It’s great hotel with nice staff and I like the management way control with the customer and the employees to be fair. The club up in the sky it’s amazing also with view you can see the sea and the city and your feeling will change never ever before. Like you’re in the dream and smiling without reason and happiness. With drinks we can fly in the sky with lovely people we love. I hope comeback here to remember my time.

Very stylish hotel. Each stage is devoted to a musician and decorated in its style. I live on 42 floor, the view from the window is really amazing. Rooms are well equipped with big bed, TV, little coffee maker, safe, special dream machine. Hotel has a pool with bar, smoking is prohibited on the whole territory except one little balcony on M1 stage. It also has a skybridge to the Mall with different shops, casino and Convention center.

I only went for drinks here, however there are a number of really cool bars offering some great deals on cocktails for Happy Hour. The rooftop bar offers amazing panoramic views of the city, great for sunset. Highly recommend!

Probably the worst hotel I've ever been to. The shower doesn't drain, I reported it three different days, ended up getting itchy feet. Lights not working. Bed sheets dirty. Floors dirty. Phones not working, which they fixed twice. Such a hassle for a 3 night stay. Go-to a real hotel, the staff offered us free breakfast. What a joke.

Great place to enjoy with family, with friends or failing (only). It lends itself to any situation. Everything works with full harmony thanks to the staff that works there… Thank You Hard Rock Hotel for providing such pleasant moments.

Excellent location. Its Convention Center is great for big events, with facilities that fit every need. Friendly and attentive staff.

It'S an experience. Pretty much more than a hotel. The decor surprises in every corner. The staff is very attentive. Awesome Breakfast. All!

An imposing hotel. With all kinds of bars and music. 62 flats with terrace overlooking the center of Panama. Very nice pool.

Killer view of City, both discotheques amazing and fun. Great ambiance, lots of restaurants around and a small shopping center.

The location is good and practical, especially for those of us who went to participate in a conference at the Convention center located practically next to the hotel. The room was very nice and the staff were very helpful and the breakfast was very good. They would take the carpet out of the bathroom and not put it up, if we used the dinner table they wouldn't clean it, just as an example.
Then, while it is obvious that a "Hard Rock" hotel should have music, the sound of the events on the 62 floor, which lasted until late, could be heard in the rooms. Also the restaurant area at night had the music at high volume.
Breakfast was very complete but few waiters were really efficient at the attention.
In the price/quality ratio, it's fine, but in the ratings you have a few stars left.

The service at the Hard Rock was impeccable! All the staff was friendly, helpful and accommodating. Anything we needed urgently in our room would be addressed within minutes. Loved the experience and ambience.

A wonderful Hotel, excellent central area of the capital. Excellent view of the whole city, service very friendly, polite and smiling. Exquisite buffet food. Super good toilet. Not for taste is 5 star Hotel and so I give the 5 stars.

The experience was amazing. The attention is the best and the fun is never missing. Excellent gym and the rooftop bar has an unsurpassed view of Panama City. The pool on the 12th floor is great, the whole hotel is set to music at all times in the common places you will hear excellent contemporary and tasteful music. The pool has underwater speakers that make swimming underwater a unique experience. There is taxi service for the whole city and for the free zone and the canal. The food is excellent, the lobster was delicious. Very comfortable rooms. I can't complain about anything. I hope in the future to visit again and enjoy the warmth of Panama City and everything the Hard Rock has to offer.

Staff friendly and mythical place only a few small problems in the room.

First day here and already wanting to leave. They should change the name to rock fuerte Cafe… Or maybe have more people speaking English. I have a disability. And there is no electric scooters for rent in the whole city. One day later… Since then, my opinion changed a bit. Diana really went over my expectation, and the stay was perfect. Still think people there should be a bit more English friendly. Overall, I recommend hard Rock hotel fully now.

Friendly and professionally well-versed!

We took the opportunity to visit the Sky deck and take a look over the city. Even if you are a hotel guest, you can simply take the elevator up. Above there is a bar, tables and chairs to enjoy the view.

