Nice venue, service is good and internet connection is fast! Recommended as Venue of training, seminars, workshops and conferences.

Clean with nice service from their staff. A very good location in the business center Makati area.

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms with free bottled water and daily newspaper. I will definitely come back and stay at AIM Conference Center.

Good work rooms in the AIM-DBI section on the 2nd floor. The small men's room though, near the elevator and security guard, was stinky. It needs a really good cleaning by the janitorial service.

Spacious rooms and halls. Has a swimming pool and garden, and benches where you can eat before your class/seminar starts.

Breakfast was dissapointing. You can only choose 1 item so I choose the pancake. After about 20 minutes I receive my 2 pieces of burnt pancakes. As for the drink u can only choose one non refillable drink. Either juice or hot drink. The front table staff was were much better. Very helpful.

The place is well-kept and tidy. Excellently hospitable staff! Dated surroundings and amenities. Untidy looking carpet. Smelly corridors and lounge area; masked by spraying scents that makes it worse.

It has all the things that can make it to an excellent hotel. It's not just there yet, that's why it's still at 4 stars.

The Hotel of AIM is a great place if you're looking for a quiet and comfortable place to spend a night or two. It may not be so luxurious, even feels a little old, but the water is hot, AC is strong, beds are very comfy and rooms are so quiet! And it's near the mall. Very central. This is my third time to use their hotel.

Stayed here about 15 times over the last 8 years. Convenient location is why. Easy walk to Greenbelt shops and restaurants/bars and quick access to/from the airport via the Skyway. Small rooms compared to big name hotels but they are clean and only about AU$100 a night. Small Cafe France deli downstairs caters for breakfast and lunch Mon-Sat and a Filipino restaurant upstairs. Friendly staff, most of whom have been there since my first stay.

Great venue for trainings and conferences. The venue is more affordable compared to other hotel function rooms, and the food served is great. The place can be improved by modernizing the look and feel but it doesn't detract to the experience.

AIM provides rooms for meetings/conferences. The place is not the newest but service is good and the place is clean and well maintained. They also provide accommodations (usually expats or foreigners on a business trip). Other good things: — Good location: Walking distance from Mcdonalds and Greenbelt Mall — Cafe France on the ground floor — ATM (BPI & Security Bank) inside the bldg — Walking distance to various banks — 24 hour security.

This hotel has dyed better times, but it is very correct, also, meets to perfection the function that we wanted, a quiet clean hotel and in a quiet area of Manila, recommended.
