Great view from balcony of the pool, rooms are clean enjoyed my 2 weeks stay with my little family.

We’ve had a cracking week here. Simple, clean accommodation, lovely staff, nice pool, no fighting for sun beds. Easy walk into the centre but far enough away to avoid noise and disturbance. Highly recommend.

They are in a great location on Nissi Avenue, close to many restaurants, shops, supermarkets and bars. The staff are all welcoming and try to do everything that is asked of them. The rooms are all spacious and have great bathrooms with plenty of hot water and tremendous showers.

Location is best, and if you like to party.

Such a fantastic place lovely food very friendly staff highly recomend very clean defo be back next year.

Can’t fault it the staff make you feel very welcome, cheap drinks and home cooked food and big lovely clean rooms.

Basic but functional accommodation. The pool was great. Food and drink were excellent and the €2 happy hour cocktails went down very well.

We stayed with my husband in this hotel. Clean: Cleaned in the room every day, towels and bedding changed every three days. It was clean. The staff are friendly and very pleasant. We arrived very early in the morning, and we were settled not at 14:00, but earlier. As soon as the room was vacated and it was removed, we were immediately offered to settle down. Food: we only had breakfast, repetitive but edible. Location: close to entertainment, but you have to walk to the beach for about 15 minutes. The hotel is not suitable for young people to relax with children. For their money it is a very good budget option)

Excellent place for young people, a bit noisy for families. Rooms are clean and renovated. You have to pay deposits for EVERYTHING and if your have two conditioners you should pay for both to make it really cool inside your apartment. Check-in is at 2 pm only when it's full and you have a reservation.

The hotel is not bad but 3 runs are not drawn.

The beach is normal far away 25-30.

Room was acceptable. Decent bathroom and basic clean living space which served our needs. Pool area is very good. Ideal for the day and well lit in the evening. Staff are the stars. Willing to help and make your break enjoyable.

Very clean hotel with all the amenities you need. Check in was quick and simple. You do have to pay €6 a day for Aircon and put a deposit down for the remote (you get this back). Cleaners came in regularly and were friendly. We did have to wait for a light bulb to be changed but this was minor really. A great location to walk into town. We had a room with a balcony over looking the main road and sea views — perfect for people watching through out the day. I wouldn't go for anything smaller than the superior studio as this was perfect size for two people to share. The shower is amazingly powerful. Kitchen has some utensils but making a meal would be interesting. It's the perfect place for a week away! Would stay again.

The Hotel is not bad, big rooms, to the sea far. TV, fridge, safe for some money. There is a living, in the form of cockroaches, and ants, but do not interfere.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. My money is worth more than, the rooms are new with kitchen utensils and appliances. Sanitary units are clean without mould and fungi. The location is excellent and the staff is very friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel. The beach is a 5-minute walk away.

On arrival we were put in a downstairs apartment, perfect for our age group, but would have been depressed after a day or so looking onto a vacant lot. We asked for another, no problem Now in room 211 superb view of the pool and a huge balcony. Catering equipment is quite space so not much good for full self catering but fine for tea and toast in the morning or snacks. Lovely people, lovely friendly helpful staff, lovely place. Great big spotless pool and lounge area. Can't be faulted. Food served as and when you want it too.

I've stayed at the Evabelle Napa twice now and I love it. Decent sized apartments, air conditioning was included too. Nice size swimming pool and free loungers. Friendly staff make it a nice stay. Would recommend to anyone.

The rooms are great had a good and amazing time. The staff are kind people who will help you with any of your needs. The pool was nice. The food was great. Rooms are cleaned every day and you get fresh towels.

1) Food: Who wants to Zakukarekat-all here, TC for breakfast every day of the day give eggs (boiled/fried).
Dinner is OK, but no buffet, all à la carte.
2) Number: Eaves! This smell is still not stink for 5 days of stay in hotel. Dirty walls, dirty curtains, dirty battery. Sofa all Zaljapannyj, in divorces, to sit is not possible! (Had to buy a veil to somehow sit on it). In the bathroom plastic hooks glued, which do not withstand even a handkerchief and immediately fall on the floor!
Very dirty room! The towels and linen are changed every three days!
Today, we wanted to watch TV in the lobby of the hotel, TC in our room on TV there are no Russian channels. For this at the reception we were made remark that we can not use this TV, TC in our room has its own. Then it is not clear why the TV is in the lobby of the hotel, and why it cannot be used by guests?
And this is a 4 star hotel! Shame!
There is no normal beach nearby.
To the famous beach Nissi beach to walk 30 minutes at least.
Conclusion: We will never go to this hotel again. It is necessary to give a maximum of 3 stars, and then all 2!

Location Maybe because they were there when all the bars were already closed. The hotel is rebuilt, makes more modern. All the furniture is new, the Internet in every room catches perfectly, that for Cyprus in general wild. The location is great-Nissi beach and the centre can be easily reached by yourself. Good b&b staff great but won't be going back.

We stayed in the old building. It's all worn out. The room size is big. The stairs are narrow, there is no elevator. If the windows are facing the street, it will be very noisy. Well located, almost in the city center. The air conditioner required extra charge. We were in October, experienced without air conditioning). Cheap apartments for young people.

