Great hotel. It's really comfortable.

Comfortable stay and very nicely located. 2 minute walk to Paseo La Galeria, which is a modern mall with lots of restaurants, stores and a supermarket. Rooms, lobby, etc are high quality as you would expect from a 5 star hotel.

Good place to hold events, it is very spacious and well heated… The cost, I have no knowledge, of the lodging service I can not provide details as I have still been able to use it.

The hotel is located in the best location in Asunción just 10 minutes from the airport surrounded by shopping centers by Giant shopping restaurants and top-notch services. You can't imagine better location. The rooms are spacious and very well equipped. Highly recommended.

I only participated in the organization of an event. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They addressed visitors' concerns and provided a better service than expected.

It is a first class hotel, located in the most exclusive area of Asunción. It has all the standards of a 5-star hotel. Excellent event room. It also has a perfumery of its own. The location is unbeatable: It is on the Chaco aviators, a few kilometres from the airport and next to two exclusive shopping centres in Asunción.

I liked a lot because it was a very expanded, air-conditioned and decorated, was only a salon so I convinced but I left unsatisfied.

I can not comment as a hotel, but if they offer the service of your room for events, courses and congresses.
The times I got to go, the service is top notch, the air conditioner doesn't freeze all that is about food and drinks are top quality and very rich.
I can't recommend as a hotel but if as a spectacular place to do courses or congresses.
The chairs are very comfortable, the sound is perfect.
The showroom is spacious and most importantly, the air conditioner does not freeze.

In terms of security a marvel. Very good American breakfast. Pool Spa Restaurant bar and Terrace excellent. Ample parking for guests. Very good location in the heart of a very dynamic area and surrounded by large shopping and entertainment stores.
Somewhat cramped rooms. Two years ago there was no hot water. Now again without hot water.

Most of the events and courses are done there. They have facilities equipped and designed for courses and events. I value that aspect a lot. In addition, it always looks crowded, it was one of the first big hotels that were installed on the street aviators of Chaco and the first international franchise of North America. Very enterprising their owners.

Great Hotel as we get used to the Sheraton chain. The kitchen is excellent and I recommend any main course that contemplates the salmon. The preparation of the fish is very careful and delicious. My husband and I just landed into Paraguay when we realized our internet connection wasn't working. We're from America:) The Sheraton staff were SO friendly and they let us use the Wi-Fi here for free, even though we were not staying here as guests. I recommend this location to anyone!

Clean, well maintained hotel with extremely helpful hotel staff. They will provide friendly directions, ideas for dinner or even excursions, and currency exchange. Breakfast buffet is quite extensive. The restaurant is quite nice as well, though there are extensive choices nearby and I'd suggest trying one of those.
