Nice Hotel, everything super perfect. We had an apartment in the nearby building, fantastic, very large and clean rooms, kitchen and room all OK. Nice view of the mountain, and underneath there is the best pub restaurant in town. All perfect, super recommended!

It was a really nice experience. Staff were super nice. The receptionist messaged us about northern lights appearance while she was off at home. We loved the food as well.

This is such a nice new hotel, with very friendly staff. Great lobby with coffee and a fireplace. OK sized rooms. Excellent location, on the "main" street, and opposite the tourist office. The hotel also has an amazing restaurant — called Polfareren (make sure to eat there, even if you stay in a different hotel).

Wonderful hotel. Center of the village Longyearbyen. Cleanliness. The Svalbard law requires you to take off your shoes at the entrance. Breakfast was very good. Just gorgeous. Friendly. The staff were very professional and very professional.

Really really nice hotel. Almost forget you are in the arctic with how comfortable it is. Friendly staff, very nice breakfast and central. Highly recommended.

Great reception by adorable Christine last night. She was very professional and friendly. About the hotel: very clean and cozy. I loved the lobby! Comfortable bed, I slept like a baby. Delicious breakfast. Our room faced a lone mountain so the view was great!

High standards. Very friendly staff. The cleaning is superb, (I've been to really expensive hotells that do not come close to this). Can't think of anything to complain about.

Nice rooms, bathtubs in bathroom, comfortable beds and tasty breakfast. Just remember slippers as shoes are stored by the entrance.

Great Hotel The staff was very helpful Great breakfasts and restaurant service. Parking in the vicinity and guaranteed access also to wheelchairs. On the main street within walking distance to restaurants, pubs, supermarket and shopping mall. Great tour Reservations service.

Hotel has a great reception. Rooms are small especially if you are travelling with suitcases. Breakfast was good Staff were good and bad depending on who you got. Our flight was cancelled and SAS put us in the Radisson which had larger rooms and better breakfast. I would check prices between the two. This hotell is in a slightly better location further up the hill.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We really liked the complimentary caffee and tee at the reception. Our appartment was spacious, but a bit dated. Staff was OK. I recommend this hotel for people staying at Svalbard.

Nice location, room's clean and excellent breakfast included. If there's proper table and chair for writing, that would be perfect.