Beautiful place with a superb view of the 62nd floor. All on a very nice terrace. The view of Panama City is extraordinary at night. A small visit is necessary, and we are very welcome.

Stunning! The best view of The Panama! There is a small fee to enter on the roof if you are not staying in the Hotel. Delicious cocktails to top up the excitement. Would recommend not to miss this at any cost!

Location is good. Only short walk to the sea or shopping center rooms: Good view, big rooms, pleasant staff pool: in relation to the hotel the pool area is small. Occasionally crowded.
Morning meal: for $20.00 The selection is very good conclusion: recommended, maybe a bit too expensive.

Extraordinary! Pool on the 16th floor with a great view of Panama City. The rooms are spacious with still times a breathtaking view. Breakfast as well as lunch in the form of buffet is incomparable. A huge choice, pastries has never finished. A hotel to do absolutely.

Super Delicious Brunch! Since we live in El Valle de Anton, we never leave it out to visit the hard rock during a city visit.

Only went to the night club on floor 62. It’s impressive! The whole floor (which is the rooftop) is a disco. Depending on how full the place is they start opening different areas. Half of it is uncovered and the other half has a roof, of course the first place that’s opened is the uncovered one. Good things: location, view, music, tables and chairs. Bad things: it’s windy up there (don’t bother doing your hair too much) and drinks are quite expensive. Getting in few: 15 dollars… good fun!

A one of a kind hotel. There's so much to see. The room was big and nicely laid out. The views of the city was great. The buffet breakfast was delicious and offered a nice variety of options. Nice big pool, not the place for quiet reflection as there's music pumping after all it's the Hard Rock. You have to check out the rooftop club.

Very nice and luxurious place. On the 62 floor you have a great view of the entire Panama skyline.

Except for the absolutely overpriced beverage prices a dream hotel (Corona 0, $33 9, —)

Spacious, well-designed rooms and especially nice bathroom and rain showers. The breakfast is great, with a lot of variety, everything is fresh and the live cooks prepare delicious eggs. Check-in and guest service staff were very friendly and helpful.
What is negative and very annoying is that a lot of services in the Hotel are outsourced/organized in different departments but the internal communication among them is definitely improvable. In a (presumably) top hotel like the this one, it's not okay that reception tells us to go the Guest Service and Guest Service tells us to go the next one, this should be better organized. Another inconvenience of their outsourcing concept was that we had to pay $4 per luggage per day to store some of our luggage for a few days eventhough we would come back to the hotel for another three nights. Normally, we would expect that such a service should be included in the price for returning guests.

In summary:
Very nice hotel. Very noisy (unable to talk in the lobby), air conditioning (smell of humidity).
The hotel is well placed, the rooms are very good and the breakfast is excellent.

I hated the exterior décor (lobby, reception…) and everything else but I was amazed at the room. Simple Deco and advanced technologies.
Not big reproach to make on the room which was clean, beautiful, with a mini lounge, a double bed (King size) and the bathroom with all the necessary products.
Really a very good point for the room.
Restaurants
The hotel has several restaurants (a la carte and buffet). In two days, we didn't have time to test everything.  
The breakfast buffet was good and very provided and fresh orange juice was served (very positive point because sometimes nectars, syrups or other are served in all inclusive).
We tested one of the two restaurants a la carte (the one with Asian tendency, I unfortunately do not remember the name) : any entry, flat hyper salty (so I could not appreciate the flavors…) and dessert, only dish that for me raised a little level, was too sweet.
The big positive point was the server: very professional, discreet and kind.

Despite our all inclusive formula and our bracelet that proved it, we had to sign and notions the room number on each consumer ticket.  
This is the first time I have seen such a painful and useless system in an all inclusive.

Excellent value. This hotel has a style great customer service. Our room was upgraded to one with a balcony with a great view. They have a great breakfast buffet. It has a good location; close to the mall and restaurants. Highly recommend this hotel.

