Only issue is the key, every time you leave and come back need to get it swiped, but it’s like that in all South American hotels.

Rooms are comfortable and minimalist. Located in the area of corporate 4 blocks from Shopping del Sol and Stroll The Gallery and 10 minutes from the airport. Breakfast varied, with food for celiacs, 24hs room service, has a dry sauna.

Good location and good cleanliness in general, but the breakfast was the same every day, the parking says free and is charged, the keys we were given almost never worked every time we went out we had to go on to magnetize it and even so sometimes they did not work the same. Finally the air conditioning in the room can not be regulated, they say they are central and for that reason they can not do anything about it.

All new, beautiful and clean. The breakfast is great. But why charge for parking? We were left without a towel claiming that they had available on the second day for the amount of guests.

Excellent service! Good breakfast, toooodo, and variety! at ease! Worthy for total enjoyment … spacious, clean rooms, … Etc.

The worst hotel experience of my life! I expected a lot more and that's why I had chosen the hotel to welcome the new year. From the entrance the terrible attention by the same manager of the premises. That was not the reservation when we received the confirmation with the PIN, that there was no longer room for the New Year's Eve dinner when we had requested without receiving any response more than 15 days before. And as a brooch at the start there were a lot of people me with my baby in my arms who was already restless I had to wander because prinero was in the cart. They didn't respect the law of priority (I was with baby in my arms) and they made us wait the whole line for check out. When my husband asked to speak to the manager, Mr. BRUNO approached apologizing once again and above all he didn't even let my husband finish the suggestion he was making them claiming that "there were a lot of people" until he had to raise his voice so they would listen. What a bad time. A real shame. We thought it was a good hotel. We've never had such a situation in any of the hotels in the area.

Since that first time, the wonderful treatment from all the staff, we wowed… Thank you for making me feel so good. As if it were in my own house.!
