Great hotel, one of the best in Peru.

Located in a very accessible place for a tourist who wants to walk in the afternoon around and callejonear. Three blocks away is a shopping mall and public squares of the Comar and six other streets are accessed to Kenedy Park. The hotel is small and friendly and petsonal. The atmosphere is so familiar that it gives the appearance of being at home. Their early breakfasts provided gave me a chance to prepare a sandwich for my scheduled walk. The security of the hotel is spotless with its safe in every room. I really enjoyed my stay in Lima staying there. I arrived at Christmas from 2017 and luckily I found that close to the hotel there are several tiny shops with groceries. Definitely recommend and congratulations!

The personal are great, they speak really good English but the hotel it looks better in picture, the room smell bad, the breakfast it taste not that good, the internet is really really bad, not recommended for business.

Great hotel and they have a wonderful staff who are very professional and speak grrat english as well. They have a buffet breakfast which is attended to always to make sure it is fully stocked with food. The front desk staff are extremely nice and are very helpful. I recommend this hotel because it is extremely close (a couple blocks away) from Larco Mar Shopping Center super close to the main Larco Mar Ave. Excellent hotel with awesome staff!

Charming and good service.

Very nice hotel. Right breakfast. Perhaps it lacked more variety of fruits for our taste. The attention was also correct. Very nice the central courtyard, which we took a couple of nights to bring our food and dinner in a relaxed way. Good location in Miraflores.

You get what you pay for. Pretty average.

Very nice hotel, beautiful interior courtyard. Very nice people. The downside is that it has no elevator.

I was not satisfied, check out early compared to average. Room in style and smell like old. But mostly it does not work the INTERNET. The only place where it works is in the main hall and in the lobby. And the more connection is very slow. Outside of these rooms does not work. Breakfast with little choice but average of other hotels or hostels. If you need Wi-Fi This hotel is not your chance!

Friendly staff Clean room, comfortable mattress, spacious private bathroom. It has a buffet breakfast. Very safe area. They offer a discount if you enter the discount code for your Facebook page.

Very clean, very safe, staff very welcoming and attentive to your needs. If there was a downside it would be the breakfast a fair bit but it doesn't matter in either as it remains sufficient. Good location in the heart of the Miraflores area, Ocean just a few steps away. We stayed there on two occasions with always so much fun.

I guess for Lima this place was pretty good. But the water was not hot, or took a long time to heat up and the flow of water from the bathroom sink shot sideways if it was turned up to a big volume. The bathroom sink was cracked in many places and the fridge in the room was warm because it was not even plugged in. The traffic outside was kind of loud at night but I know this isn't the hotel's fault. The morning breakfast was very nice and the breakfast buffet was much more than a continental breakfast. The help was prompt and courteous. The worst thing however was that my girlfriend booked a very nice room for a reservation but upon arrival we were shown a far smaller room.

Great location, prompt service, extremely clean, a friendly staff, and a healthy complimentary breakfast. This was the fourth hotel I've stayed at in Lima, and it is the best for traveling on a budget. Book online to get the best rates, and ask for a room off the street.

Not so good rooms and poor breakfast.

It is a cosy place, very friendly staff, I was 3 years ago and this time that I return to Lima I hope to stay again in the same place.

El ducado was the worse hotel experience of my life! First of all the hotel looks much better in the pictures than in person. The rooms, beds and bathroom were in terrible condition. The room smelled terrible. The bathroom had mole and fungus everywhere. The staff was constantly in my personal business. They harrassed me nonstop about who I brought to the room. I had to pay a bribe to bring me girlfriend to the room. The overcharged me for everything. After the second day I left due to the non stop harrassment. The staff followed me down the street after I left. They lied and said I did damage to the room which I did not! I could not have possibly damaged a hotel in such bad condition. Dont stay at this hotel.

Today is 29.10.12. The weather is not very nice cozy hotel. In colonial style, breakfast continental (coffee/tea oil, jam, fresh bread, crisp).

My stay was definitely excellent, my family and I enjoyed very great location, in the heart of miraflores, clean, safe, comfortable, friendly staff, and fair price I recommend much.