Great hotel. XXL bedding great comfort. Very nice décor. Beautiful location in the heart of PANAMA city direct access to shopping mall.
Only downside hotel a bit noisy as the music is everywhere and permanently (normal for a hard rock hotel).

The hotel is not very good.

Funky hotel with a nice pool and several bars. There is rooftop club with a great view of the harbor and ships waiting for the canal. This is a good hotel for young people visiting with friends. The only downside is the location. There is not much going on around the hotel, but you can easily take a taxi to other parts of the city. I would stay here again.

One star is generous. The rooms are nice. The pool is too. But it will take you days to figure out what the hell is going on with the elevators. Have fun figuring that out. I have never spent so much time in elevator and waiting for elevators. The Hilton is a much better choice. I also would recommend Le Meridien or the Waldorf Astoria. I wouldn't stay at the Hard Rock again even if it were free. The breakfast buffet has good selections, but it is a madhouse, overrun with people feeding at troughs, and there are not enough servers and staff to accommodate.

This hotel is reasonably well… but not exceptional… I had some higher expectations on the friendliness of the personnel, the quality of the restaurant, the pricing policy (to access the top roof terrace as a hotel guest, you need to pay 20 USD, I beg your pardon? )

Never stayed here but it's really nice in the Lobby… good heavens I can just imagine what the rooms are like… really nice and fancy. Right across from it there's a "like" bar and grill, outside seating… really nice at nights with all the lights reflecting.

Consistent bad service throughout this hotel. Was refused service at the 62 floor bar and restaurant because I was wearing shorts,,,, then, on another evening, a band was playing on the second floor with seating for around 70 people, only 2 or 3 people were on the inside roped off area, yet they insisted that I pay $15 to get in, so I took my thirsty self elsewhere (i drop $40 to $80 in drinks and a meal) … this is a true international hotel chain, yet only 2% spoke any English, very frustrating when you are on a 4 week vacation and you have to beg the city of Panama to take your money.

Great place to stay with your friends or family. The hotel have a top bar with a great view and music, it's very good. As all Hard Rock Hotels.

Great hotel. Walls a little thin though, and the fact that they turn everyones TV to a music channel as part of turn down means several nights of being kept awake by the neighbours TV even though they weren't there. HUGE breakfast, two nightclubs, rockin bar, awesome steakhouse.

Restaurante Tauro, altamente recomendado!

Had a great time. And the room was nice… Only some of the staff could speak english but they were all as helpful as possible.

Great bars and fun even to just poke your head in for a look.

I have No complaints of this hotel, quite the contrary, I was offered the facilities to make a beautiful photo session for my daughter and her friends from college by the age of fifteen. The food and the room service delicious. All very attentive and professional. As we make plans to return.

Friendly staff, the pool is the main attraction, near the mall and really close to Casco Viejo for those who want to go there at night, uber service around the area and rooms are great!

I think it's more the name that has the Hotel that is waiting… Has many details negative, for a 5 star hotel… Starting with kindness-attention of the reception staff… The room meets, the lifts are quite an issue… In general I would not return nor recommend it as a great hotel… But if you just have to pay about USD $120, this is acceptable.

Lords Hard Rock, the best experience I had in Panama, a beautiful hotel, spectacular, I loved it a lot, when I return to Colombia gave me nostalgia, but the memories I will never the forget and the photos always will be part of my album of life. The amazing staff super trained. I will send you a photo where it was a moment of joy in the Hard Rock. Thank you for your hospitality and someday I will return.

That good experience! Nice place, modern, clean, variety of restaurants and bars to choose from. Excellent view from upper floors. Expensive but nice.

Came here to eat at a restaurant on the 2nd floor. Very nice decorations on the inside of the hotel. Don't remember the name of the place, but it was near the escalator. The BBQ Chicken Pizza was very good. A bit pricey ($14) for a medium, single person pizza, but it was very good.

