We went to the terrace of the hotel with my friends and we spent an excellent night thanks to the excellent care we received and the good atmosphere they offer. This place is recommended!

The service is not commensurate with the cost of the rooms. There are hotels of lower cost and better service.

It was my first visit to Asuncion and I have stayed in Aloft Hotels in various parts of the world in the past and have really enjoyed myself. There's a real disconnect between logical customer service base decisions in this property and what is reality for some of the young people who work here. It's pretty clear that they haven't matured enough to be making customer service base decisions. Arguing with a customer after informing a customer something completely different is not the best approach. Furthermore when the customer writes things down and it's still challenged by the same employee who gave the customer the information it's more astounding. When one communicates and confirms with another employee what the options are oh, one would expect the situation to never escalate. These young people are incapable of dealing with small situation so God help them if they have to get into something serious. I was supposed to stay in this hotel for an additional 3 nights but I am so put off by the lack of customer service an intelligent customer service focused decisions that I can no longer stay here. If painstaking and I for one have better things to do with my life. I am a Platinum Elite guest with Marriott. I stay at hotels all over the world and not just with Marriott. I am platinum and gold with two other major global hotel chains, meaning I spend at least 180 nights a year in hotel rooms.

I stayed in room 1004. This hotel it’s not 3 or 4 star since they don’t have bathtub, It’s a 2 star to 2 1/2. Essential Toiletries like toothbrush and toothpaste don’t have it. The room is clean and modern. Curtains blinking all dark. Breakfast very poor, you have better option in the zone.

Is already the third time that I come. I can not change hotel. The attention of the staff is always excellent, the location is very good and the view from the terrace great.

The hotel is ok for an overnight stay. Its modern and clean. Lacking of closet space for more than 2 night stay, all night blinking lights from screen in front of hotel.

In the last floor It has a beautifull view of the city, pool, gym and bar Bedrooms are great.

Very good hotel, good location, modern, great service, good breakfast, excellent staff.
The bed is helpful and very spacious. The best thing is the shower although it seems funny it is very relaxing. Something bad for some would be that the bathroom does not have bidet.
It has a pool that is very well maintained and worth going a moment to cool off.
Breakfast is quite varied, the hotel food is also rich but they are small portions.
The only bad thing is the small quota of the rotary garage but you can leave the car without problems near the entrance to the garage is a safe area.
Whenever I go I stay here, very satisfied.

We went to the terrace bar to celebrate a birthday. The view is very beautiful. The pizza is very rich but very small for 2 people and very expensive for me. I like the gloom, but was directly dark. I suggest, if you put farolitos. Nice, in my case just to know.

The breakfast is very varied with very good offer of fruits, breads, hot and dairy dishes.
The dishes for lunch or dinner are expensive but good, typical hotel. The good thing ed that nearby there are several dining options of category.
The best: The drinks and the terrace, in the pool.

Very nice. Comfortable. Modern and informal. The terrace takes all the applause of the hotel where there are events or parties almost every day at night. Ideal to go without kids.

Again I am in a stake and as always I pass by the hotel that offers me a spectacular view of the sunset from the rooftop. I highlight the attention of Alejandro de Reception and Cristina the waitress who as always attend me first level. I also highlight the attention of everyone on the terrace, the food very good a great atmosphere to spend in the company of the family. Recommended.

Very good from the service they provide, to the comfort but in terms of parking is conditioned to availability, it is a shame that it only has capacity for 15 cars at most, and one is forced to leave the car parked (if it finds room) and not take it out more until the return, otherwise it is on the street without guard. Solve that problem which is essential because everything else first!

Excellent hotel, great location near shoppings and restaurants.

Excellent place and people. It's a place with friendly people and services that make you feel great. You can have a picnic or dinner at the edge of the pool. 24 hours have snacks available. It's pretty much next to the sun Shopping. The menu is the best. The beds, immense and supercomfortable. I'll be back as often as I can.

La Terrasa offers a magnificent view.

I liked the place, the comforts of the room especially the attention of the breakfast for guest and the attention of the staff is cordial but very sharp; At night the bar is enabled on the terrace with good music but the downside is that the garage is subject to availability for that reason should be left in an alternative garage that provides the hotel with cost and a couple of blocks that complicated us in rainy days. The bar is divided, so during breakfast one must go from point to point to serve and the pool is not heated so we just looked at it.

Very nice room, modern and comfortable, with good lighting and view, as the only criticism of the room the bathroom does not have bide. Regarding the facilities has a nice terrace with a bar for drinks, pity that only works after 18:30, as it would be nice to have the possibility to have breakfast and lunch in the place.

ELEVATOR was not funcioning properly and room to room noise was too loud.

Very nice hotel. Good rooms, great location and great tech help and tvs. The shower is floor not tub, which I love! Public areas are great! Excellent gym! Lobby looks weird cramped upon arrival as it it not your typical hotel, but once it sinks in it totally makes sense. Check in desk is right in the middle and that allows you a lot of interaction with staff. They are total pros and friendly as heck. Rooms are nice. Rooftop bar lounge pool and gym are by far the hidden gem for this hotel along with its location next to MCD a music theme restaurant across the street abs many many choices 2 blocks away at Paseo Galeria mall. Overall hotel is good and has good value rates.
