakfast. Even room service is reasonably priced. Rooms are spacious and oh so quiet. Toilet and bath very well planned. Absolutely loved it!

From the moment our cab arrived, we were treated like royalty. Everything was simply impeccable. The view. The room. The service. Check in was simple and concierge Brian and Lloyd went above and beyond the make sure our stay was simply the best. All the members of the hotel smiled and greeted us whenever we walked though the lobby. Our experience at the Conrad Hotel in Manila has simply ruined our future stays in any other hotel. We can't thank you enough for the amazing and relaxing stay. Also, a special thank you to Kaiser, out pool bartender for always keeping our cocktails cold and full.
