In summary:
Very nice hotel. Very noisy (unable to talk in the lobby), air conditioning (smell of humidity).
The hotel is well placed, the rooms are very good and the breakfast is excellent.
bedroom
I hated the exterior décor (lobby, reception…) and everything else but I was amazed at the room. Simple Deco and advanced technologies.
Not big reproach to make on the room which was clean, beautiful, with a mini lounge, a double bed (King size) and the bathroom with all the necessary products.
Really a very good point for the room.
Restaurants
The hotel has several restaurants (a la carte and buffet). In two days, we didn't have time to test everything.
The breakfast buffet was good and very provided and fresh orange juice was served (very positive point because sometimes nectars, syrups or other are served in all inclusive).
We tested one of the two restaurants a la carte (the one with Asian tendency, I unfortunately do not remember the name) : any entry, flat hyper salty (so I could not appreciate the flavors…) and dessert, only dish that for me raised a little level, was too sweet.
The big positive point was the server: very professional, discreet and kind.
bar
Despite our all inclusive formula and our bracelet that proved it, we had to sign and notions the room number on each consumer ticket.
This is the first time I have seen such a painful and useless system in an all inclusive. So it annoyed us so much to have to sign several invoices that we almost did not consume (this must certainly have been the purpose sought by the management having established this system…).
We had either said "all inclusive" but when I wanted a fresh fruit Smoothie, I was told that this was not part of the "all inclusive" formula and that we had to pay extra for this smoothie.
Why call an "all inclusive" formula if everything is not included?
Music/noise
The level of music is too high (migraine + +). There is a lot of General (human) noise. In the end we cannot even hear or talk quietly with his neighbor.
Interior design of the hotel
It's pommy and bling to the eye.
Many exhibits as in a Museum (Star clothes, star cars… short as useless objects), carpeting almost everywhere, from the air-conditioning to the maximum (it is like in a fridge while it is more than 30 ° outside! ), deodorizer diffused (probably to mask the smells in the carpet (humidity…) ).
Dating
There were nightclubs and other places of this kind accessible to the locals and foreigners.
On Friday night when we were down there, many men accompanied by younger women of a few decades and dressed very lightly have parades all evening. Awkward looks, odd atmosphere, thank you good evening.

Fortunately the staff is there to raise the General level: always present, helpful, Nice. All the people we worked with spoke perfectly English so no problem at this level.
pool
There was a nice pool not very large, open air near a bar.
Wi-Fi/Internet
Free connection and very good quality.
The view
The hotel being built on several floors, you have a beautiful view of Panama City.
The higher your room will be, the more beautiful the view may be.
Shops
A shopping center is a few meters from the hotel (multicentro).
There is also another shopping mall accessible by bus (Albrook Mall) : we visited it and it is really huge. It would take at least a whole day (and again…) to see everything
Overall it is a hotel with a lot of "Pat to the eye".
Because of the many very positive reviews, I was expecting a lot more.
