I was really embarrassed with relatives who came from the United States and stayed at this hotel. All very nice, until they had 10 shirts washed with the laundry service and the total cost for washing those shirts was nothing more and nothing less than 801, 965 gs. Yes! just like they read! eight hundred one thousand nine hundred sixty-five Guarani. Really a ROBBERY! 54 $ x night paid and 117 $ x wash 10 t-shirts! Never again the Dazzler! and not only here are we going to denounce such a scam!

You are not advised that parking is not included in the rate and when you leave you are charged separately this service. At the pandemic, it is not a good customer engagement strategy. If you need to look away with the parking is ok, but at least they should have a preferential rate for hotel guests.

We felt more than welcome, the hotel staff in general was very much available and when our flight was suddenly postponed the hotel offered a courtesy extension for our stay. This is definitely the place to stay at in Asuncion. Exceeded any expectations we had. 10/10

Wonderful breakfast, nice rooms. Heating system in the room didn't run at all, nevertheless didn't experienced any cold tho, they have a courtesy coffee machine at the lobby which runs on tokens and the staff is constantly making silly excuses not to lend the tokens to the guests.

Very cute all, do not put five stars because the part of the parking of the vehicle should not be outsourced, and the part of the room cleaning service left me somewhat nonconformist just. Otherwise very good!

Bad for the money (Wi-Fi ridiculous slow, no parking, noisy room, lights broken) I stayed for one night only on Valentine's day. I reserved in person 1 day before, placed credit card and waited 10 minutes until this was done. I was promised a parking in the house for 10 dollars. Next day, car full of luggage, I arrived and there was only by luck no car in the entrance. Parking was full and nobody is working there for luggage assistance. I had to walk 2 times to the room to get my stuff up there, while my car was blocking the entrance way. The Checkin asked me again for my credit card, despite I pay in cash and took another 10 minutes checkin. The Room was 13. Floor, while their private party was 15. However, until 3am there was noise of chairs moving, footsteps and loud music all along. (expectable on a holiday though) Nobody warned me when I asked for a higher floor for the view and usual silence. My car parking had cost 10 dollars anyway, despite the garage was full. I think they have only 50 spots. After that they hire a valet parking company, who takes and brings your car. I agreed the 1st time in my life to trust my car to someone else. They promised me 2 minutes if I need it back, its very close by. Next morning I waited exactly 22 Minutes to get my car back.

A good business hotel to stay at in Asuncion. Modern & efficient & in a good central location. Efficient & friendly staff. Good ground floor restaurant & a lively roof top restaurant and bar. Comfortable rooms & beds.

Recommended. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast is varied, it is presented in a neat and very hygienic way but the food is not tasty. Parking is not included in the fee.

El servicio del check-in los empleados son muy desatentos… hotel muy ruidoso… la toalla de mano estaba sucia… una luz no funcionaba. El desayuno estuvo bien… el vale parking es una cagada tardamos media hora en recibír el auto. Y por si fuera poco nos entregaron sucio con manchas… el hotel no vale la pena.

Spacious and comfortable rooms. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The Bar is open to the public and the pool is on the same floor which makes it a little uncomfortable to be in the pool when you see that they begin to arrive elegantly dressed customers while one is still relaxed in the pool.
Breakfast is a pleasure, abundant and with replenishment of food all the time.

Disaster customer service! We were with a baby a pregnant woman and 4criaturas without any row but check-in hard as 40 minutes! There is No parking for customers, there to pay extra for a place or get a pickup truck of 4x4! a Bad customer service! We entered the room and olíamos a strong smell of cigarette smoke! Asked me to change room and they told me that I was without a room and I'm going to change the next day! But they did not… I left with allergy's skin after sleeping in this hotel! Feast was held in those two nights that I stayed! And couldn't sleep of the music tbm was dragging each time the chair and table! A room without a towel for two nights… in reality expensive price with no parking and bad customer service and the most important thing is that you can not take a break from the music until 2 in the morning! advisor with problem!

The facilities are good, the pool is on a terrace on the 15th floor accompanied by a spectacular viewpoint, breakfast is fine. The service and attention was very bad, it leaves a lot to be desired. It was not a pleasant experience. Reasonable price. It does not have parking that I found quite uncomfortable.

Great hotel friendly staff beautiful views to the city close to everything I need, and the internet works. We cancel two other nights in windham sensation because internet does not work especially with apple phones, android a little better so happy we move to Dazzler.

