On April 02 I went to Tea Time. While it is true that there is not much variety of products, it cannot be denied that what they offer is more than enough, especially when you are attended by a gentle and empathetic waiter, as was my case.
I arrived early and the attention of the reception was somewhat slow, when I went to the table, I was attended by a rather young waiter with a ponytail, who was not very kind. It seems to me that he was not comfortable with the questions I asked him and although he smiled when answering you, he had an aggressive whiff; for some reason, we call him "the passive-aggressive". He immediately referred us to a waiter, it seems to me that he was the oldest of the whole group.
I do not remember your name and I seriously regret it, therefore, I would like to thank you for your very very kind and careful attention. But I imagine that they will be able to locate him easily, because while everyone seemed not to be over 20's, he told me that he was 36 years old.
He was in charge of all the tables that were in front of the panel and he could be seen going back and forth to attend as soon as possible to his tables that easily were more than six, unlike the other waiters who were quite patient to attend.
It was because of him that the experience was pleasant, because despite walking fast throughout the place, he was always gentle and attentive to cover our requests.
I hope that the management of this place can read this comment and know how to recognize the effort of its workers; also, it would be great if the distribution of tables for attention is more equitable.
