Ohn Noht Khauk Sweh at Triumph Hotel in Mandalay; ghastly at best.
Soggy white noodles that melt in your mouth, soup without Ohn Noht.
The chef had an excuse for such a produce. Since breakfast had to be prepared at 5am, they don't have the time to buy the correct type of noodles.
He also said the Ohn Noht Khauk Sweh is made for Europeans.
I advised the miscreant chef to rename his miscreation an exclusive name and not Ohn Noht Khauk Sweh as this is an appalling representation of it.
Looking forward to the free flow cocktails by the pool this evening. Keep an eye on my review.
A good 3 star hotel. Nice pool area with a free happy hour in the afternoons.