Room service terrible and having a suite on the 14th floor is a waste of money because there is a night club right above and blasting until 3 am everyday … food is not that good … honestly I feel a little sad even rating this place badly becuase it has so much potential but no management cares otherwise there things would change.

Did not match what reserved in bokking pedi thing and gave me another they had registered the reservation, the price of the page reserved did not match nor did the claim recognized me, what qie said booking the parking is a madness in the waiting and the paperwork regular less attention x what that charge seems to me bad attention. The location of the hotel is excellent… hotel is a modern hotel… comfortable! The breakfast is spectacular… the best! The problem is the attention to the public… it leaves much to be desired… do the check-in and check-out is an ordeal… takes a long time… lack of communication and organization with the booking and with the maintenance staff! I made a reservation personally a day before in Negroni and the other day it was not there. Let us go because there was no room…! When we went to breakfast we were not allowed to because it's not apareciamos as guests and we had already spent the night there (lack of communication) … The parking is another story… price being a guest a 20% bonus, it does not seems reasonable to me… Sres if well are services s) throughout the world… it would be good that there is a good communication and that will be beneficial to the host and not a perjucio. Annoying because it is not the first time I stayed in this hotel and instead of improving has gotten worse in that aspect however I would choose by their instalaciones… su location and its relation quality price!

I had expected better service and the finnishing touches of the rooms are poor. Don't know why expensive hotels hire cheap maintanance people. Also parking is an extra 8 to 10US$ per day, depending on the season.

An ideal hotel to spend a few days in Asuncion, is close to everything and one of the most beautiful areas of the capital. The rooms are spacious and cosy, with parking, a restaurant and a swimming pool on the terrace.

Great upscale hotel near the trendiest shopping malls in Asuncion. Lovely rooms and one of the BEST hotel breakfasts I have ever experienced. The breakfast bar went on for a mile and featured staples from traditional American breakfast and also some traditional Paraguayan foods. Great chipa! This isn't a place that I would go to "experience Paraguay" but if you are looking to go on a shopping trip or stay somewhere fancy, I would highly recommend it. It is directly across the street from Shopping del Sol, so there are lots of nice food options. It definitely seems to be popular with foreigners. The staff is also very kind and attentive.

A total lack of communication. From the booking,,, the manager and the catering did not coincide with the maximum quantity. One said 15 and the other 20. They will prepare a room for 10… you pay for the booking by 18 that was the name of another person and claimed not to notice for not to cancel the q was programmed. A disaster. It took a lot for opening the account. The girl a charm with a smile trying to minimize the delay in care. In the end what could have been impeccable and I end up with a never again,, pay a price above normal for a woeful service. I do not put 1 xq is an opportunity to improve it!

Good service. Good customer service. A lot of people and sometimes do not reach the elevators. Very good Wi-Fi. And excellent rest.

Service at desk very slow. Our group stuck in elevator for one hour and twenty minutes BEFORE they sent help (we called several times). Finally we had to open it from the inside by pulling open the door and crawling out (had stopped below about 18" below the floor). Although they told us by phone from the airport they would receive us at 12 noon, when we arrived at hotel they told us we had to wait until 3pm to check in. Group of 12. Wifi does not reach rooms at end of hall except in crrtain spots of the room. Do th ink twice before staying at this hotel.

Nice rooms and facilities. Minus one star for tv-screens and radio-music in the restaurant. Plus one star for upgrading me to a VIP-room.

Very noisy. No soundproof at all I heard all the sound from next room and upstairs. Cleaning lady drags chair upstairs frequently when they work and it is very annoying. The worst is elevator. There are 4 elevators make sounds 24hrs and I could hear it in my room. I couldnt sleep for 3 nights because of noises. Breakfast is very poor. Only bread bacon and eggs and never change the menu. Had a cream pasta room service and ir was terrible. It was only noodle and cream. Nothing more. No veggies or meat. Checkout takes 30min on the line. So stupid manage system. Why only 2 staff during busy hour? Hire more staff or shoud do it faster.

Just the right fit for business. In the midst of growing business centre this newly built hotel has all the accommodations for an excellent stay. Rooms freshly furbished, including working desk and impeccable bathrooms, with free Wi-Fi and mini bar. Infrastructure includes gym and spa. A little low on gym equipment but ok and an excellent bar on the rooftop. Only downside so far is a slow front desk to cover for check in and out. Maybe additional staff should be considered. Otherwise very pleasant. Good quality cost ratio.
