We stayed 1 week at Basecamp and do a 3 Day Snowmobile-Trip. It was amazing! Our guides, Heine and Mats-Erik, were absolutely fantastic!

Fantastic hotel, unique rooms with such a cozy and great atmosphere. We even got to see the northern lights from the loft! The staff were all so welcoming, friendly and nice. Excellent breakfast.

We spent three nights here and everything was perfect. The hotel is beautiful, the location is great—just a few minutes’ walk from dark skies for Northern Lights photos—and the service is outstanding.

We had an amazing stay at Funken Lodge! We were there in September 2024 and spent 4 nights. The rooms were comfortable, food excellent, and staff very friendly.

Visited Longyearbyen in late August 2025 with a group. I did not select the hotel but was pleased with the visit. The check in process was easy and relaxed.

We had a room on the corner of the hotel so plenty of windows. Given we were there at time of the midnight sun this was good. Great blackout blinds for sleeping too.

We've just returned from a 6 night stay at the Svalbard Polfareren Hotel, Svalbard and thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

The location is superb. The airport bus will drop you off right outside of this hotel, so super convenient.
Very friendly and helpful staffs, they helped us ordering a taxi.

This is very hard to describe than a perfection 🤩 This is an absolutely wonderful hotel in Svalbard.

I stayed at this hotel twice, in Winter and in Summer! I stayed in the main building. I found it to be a nice hotel, with everything one may need in the particular area.

We had a very good stay at Coal Miners’ Cabins. The room, shared bathrooms and common areas were very clean, which we really appreciated.

Fantastic place to stay in Svalbard. It's not only the best price but has the best team as well.

Mary-Ann’s Polarrigg was a great stay — very clean, well-kept and everything felt really well organized.

This is a great accommodation with a close walk to town. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. Breakfast was good. The common area was very cozy yet big enough for many people to enjoy.

Lovely stay at Svalbard Lodge. Great location, cozy and well-designed interiors, and that authentic Svalbard feeling you hope for when visiting the Arctic.

Katarina is a very unique guest! She explains everything we could find in the Island and she was really helpful with our luggage storage!

Excellent and friendly staff that will not hesitate to help you with anything you might need. The rooms are decent and warm. About 15-20 minutes to get into the town on foot.

Basecamp was perfect — cool rooms, cosy and warm atmosphere and delicious healthy breakfasts too. Its next to Kroa, so easy to grab dinner!

We had the best time at all of your Kenyan properties. Amazing food, comfortable & gorgeous tents, kind staff, & THE BEST driver, Bonny. We wouldn’t have changed a thing.

It's about a mile and a half out of town. We didn't mind the walk but others may want a taxi. The bar does a fixed meal each night. It was lasagne one night and chicken stew another.

I came to Coal Miners Cabins for 4 night stay and it met my expectations. Staff was super helpful, knowledgable and reception open at all times.
