Naty is friendly and resourceful. She welcomed us upon our arrival. She also offered options for local tours and taxi services.
The room is clean and spacious for 3 people.

Great, family run hostel. Naty and her husband are very helpful and friendly. The rooms are clean and the breakfast is basic, but fresh.

Elizabeth is an amazing host and looks after her guests with the utmost care. We stayed here twice (before and after the Inca Trail) and had a fantastic time.

We spent a total of 10 nights in Cusco (inbetween different trips) and always chose Chaquillchaka. Storing luggage inbetween the trips was very easy.

I stayed here recently with my wife for a few days. Great location. Very friendly staff. However we were given a twin room when we booked a double room. That's okay though.

My husband and I spend a few nights at this hostal and extended our stay two times. The rooms are clean, big and comfortable.

We stayed here during our trip to Machu Picchu. We got the suite and it's huge with a living room, hot tub, and big balcony with view of the mountain.

It's a solid hotel with nice and comfortable rooms. The Wi-Fi is lacking and we did not get a good signal.

Very well equipped, spacious room (2 big TV's, heaters, coffee machine, refrigerator etc. ) Pleasant staff, ready to help even in the middle of the night.

This is an amazing hotel with very kind and attentive staff. For example, we had left our phone chargers, and Jhon kindly lent us his own personal charger for the night.

Situated on the main street handy for everything, but it is a bit of a climb from the train station and where the buses drop you off from Machu Picchu. Glad we had a wheely case!

We had an awesome stay here with our two kids. We got the breakfast for an extra 10 soles. Was nice having some seats downstairs to hang out in. Place was clean and exactly what we expected.

Perfect location, very clean and comfy room, extremely helpful front desk employees and a tasty breakfast. Nice touch is a bakery on a first floor (same place for breakfast).

The host was very nice. The Room was clean. The hostel is close to a cheap panaderia.
He kept our bags while we were in Aguas Calientes for the Machu Picchu.
The Wi-Fi was difficult.

The host Luis was very helpful. He speaks English. On the premises is possible to park a car or motorbike. It is only a 10 min walk from the main square of Cusco. We spent there 6 nights.

It's a really amazing hotel, I really recommend to visit El puma at Cusco. Near to plaza de armas, a really nice workers and really good rooms. All clean, all quiet. Simply amazing.

It's a gem, have an apartment For thirty $. It's a very nice spot, quiet, but I still close to the main square. All the activities very nice staff.

I would be very honest in admitting that this isn't your typical 3-star hotel per se.
However considering the location (Cusco) and the overall conditions, it still is a good option to consider

Location is good, just near Plaza de Armas. Front desk is nice too.

My Mom and I spent two nights at Luna House, and we loved it! It's a beautiful place with clean, comfortable rooms. The owners are very kind, and the chef prepared delicious breakfasts every day.

The staff makes the difference in this hotel. They were so kind they packed us breakfast boxes for our early start tour. The rooms are like picture, nothing super fancy but comfy!

Lovely Hotel close to so much history, restaurants and shops. Staff is great. Beds were super comfortable, lots of hot water and nice simple breakfast. We stayed twice to and from the Sacred Valley.

If you want to stay in Cusco for many days, this is a good place. It’s 5~10 mins walk to main square. It’s simple but valuable.

Good hostel, has the potential to be even better. Ideal location about a ten/fifteen minute walk from main square.