Having read the reviews from previous users of the hotel prior to our own holiday, to say I was a little apprehensive! However, on arrival we were greeted most warmly and effiecently and to find the complex fresh clean and spacious. The rooms were recently refurbished i'm told, and yes true to their word, they were spotless. Staff were ever so friendly and couldn't do enough for you, meals and ammentities were inviting and favourably priced. To our delight there was no sign of late night revelling. And in truth we had a terrific holiday in Agia Napa, and Yes I would strongly recommend for future visits.

In that part of the hotel where we have a rest recently done renovation, so with the rooms all OK, the breakfast selection is not large, the buffet in the evening is not, but all the food is delicious, great location of the hotel, the sea view rooms overlook the street, not everyone can enjoy.

The rooms are big but old the pool is okay. But what bothers me alot is that the airconditioner costs 6 euros per day and there are 2 in the room that barely works me and my friends had 2 rooms and it cost us 120 euros to keep the rooms cool for 5 days witch is alot of money and on top of that they took 15 euros per remote deposite.

I would like to put 5 stars because the swimming pool was excellent, the rooms were renovated and the pool bar staff super friendly but the 1 of 2 airconditions in the living room was not working and we had to put all the beds in the bedroom in order to sleep, and the did not change our towels.

We just came back from our holiday! We enjoyed ayia napa it's a beautiful place but we didn't enjoy the hotel!
The only too things we liked was the big room with the view from the balcony and we did enjoy the pool but swiming at night was not allowed!
AT THE RECEPTION: only one blond girl was friendly and smiling but all the rest wasn't friendly at all!
FOR INTERNET CONNECTION: we used to go to the room door because connection is very poor inside the room.
FOR THE AC inside the room we had to pay 6€/day and a deposit of 15€.
FOR THE TV inside the room also have to pay 13€ deposit but we didn't because we was not interested in watching TV.
THE BUFFET is very poor for a 3 stars hotel, I rate her 2 stars.
LOUD MUSIC around the pool start around 11am till 6:00pm so if the room is near you can't rest at all! Thanks GOD our room was at the other side, so the music was a bit low.
CLEANING: they change towels every 2 days! Oh GOD and the smell of the room is not very clean and they don't remove dust! And come late to clean the room everyday! Even I wanted to make nescafe I found small insects dead inside the electric water heater! And a note that the balcony don't have light maybe we have also to pay
I don't recommend it I traveled many times and this is the first bad experience in a hotel!

Nice Hotell with great staff and manager that will help u anyway they can. Maybe its time for TUI to update their info on this hotell for us Swedes.

The food in the hotel is unsavory (this is probably the only place in the whole city), dirty, noisy, paid air con and often otkljuchajushhijsja Wi-Fi. Good location, great rooms.

Just returned from Evabelle apartments, had a great holiday. Excellent location. We had one of the refurbished rooms and it was lovely. It was very clean and was cleaned daily. Would recommend to others and stay there again.

Had an amazing holiday in Cyprus staying at Evabelle! The staff are absolutely lovely, they are so friendly and will help you in any way that they can. We had so many laughs with both staff and holiday goers throughout our stay and it really made our holiday! I would definitely recommend this hotel. We were truly sad to leave and would definitely stay there again!

General: — We have spent 14 days in the Napa Plaza and the end of October. Ayia Napa is known as a party town, also known as the "ball man" of Cyprus. Towards the end of October to be here so batten down the hatches, the restaurants and Bars close and it is quiet here. Closing parties will be the last weekend in October. Hotel: The Hotel is very Central, both the beach, as well as various shops, Bars etc. Are within walking distance. — The staff at the Hotel were very friendly. — Overall, the Hotel is very clean and tidy. In addition, it has a nice atmosphere, it's all very nice to each other. — The Breakfast is good (takes place in the Cloisters Restaurant), but variety could be richer. 14 days exactly the same Breakfast and every day the same cold cuts (2-3 varieties of sausage, 2-3 kinds of cheese) sometime boring. Of course, there are also the typical English Breakfast at the Buffet. Coffee, tea, water, juice and sparkling wine are included. To lunch, to eat in the Soma Ritual Lounge. In the case of full-Board incl. Except for the drinks. The food was always super. There are burgers, salad, Sandwiches and pasta dishes. — The dinner is also good and there is always a large Buffet in the Cloisters Restaurant (drinks excl. ).

Nice hotel with a great location, 3 minutes to the city centre by foot, 15 minutes to the beach. Surrounded by shops, restaurants, boutiques and many attractions.

Got there and was greeted well but stayed for almost 2 week and the apartments were dirty, pool was dirty had all green slime round the inner sides. The food was pretty much standard and the room got clean bedding every 3 days and we got dirty towels took away but clean ones never brought back I would not recommend this for families as there are very little facilities for them.

If you only sleep, that fits. Everything in this hotel was anachronistic. Scary touch, not a pleasure to use. Aesthetic pleasure don't get ( (
The restaurant is also sad were not qualitatively washed dishes, chipped.
If you discovered the room overlooking the sea, then be prepared for noise from the road down after 5:00 am.

Awful, dirty rooms, dirty toilets, not nice food, rude menager, but the worse … large cocrotches inside the building&rooms!

Awful service, managers were rude and unhelpful, beds were not provided for some on our group. One passport was lost by a careless member of staff, would never every stay at this dirty place again.

Good Value. Clean and Helpfull Reception. Power Adapter for 3€ Deposit available. The Ayia Napa Town is very Russia und expensive. I recommend Paphos. The Hotel is good.
