Although the room had no windows, the room was very cozy, and reminds one of a suburban home. The breakfast buffet, albeit small, was delicious and had warm drinks and cold drinks the moment you sit down. The decor was also superb, books and plates on shelves.

A very beautiful hotel. Clean and the service is great. Can not complain about the breakfast buffet. Wide variety of choices. The service can be commended, in fact it os brilliant. Free luggage storage facility is amazing. There is a drug store, bank, lbc and few 7/11s in walking distance. It is very close to center of Makati as well. Brilliant little cozy hotel. Well worth the money.

For a boutique hotel, this property in particular caught my attention. I was here a couple of years ago and I recently went back after booking an event nearby. The boutique hotel has an unforgettable personality and a certain feeling that makes you feel that you are as if in Wonder Land. Rooms and its amenities are adequate. We got a room with free breakfast and we enjoyed a hearty meal! Just like with any other property, some hiccups in the service area where we can actually hear their F&B sup raising his voice on his team in the buffet section! I can imagine it could be after someone made a huuuge mistake but still guests hearing reprimand on breakfast is not something I really fancy. I wish the problem was resolved though.

It boasts of what a person would need in staying in a hotel. Just make sure that the first come, first served parking is followed, no reservations. Also, have the Astoria vans make way for guests instead of being parked in front of the hotel.

Stayed here for a few days on business. They gave me a room on the 5th floor and didn't want to give me an extra card-key to keep the room cool while I went to the mall. It would take over a 1/2 hour to cool the room with the weak AirCon unit. Good location, bad service, expensive breakfast. Won't stay here again.

Stayed at this hotel. Worst experience. No windows air con dripping waters on our balikbayan boxes. Not worth for the amount of monies paid. Avoid this hotel at all costs.

My husband and I are comfortable checking in to this place because firstly the front desk staff are pleasantly accommodating as well as the concierge staff. The place is cozy. The Tableau is the restaurant serving the hotel which has the offerings of delicious asian recipes, fruits and pastries. The servings are enough for the eyes and the stomach. This is a home away from home with a convenience store (7-11), a pharmacy (Mercury Drugstore), an array of restaurants, and walking distance shopping malls (Greenbelt 3).

By far the best hotel in greenbelt. Close to shops, staff are friendly and helpful and good prices. If they had a gym the hotel would be perfect plus the best breakfast in town.

One thing we really appreciate when we booked here are the staffs. They were really very friendly and always giving a smile. They were genuinely courteous.

Friendly staff made the difference. The hotel was ok. The room was adequate and quiet. I was surprised that they had a microwave in-room. The staffs were really pleasant and friendly. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The breaded fish was delicious. The hotel is within the central business district and there are a lot of malls nearby.

The Windows do not have any view and air conditioning is noisy, but otherwise a good hotel.

Good place to stay for the price. Great location (go eat at Mary Grace and Galik by Hossein at the mall), hotel cafe has mediocre food (with the exception of amazing roti w/curry and fruit toco), safe area in comparison to many others in Manila, polite staff, decent rooms with air conditioning and plenty of space (5th floor). This is a good for the price venue that is suitable for business travelers as the internet was very strong most of the time (until the last of 4 nights when it cut out for 3 hours in the morning). All in all, I'd recommend this hotel to any travelers in Manila. The fares to the airport and Victory Liner (Pasay) bus depot were under 180PHP, it has working internet and great vitality in the Greenbelt mall area.
