We were satisfied as the small, salty, the drinks if very soft for my taste, they looked like soft drinks, they should put a little more alcoho, good music, good atmosphere, the staff of attention very attentive and friendly, we very happy, thank you very much.

On April 02 I went to Tea Time. While it is true that there is not much variety of products, it cannot be denied that what they offer is more than enough, especially when you are attended by a gentle and empathetic waiter, as was my case.
I arrived early and the attention of the reception was somewhat slow, when I went to the table, I was attended by a rather young waiter with a ponytail, who was not very kind. It seems to me that he was not comfortable with the questions I asked him and although he smiled when answering you, he had an aggressive whiff; for some reason, we call him "the passive-aggressive". He immediately referred us to a waiter, it seems to me that he was the oldest of the whole group.
I do not remember your name and I seriously regret it, therefore, I would like to thank you for your very very kind and careful attention. But I imagine that they will be able to locate him easily, because while everyone seemed not to be over 20's, he told me that he was 36 years old.
He was in charge of all the tables that were in front of the panel and he could be seen going back and forth to attend as soon as possible to his tables that easily were more than six, unlike the other waiters who were quite patient to attend.
It was because of him that the experience was pleasant, because despite walking fast throughout the place, he was always gentle and attentive to cover our requests.

A waiter came over to forbid our daughter stepping on "organic" grass like my daughter is a year and a half ago, and a "manager" came and told us it was forbidden and that she stopped doing it. With a bad face and a bad deal. We're not coming back!

It was an alright hotel. Breakfast was not included which was wierd because all other hotels do include breakfast. There was only one shampoo and soapbar for thr guests rather than two. They only have large towels. Cleanliness was good. But neither the blowdryer nor the heater/air conditioning worked in our room which was a huge shame.

The budget hotel with the best location in Miraflores. You can move in and out at anytime in day and night. Very safe. They serve good breakfast and you have lot of restaurants around and a mall nearby too to shop for some necessary things like water, lotions.

The location is excellent. Close to Larco Mar Mall with great restaurants, and other shops to visit. It has a good breakfast buffet and taxi service. The rooms are small but comfortable. The noise isolation is not as effective as in other hotels.

We stayed from the 25th of May to the 1st of June was very good our stay thanks especially to Sandra Valencia and Pepe Ramos for their good attention and availability to us also to the people who are in reception good availability and kindness To solve our doubts… Very good experience.

Excellent hotel located on Larco Avenue in the Miraflores district of Peru.
Very safe place and 3 blocks from the Larcomar Shopping center on the Malecon Cisneros de Miraflores where are the best brands in the world to make purchases or gifts.
The hotel is very clean and staff is always very well prepared to evacuate any doubt from the tourist.
I recommend it.

Very small rooms versus price. Breakfast is very expensive and not so good. For the money paid at breakfast can one go to Larcomar and enjoy something better.

Very good hotel is the Ibis Larco on the Avenida Larco in Miraflores to 300 meters of the Larcomar shopping center, in the heart of the District D Miraflores.
With great security You can tour the area tourists.
Place of accommodation ideal to rest or go for a few days to work.
The WI Fi connection is all over the hotel.
It also has two computers and a printer. It is very well located near the main avenues that lead to any point of the capital of Lima.
With 24 hour taxi service.
Bar and Buffet 24h with excellent menu of national or international food.
Breakfast is excellent.
The staff and the customer service are delicate and very attentive.
I have to congratulate the people in charge of this hotel and all of their employees because they made me feel at home.
I stayed on the 11th floor and the employees who attended the floor for years worked and are very attentive and have always kept the cleanliness of the room in excellent way.
I would stay again the next stay in the same hotel and on the same floor. I recommend room 1166 which is very quiet and with good view to the city.
I definitely recommend it to the Ibis Larco.

Clean! Great location! The only thing is we wanted to take advantage of their water saving and reuse our towels and they did not respect our wishes even though we hung the towels on the hook with the sign over top of them.

This hotel is very well located. The bed was a little small but it is a good option for the price.

Comfortable room with… normal attention, good breakfast, execelent bed, could improve if you consider putting mini bar and / or coffee maker in rooms since q do not have c room service.

Very good hotel. The staff were very friendly and friendly. The elevators don't need the room card:P so no nerves for it. It is two blocks from Larcomar, so you have at your disposal an offer of restaurants and shops. It's good.

Ibis hotel worldwide standard: nice rooms, great location (nearby mall, casinos, exchanges, restaurants and etc) and good prices. Please note that this hotel does not have a room refrigerator.

Good location, good view, good restaurant. I come here every time I come to Lima for work. I just wish they gave hair conditioner in the bathroom and that some floors didn't smell like humidity.

It's a standard Ibis hotel. Everything worked out great and the place is functional and beautiful, with a modern decoration. However, the 9th floor hall and the 968 room are smelly. It must be something with the carpet or whatever, but the fact is that it does stink.

I have not made use of the hotel service, but it has a nice restaurant, on the first level where they prepare a rather nice executive menu. Although I think last year they changed chef because there was a drastic change in the preparation of the dishes, for worse.
Every day they change their menu card which is on the outside of the premises, you see the dishes of the day and the price.
Quality ingredients and very fresh. Very rich desserts.

This little restaurant is a gem. First stopped in for coffee/green tea and cake. The carrot cake was moist and delicious, not overly sweet. Then we went for a late dinner, had 2 different potato appies and a lentil soup. All 3 were absolutely delicious. The sauces! The flavours! Delicious! Staff is friendly!

The rooms were confortable & functional. They have a secure garage and the location is great. However, work must be done in customer care specially in f&b. Management is proactive and trying to find ways to move forward. Will have to return in order to see the progress.

A good hotel located 2 steps from the seafront of Miraflores. It was a very good Location for the room and the staff were very nice.
Inadequate staff at the front desk, 15 mins to check in and deliver the key I seem excessive (at the desk, not waiting).
Small Rooms, if I choose to have 2 separate beds it doesn't make sense that these are attached to each other, otherwise I was asking for the double. They only Provide one towel per person with which to dry for shower, hands and face.

A regular ibis hotel, the beds could be better, this ibis is newer than other one and have worsened beds, Also the staffs in the other one was nicer, the best was the really good location.

4 star Hotel in the center of Miraflores have comfortable rooms with all the Comodidasea. It has a large parking lot. This hotel has all the services a guest usually requires. I recommend it.

Very well located, just a few steps from the Malecom. The room was clean, have AC and the personal was friendly. Just don't eat at the Hotel restaurant not good at all. If I ever go back to Lima will stay there again.

It was a great experience at this hotel. It is extremely well located near all the important spots in Miraflores. We loved the decor of the place, it is very modern and clean. The food in the restaurant was great and the room was expectedly small but very clean. Overall, it was a great experience, the people were very helpful. Totally recommend it.

Moderately priced, clean, comfortable European style hotel that is very close to the Larcomar shopping and restaurant area for great sunset views. Hotel needs some updating and rooms are on the small side but quite adequate for a short stay.

Your regular Ibis from anywhere. You'll feel the familiarity of the rooms. Whenever there's a view, it would be a good one, since it's on a centric and touristy place. You can find anything on walking distance and there's even a souvenir store just next door.

Really nice and clean hotel. Lobby is kind of small and it can get crowded. It would also be nice if they could throw a free breakfast like many of the hostels around here. But overall, it has an awsome location, with walking distances to many of Limas attractions!