You probably saw a comment earlier, very negative on my part about this hotel. It is worth to go back and I tell you that I got a call from the this year Noemy Vazquez, telling me that my things were found. I didn't expect less and I commented that I liked the idea that it tracked my case and it turned out positive in the end. Thank you for your effort that a customer will be satisfied with your stay. I hope that it has only been a problem of not finding the things and not the other. Recommended!

The staff was amazing from the beginning until the end! The room was very clean and cozy, the view was great and the spa was awesome. Could not find a single flaw, really an amazing experience overall!

Nice hotel! Very busy all day and night. Nice club, bars and pool. Request a mid level room. They are used less than the high floors.

Great location, connected to a mall — very convenient. The décor is awesome; I really enjoyed the vibe and atmosphere. Rooms are big and comfortable (and, in my case, the view of city and ocean was outstanding) Bed sleeping comfort — great! The rooms were tastefully done and the entertainment was a bonus. Don't need to leave the hotel for a night out. Excellent breakfast buffet (included), food variety is one of the best. Staff at the bars and buffet restaurant were very pleasant and attentive. Nice swimming pool area with a bar and variety of restaurants. Easy to connect Wi-Fi ANYWHERE. Taxi fares were also very reasonable. I will definitely recommend staying at the Hard Rock hotel Panama.

Excellent hotel. It is very spacious, the rooms are very well designed and have a pleasant atmosphere. A special touch of the hotel is themed around the music (which by the way they are presented live musicians), in each place there is something related to some musician, even in the elevators, every detail counts to achieve the experience that they provide.

Nasty hotel, filled with perfume, air fresheners aroma. SEVERE that those smells are harmful, not the soportanos, unpleasant, spend 10 minutes in the room and go down to ask to cancel my reservation, the manager rude and arrogant intended pagaramos the night, but never in that hotel. If they had minus stars is the daria pesimo customer service.

If I could give these people 5 rocks instead of a star I would! Do not stay at this hotel. The staff and management is a bunch of thugs and low lives! The security guard was knocking on the door, when I went to see who it was I opened the door and asked how I can help him. He forced his way in while I was still in my underwear (bra and panties) from just waking up and started doing a head count to see how many people were in the room. I was furious! Went immediately down stairs to the front desk and demanded to speak with a manager. Some lady was arguing with me and claimed to be the manager. They work the hotel as if they own the damn place and try to rip you off and make bogus charges without your consent. When you ask to speak with a real manager they say that he or she is not available. When you ask for the name they tell you a name of another co-worker who is not a manager. At the end of the day every employee there has the same name, to include the hotel security! When I made a complaint to corporate office, they told me they are only associated with them but they are not the owners of the hotel. Break ties HARD ROCK! These ppl are destroying your reputation!

If only I was a night for me. Impresióno their facilities. Would come again and hopefully. Not out of business.

It is very nice place, very good attention, the staff very attentive, the food good and sufficient, the. Rooms are comfortable, tastefully regresi, from el salvador, the midget. America.

Bad experience. Old, Wi-Fi does not work, 15 min of waiting for the elevator,. Well for groups. Nothing more.

Worst place ever! Please never come and stay! The people that work there are very rude and treat you like your trash. They will submit extra charges with out your knowledge. I checked in and they ask me for a 500 dollar cash deposit due to security purposes after I already paid $600 dollars for the room. For each night there is a 100 dollar deposit charge. Managers and employees there are a joke.

They were not friendly. A 2 mile can from the hotel costs $30 when you can just go to the street and get one for $4. But MAINLY, I ran up to my room to change my shirt with a friend, they charged me $107 and wouldn't say anything other than "it's politics. " At check out they forced me to pay the fee and refused to give me a receipt for the charge. I had to grab it via speedy force to see it and it said $107 for "optional extra room service. " I guess that is polotics to them.

