The service in general, the rooms are very comfortable, the location is in the heart of Miraflores.

This was my first time in Peru and I decided to stay at Andesmar! This hotel was great! The rooms were spacious, the staff was very nice and accommodating. They greeted myself every time I came through the doors and asked if there was anything I needed and checked on my stay. The men who run the front desk were always very helpful when I needed directions and even spoke English. I needed that, as English is my native language. I would highly recommend this hotel! I will book my next two trips with year through this hotel. I was more than satisfied with everything!

Convenient location, the rooms and service are outstanding! From management, reception. Bar, room service and the breakfast are all amazing! Highly recommended.

Big rooms, clear, good stuff, good location.

Very comfortable bed, huge rooms, safe area. Buffet breakfast with eggs, breads, cereals, meats, cheeses, fruits, tea and coffee. Friendly staff, gated entrance. Walkable to excellent restaurants and bars. Would definitely stay here again.

This hotel has only one person to cater to the guests but you can say it caters well, its common Ares are small and its rooms are spacious and comfortable.

The order and treatment of all the staff at all. And excellent location in Miraflores. They do put in a ranking to this hotel of 8, 9. Ojala standards can improve on the diversity of your breakfast and have a restaurant in the future that works all day… Congratulations!.

Great location. Friendly staff. We stayed a couple of nights, and the front desk was very helpful. Hotel was a short walk from many great attractions.

Great location, close to major stores and restaraunts. Super friendly main floor staff, always happy to help. Overall high level of service. Felt really welcomed.
Rooms were clean, without any issues. Definetly planning to go back.

Affordable. Excellent location. Beautiful hotel. Unfortunately they are thieves. Added 10% service charge to our bill which was in US$. Then when I asked to pay in the local currency they added another $50 for the transaction. You can do much better than this.

It was a visit to pick up guests, they were satisfied with the attention. The location is its strong as this in downtown Miraflores without Q East on a hectic street. Very close to shopping malls, restaurants and cafes. To Picos steps of the Malecon of Miraflores.

The rooms are not bad (no carpet) but the bed was great. The breakfast is quite bad. I was there for 6 days and tried it the first and never returned. Front desk people are great. Plenty of place within walking distance.

The hotel neat and clean,. It has modern decoration in the rooms, the staff is very friendly and allow you to save your baggage for free before and after the check in/out time. It is a non-gender discrimination hotel. 1 mile by foot from the Malecon of Miraflores, Close to the Arequipa street. Nice Stay at all.

Most of the desk people are really friendly and they keep the rooms in great shape.

Near the beech. Good breakfast, clean spacious rooms good beds and clean air. Compared to Inkari hotel Andes mar is lot better for the price and good clean bathroom with nice hot water.

During your stay, we have not been informed of such incidents and the moment we received your call and comments after your check out we proceeded with making the proper investigations with our security department, we do have surveillance cameras in all our hotel, electonic keylock readers and further operative procedures that do not prove whatsoever the removal or taking of any of your personal belongings. Nevertheless, during our investigation we have been informed that your group received a number of visits from people outside the hotel, that were not our customers, during different times of the day, people whom actions or whereabouts we are not responsible of. At the same time, we would like to underline that all our rooms have a safe for keeping of all valuable belongings. Nonetheless, we continue our detailed investigation and if we do come across any information we would let you know right away. Great hotel, nice rooms, great service. However, the staff DO STEAL from customers. I was on a trip with 15 friends. Total merchandise that was stole was; 3 watches (2 expensive ones) ; ipad, cellphone, various gifts. I would recommend not allowing any staff in your room at all. Make your own bed. Ask for fresh towels on your own. There are no safes in the room.
