Namib Guesthouse made us feel welcome immediately. The family room was spacious and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was warm and inviting.

We stayed at Namib Guesthouse in August 2025 and it was a great experience.

From the moment we arrived, we were embraced by a soothing and peaceful atmosphere.

Lovely little hotel with all facilities you need… not sure of classification as 4*, I’m no expert but was reasonably priced and good value. Room was lovely.

This hotel met our needs. Decor is fresh and we, ll put together. Breakfast was lovely. Staff are always cleaning. Feels fresh. A good stay.

All and all it met my expectations. Nothing stood out as remarkable, but nothing disappointed. The location is nice. The restaurant and bar are comfortable.

Excellent base for exploring Swakopmund. Only stayed one night as we were travelling next day. Staff were very understanding of our early start and made sure we had breakfast available.

Perfectly positioned to explore Swakop. We hardly used our car while we were there, except for when the guys went quad biking. Walking around town felt safe — day and night.

Perfect place. View of the sea (if it's not foggy). Everything works, it's warm and comfortable. Very nice and committed hostess.

A beautiful little hotel filled with light and overlooking the sea, a warm welcome, and a full breakfast served in a very cozy little room – wonderful for a romantic getaway.

Well, I cannot seem to find words to describe the place, it's a good place to rest and explore the coastal town. Food is OK, and the rooms are comfortable.

As always I had the most heartwarming welcome and straight away noticed big and small changes to this boutique hotel.

My husband & I stayed here last week for two nights. What an absolute pleasure it was! Laurentia and Yvonne especially were so extremely friendly and very helpful! Clean rooms & nice breakfast.

Location is very center.
Walking distance to Main Street and lots of shops, restaurants, cafes and other stuff. Swakopmund is.
Beautiful city to explore and walk around.

Wonderful restaurant with warm, friendly service. Fish and meat are excellent. Gulasch soup is superb.

My family and I had a very nice and relaxing stay in this CHILDFRIENDLY 😍guesthouse. Nice rooms, spotlessly clean, a very nice garden and a lovely owner and staff.

We stayed just one night here as part of our guided Ultimate Safaris tour of Namibia. Stunning views from the cottages and dining areas. Lodge set in a lovely garden.

We had a wonderful 3 night stay at Desert Breeze. The staff are friendly and the accommodation is excellent — so spacious and comfortable with interesting decor and incredible views of the dunes.

Great service, great location only had a problem with the toilet light but otherwise was perfect and very clean.

Had an excellent stay, and I love the location. I will recommend it. I'm really looking forward to my return.

From the front desk to the rooms everything is great. Upgraded to 1 bedroom suite with balcony. Loved it! Staff are extremely helpful and nice.

I stayed here for 2 nights in early Oct. This is the best B&B I stayed at during my entire trip to Namibia and South Africa.

The place is clean and well kept. Large rooms. Breakfast is lovely. The host Robert is so friendly and kind. The ladies at the guest house are so kind and helpful.

Our family stayed in the three bedroom unit. Perfect. Just perfect. Host was friendly and helpful. Close to everything.

Accommodation was perfect for my personal needs. It was very cost effective and I highly recommend this facility for sales reps, who needs a nice, clean and safe facility to sleep over.

Located in a quiet residential area of Swakopmund, a short drive to the main centre with restaurants etc.

It’s a super cute guesthouse!
We loved staying in this lodge, sadly it was very cold and we didn’t have warm water and the heater also didn’t work properly so it was FREEZING.

The bed is warm and comfortable. We had an amazing sleep. There’s Wi-Fi and it’s hosted by a nice kind guy who is very helpful.

Best night sleep! Peace and quite! Flat has everything you need for. A break before you hit the road again. Could actually take a nice bath with hot water on demand.

Prinzessin Rupprecht is our number one choice when in Swakop. Close to the beach, jetty, shopping centres and restaurants.

This is an old style hotel dating back will over 100 years — full of character and interesting history.

We had a wonderful 2 night visit to Swakopmund. This B&B was great.
Plenty of areas to relax.
Great food spread for breakfast, and friendly staff.
They have a communal drinks fridge but no bar.

Quite peaceful town centre location, near beaches, shops and restaurants. Gorgeous town gardens making the most of space. Staff were very helpful and a lovely cafe downstairs.

Namibia Nights is very good location is perfect there are a lot of restaurants near rooms we're very spacious clean but the only thing wrong is that there is no door to separate the bathroom and room

We were met by Titus upon arrival and immediately felt welcome. The service throughout our stay was incredible!
The hotel is close to the beach and a 15-20 minute walk to some nice eating spots.

Great value for money, but be aware of the parking situation.
​We ended up at this hotel as a last-minute choice, and overall, it was a pleasant surprise.

I had a fantastic stay at Desert Sands Boutique Hotel in Swakopmund. The hotel is beautiful, very clean and neat, and you can see real care has gone into every detail.

My family and I (12 in total from 3 to 75) stayed at Rossmund for 4 days and loved the place. We found the staff amazingly helpful and bent over backwards to make sure our stay was enjoyable.

We really enjoyed our stay in Rossmund. Even the kids didn’t want to leave the house. From the reception to the rooms everyone welcomed us with a smile. Even the environment was cool.

I had an amazing experience from the friendly reception in front. Beautiful rooms with amazing shower. The management team are doing great job to keep the staff happy.
