A very beautiful and modern hotel, the attention of the staff excellent, good quality buffet,,, we spent it with my family super, very comfortable and looking forward to returning soon…

Reviewing as I check in. So before tonight I stayed at jw marriot where I enjoyed my stay. They had minor hiccups but rhey rectified. Then I come to aloft panama city. I came here since My flight was canceled so delta airlines brought us here. As a titanium member I told lady at front desk around 5pm June 17th that I was a titanium member with hopes I get a descent room. She said delta booked our one night so I can't use my marriot number. So she gave me keys to a room on 12th floor 1226. It stunk more than a pigs sty. Turned ac on hoping smell would go. I went back down told them after calling and someone said they had a room ready and I should just come to the front and I don't have to stand in line and they will give me a new key. The question I have how can you give someone a room that stinks. So got a new key. It was better. Did not stink but smelled like chemicals now. At this stage my wife and I tired from been at the airport all day just said forget it we will just stay in here. This is the worst experience I have had at the marriot. And makes me wander whether I should start staying at Hilton and other hotels.

Nice place. Clean. The food was OK, the employees friendly, but I had to call three times to reception to get an extra blanket to the room. It took about an hour. The "Courtesy" water bottle in the room had already expired for a month. I took it without realizing.

Simply a very well done execution. They are all what they offer and a little more. Go have rest.

Excellent Place. Very good attention. The facilities are very good. It is next to the Sheraton hotel, making it possible to use some of the Sheraton's facilities.

Loved the amenities and customer service. The facilities were very modern and the staff was nice at all time. One of my favorite hotel choices when going to Panama.

Stayed at the hotel for 7 days (April-May). The room was clean and the staffs are very friendly. There’s a supermarket nearby and some restaurants are located within walking distance. It’s right next to Sheraton, and it’s connected inside of the buildings. Nice place.

Beautiful Place! Modern I really liked the bar and disco! And Your pool Huuuu Linda I want to go back to bathing in it! The beautiful comfortable rooms are spacious and clean! Only the staff needs to smile more!

Spacious. The lobby has a varied and very comfortable atmosphere. Excellent place for business meetings. The pool just to hang out but it is not the place where you would stay for a few hours. The environment is appropriate to be able to work comfortably.

The Hotel Aloft Panamá, in The first place located very well, Central. Very modern building. The rooms are very very spacious, I had never been to a aloft with that much space. The common areas very well. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I Would stay again at this hotel, considering that they have fair price.

Very descent stay here with close by super market. Staff are very friendly and room service is very good. Best part of my stay is morning breakfast.

This is one of the coolest hotels ever. It's design is so millenial, and I love it. It's refreshing staying at this hotel. All the staff members are awesome and they all take care of me in my stayed with them. I love their service all along the way of my visit here. They have low rates and in exchange they give you a 5 star service. I love it! If you are looking for a low rate hotel with a good service, then stop looking for it! The rooms are comfy and espacious. The W XYZ bar is awesome, and has really good food. The Red restaurant is awesome as well, loved the breakfast! I really hope to have the chance of staying with them again, because I would love to. Just amazing!

Very comfortable in their rooms, modern facilities, but breakfast was sometimes desabastecía and took time to replenish, but generally worth it. Atlapa can be reached by walking just across the street.

The place near exhibition centre and have a good service. The breakfast quite good and the atmosphere too.

The staff were very friendly and helpful.
They should improve the restaurant's attention time to deliver meals and attention to details (which have cutlery, napkins, staff friendliness and concern to cater to the needs of diners).
As for the restaurant allocated for the excellent breakfast buffet type well complete and quality.

Excellent hotel very nice decoration architecture precious parking lots expensive but the overall excellent the excellent food the excellent restaurants.

Good view from the window. Breakfast is ok and Wi-Fi is free.

Good experience. In Cafeteria The Fairies. Good Desserts and drinks. Poorly organized mother's Day breakfast. The menu was not at the height of this type of hotel. In the end we get the candy from the Casita de ginger.

I liked the hotel very much, but it was very clean. Basically focused for job hosting but it keeps a bar and a pool area where you pass very well.

Nice hotel with nice rooms. There is opportunity to get a room with a balcony and a gorgeous view. Rooms are nice and clean. Service is good. But the breakfast is almost the same everyday day.

Rooms are large, clean and very modern. (And a great view! ) Staff was friendly and fast, food and breakfast we're good. Good location where you have bars, restaurants and malls nearby.

The service completely opposite. 1 hour to get poor quality high priced food, missing plates because apparently it was just one person in the kitchen, a person that you then see outside chatting on the phone. Half an hour to get an incorrect bill. When you ask for the manager there was none in the hotel … guess it was quite normal that the service was so bad… I charged the meal to the room, but we didn't know we didn't know we didn't have a credit line since our room was fully payed. They call 3 times to charge us, passed a letter under the door, we couldn't cancel the bill because we were leaving to an event we were already late to because the time they took for the food and the bill. The second I was entering the hotel back, a girl stopped me and asked me to pay like if I was defaulting a million dollars when it was less that 40 … asked for the manager again and guess what? Not here again and he was not coming back until Monday. I'm still waiting for an apology… I feel this is outrageous for a 4 stars hotel.

Reception did not welcome us to the hotel, very few words were spoken. They did not explain where our elevators were located so we after trying two different locations we returned and were pointed to the right location after waiting in line again. They did not explain the elevators worked with the room key that only permits you to stop at your own floor. On a different day I asked for some help with their printers for a boarding pass and they did not say hello, may I help you, I was waiting in front of them to look up and say Ill be with you soon. In spanish of course.

Absolutely loved this hotel. Stayed here for almost a week. Very spacious rooms, its almost like a semi suite, and the room deco is neither too little or too much, just right. The bed was extremely comfortable, and even the coffee maker in the room was not your standard nescafe pouches which was great. The staff were very friendly, although majority of them speak Spanish, however there are a few English speaking staff at the restaurant as well as at the reception. The fact that the Sheraton was within the same compound gave me the option of heading to one of Sheraton's restaurants whenever I felt like it.

We stayed in this hotel & it was great. Staff was friendly & helpful. The only problem we had was with key cards. They kept demagnetizing. In the seven days we stayed I must have gotten 30 cards. I did have a problem with one night clerk named Ecuador, he was a jerk & should not deal with the public. Other than that we had a very nice time. I plan to return again.

The room was confortable and clean but the reception service very general and superficial to provide any Kind of customer support. Furthermore the breakfast was inadequate to four stars hotel. I will never go again.

Is really annoying when you arrived in hotel after three hours flight and somebody tell you "check-in is at three but we have room available and we charge to you only 50 dollars for this service" first of all I dont understand which service is to STILL money from the costumer! thanks Panama to make me change my mind about Aloft, best hotel chain in America where always stay in my work trip around Usa, but this is my last time ever after this INCREDIBLE BAD service and relation with a costumer, THIS IS A THEFT NOT A SERVICE! good luck guys…. Is a latin way to do more money and loose more costumer!