Our initial impression was wow when we get here free valet parking, clean, good technology, and the bus boy that bring us up to the room show us everything very detailed. Not necessary but a nice welcome. On the way out the valet tells us there is problem with the car alarm. They broke the remote so that was unable to unlock the alarm. We were at to open the car and drive it but alarm would keep sounding. The valet guy drove it down from the valet spot to front lobby. Took almost 2 hours to sort out the remote problem they sent us to a cell repair shop in the mall across the street to repair the remote. Luckily the guy didn't want to charge us anything given our situation. When we get back to the car finally the car didn't start. Valet driver left the headlights on and after the two hours battery died. No one was willing to help us at all. Had to wait another 3 hours to get car boosted since none of the staff there were able to do anything. I see they have overall good reviews and mine would be good as well except for their valet service which led to 5 hours wasted and 50 bucks to pay for a boost. We asked the hotel manager for some compensation for our time and sitting in the heat and the most they offered was a massage at their spa. What a joke when we are leaving.

No doubt really a theme hotel 5 star worthy of visit, on my third visit to panama, after having stayed at the Plaza Paitilla and then at the Riu Panama Plaza, gave that during this visit he was inaugurated recently, 1500 rooms!
We stayed in a Rock Platinum Suites with balcony overlooking the sea. Total points for the world Hard Rock Rewards loyalty program
As you can see in the pictures are no details left, from the lobby with an excellent atmosphere, even the rooms and corridors.
In one of the nights, from the balcony you can photograph the fireworks for the celebration of the 100th anniversary of the creation of the channel

The only negative point is the delay in arrival of income which was filled with people and were missing some receptionists.

My one gripe was that my cleaning girl would NEVER leave me any small wash towels, at times I would have to call house keeping to complain. The general staff was very attentive and helpful from the bell-hops and elevator operators to Security personnel, concierge and Lobby people, they were right on the money. Will not forget the restaurant employees their services above and beyond my expectations. This is what I call a "Well oiled machine". Bottom line. Would I come back? definitely YES.

Nice installations, beautiful decorations but. I have stayed at the hotel several times in the past, and it's comfortable, I have to agree with the other gentleman who indicates, that there is a problem with the humidity even though you turn off the a/c the bed, towel and everything inside is wet. The worst thing of the Hotel is that most of the women who visit this hotel, who goes for fun or to have a drink are treated like hookers. This is a personal story, on June17th, I went with two female friends, since it was the birthday of one of them, so we sat down and have a couple of drinks while listening to the live music, once we step out around midnight, we saw many of the foreigners stepping out drunk with "indian girls" who we called indigenas o kunas. The guys who were trying to get them into a particular car, they work for the hotel, which I don't agree, they should have certain vehicles, with taxi plate number and identification, this two guys were almost forced to get into this car, which seems to be a regular / normal car for me, at the end it seems like the light came to their mind and decided NOT to go. Please guy, be careful with these bellman or people standing outside the entrance of the Hotel, most of them are working close with the "hookers (which is a word I don't like to use), they will get everything arrange with the girls, and may try to steal all your money and hopefully something worst could happen to you.

Overall A+. Eat lunch at the pool or the mall across the street to save some $. Also go to the shopping mall ground floor, then the parking garage to get to a small supermarket. Here you can buy a beer for. 69 cents. Save you more moneys! Think smart.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! I stayed here a week. My shower was ice cold. There were cockroaches in the stairway. The service was terrible. I waited min 2-3 hours total for the rediculous elevators throughout the week. The rooms were very nice looking, but they were so humid everything in the room was wet including the bed. The food is terrible. My girlfriend stepped on glass wearing her open faced shoes. The whole 2nd floor smells like sewage after 3am every night which spreads throughout the hotel. If you stay on the 55 floor+ your room will be shaking from the club above it until 4am on friday and saturdays. Do not ruin your vacation DONT STAY HERE.

Very nice hotel! rooms are very nice and modern. Has a nice young vibe to it. plenty of parties on the different bars. very secure area and plenty of stuff to do in the surroundings (malls, casino, nightclubs, casco antiguo). word of advise. Do not take taxis outside the hotel! just walk a few meters outside the hotel and it will be a lot cheaper.
