Fantastic hotel, amazing staff (shout out to Susana & Solomon) and a great breakfast too! The bartenders at Aloft were great as well. And a special shout out to our driver Zafra for giving us the VIP tour of Panama!

Nice place, only had the chance to try the sancocho that was really good, but (the red always a but lol) there was a party or some kind of celebration and because of that the service was not that good.

A magnificent place to celebrate a big wedding. Large parking, central, safe with a very elegant atmosphere, great food and very fine pastry.

Beautiful setting and top notch customer service. The food was delicious, and our suite was very clean and spacious. But the Mosquitos are ABSOLUTELY AWFUL! The hotel does give out citronella wipes every day, and they have bug spray on hand. That is the only down fall to the place. The bugs bite at all times of day.

Staff very friendly and helpful. Varied room service Menu. My rating is because the room has a strange redesign: the area at the entrance to the room was higher than the bed area and I tripped over it three times until I got used to the altitude. NEVER take the hotel taxis because they charge 4 times more than Uber.

It is a hotel that despite its years, its employees maintain an agility to serve their passengers in the best way, from the people who do the cleaning of the rooms to the front desk employees, all are very friendly and solicitous. I have been pleased and very grateful. Best regards.

Would much rather stay at Aloft than here. It was cheaper, had a better view with a balcony, and got better service at Aloft. Here you’re just paying for less, no point.

Excellent resting place, the rooms have so with TV, air conditioning, cafeteria of courtesy, snack Bar, bath, shower, towels, desk, view to the pool or to the Atlapa Convention Center. The breakfast is American buffet and preparation of eggs to the taste bar, swimming pool, 2 tennis courts, clothes shops, business area and Internet, bar and a restaurant.

It is a rather luxurious hotel, and offers you not very extensive training options, but there are, like the pool, the spa (which was very personal, with sauna chambers, toilets, showers, meditation rooms and jacuzzis) and ample spaces such as the Lobby. Its buffet was really exquisite, a whole delight. Worth every dollar.

Excellent as Always. One of the best hotels in Panama. Only two in Latin America are "Grand Sheraton". The rooms are a bit old but the Club is very good. The food selection is excellent, just like the Breakfast. They treat the Platinum excellent, they always give good room and access to the Club. I recommend it to 100% above all if you are SPG/Marriott Platinum member.

Just wonderful. We fled from the riots in Nicaragua and was put up by Klm in this fabulous hotel. Super grateful, the staff were kind and helpful and the hotel itself was a very welcome gift. Felt safe, warm and comforted.

Great place! to another level. Its category is well-placed with its spacious conference and event halls and its luxurious rooms with a divine delicacy. Worthy of five diamonds, like the great candles of Riviera Maya.

The best brunch in Panama, good service, good weather and the food is delicious. The people who attend respect the diner a lot and are friendly. Be sure to try the waffles because it's the richest thing on the menu. The star of the Buffet table is smoked salmon, please don't finish early!

We really liked their facilities their cafeteria with very friendly staff we went to the casino area where you can Dance with a great orchestra and dance with souvenir melodies and current. We loved it and will come back.

I had an event of grade on the Rumba Bar and it was spectacular. The food is very good, the music very lively, the employees we met very nice; my guests were very happy with all the attention. Also
We had a room for the night, all very clean and in order. I recommend it 100%, without any complaint. My congratulations to Ms. Sara Pardo, Mr. Carlos Saavedra, and of course the Chef and all the employees we met.

2 mins walking distance to Atlapa and 5 mins to multi plaza by drive. All day buffet with reasonable price (breakfast, afternoon tea and dinner. ). Casino serve beer, drink and snacks within clean and great atmosphere. Fantastic view from guest room.

Las Hadas is a 24h restaurant, where you an get good service and good late night meal.

Excellent rooms beds and general distribution good locals on the ground floor to buy souvenirs breakfast or food in general. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the rooms were very nice and comfortable. Recommended.

The Sheraton is an older hotel with small rooms, restaurants, bar, and a casino. Attached to it is the Aloft built about 3-4 years ago (common ownership? ). The Aloft is nicer and has larger rooms. Stay at the Aloft and enjoy the same restaurants, etc. In addition, Wi-Fi costs at the Sheraton but is free at the Aloft.

First Class Hotel. Excellent location. Excellent attention. Good restaurants. Good amenities.

It is a place that can only be enjoyed "as long as it is empty" (or is unwholsome occupation).
This local does not have a proper management capacity and this I have checked on several occasions.
If you see that this place has half of the tables occupied or a little more, better go somewhere else.
"If you can eat with only one dish of water during your stay, wait more than 45 minutes for any of the meals on the menu, that when you finally take the food this is cold, that you can eat without cutlery, then you can go to the fairies of the Hotel Sherat On.
If you can not with any of the facts mentioned above better go elsewhere to get an experience and avoid a disgust, a taste and a bad experience.

Excellent hotel with all the services that are expected of this famous chain of hotels. Very good gym, very complete. And very nice pool in the basement. Tennis courts.

Location Not very cheap, but also does not kill prices!

24 hour cafe in the hotel with good prices. More important to me than the casino downstairs. Good rooms, Internet etc, i'm happy here.

I haven't stayed here in years but was just thinking about how wonderful my stay was and wanted to write about it. The rooms were super modern with a restaurant, event hall, and what I think was a casino. It was also in walking distance to a bunch of shops and supermarket. The staff did warn me not to walk there at night (probably because I'm American) but I'm also Chilean so I'm familiar with that danger. Don't walk around with cell phones, jewelry, or expensive items out. People are opportunistic. Lovely say and hope to come back again!

Not what you expect if you book a sheraton. We asked for towels at the pool it took almost 1h to get them. Some of the Staff doesn't want to work and let you feel it. The room was not clean as well in the bathroom was hair from the previous guests.

Service is excellent! The location puts you right in the middle of restaurants and easy access to freeway (we call it a freeway). Very modern facilities to include daily buffets and a pastry cafe!

Hotel very central, accessible and convenient. If you wish to eat out around there are many small restaurants. A mall great is near.

A and comfortable hotel with a pleasant atmosphere. The Internet connection is very good and the rooms, although not extraordinary, are well. I put 3 stars because the room smelled really bad. For a 5 star hotel this is unacceptable.

Within the event organized by Franklin Covey of Panama who hand the canvases Foundation of life and the experience of the active 20-30 Club called lecture of leadership and overcoming Inclusion in charge's Randal Arias could check several things.
1-their facilities for events and AREAS social common comply with the standards for people in Chair of wheels (parking, ramps, and services health), of way excellent.
2 but given that Inclusion is more than just ramps hotel fails for blind or deaf people. That itself must make a mention special hire staff with disabilities physical or functional. Our respect for it.
3 — Your staff that is the best and take care to get the experience of being there very comfortable and special.
4 — Their facilities are spotless, very modern and comfortable.
5-your food delicious and presented with dedication.

Amazing! We had a great experience there. Stayed here two nights on our honeymoon and it was amazing.

The hotel was nice, but the rooms were showing a bit of wear. Also, even with the AC blasting, it was tough to cut the humidity in the room. Overall though, a solid Sheraton in a good location. Very friendly bell staff, though front desk seemed a bit understaffed sometimes.
