I would rate 4 stars for location if there is no (noisy) mosque nearby.

Nice accommodation if have international breakfast will be better.

The hotel bar offers a pleasant atmosphere with cozy seating and friendly staff. However, my recent experience with the pricing of their Nescafé coffee left me perplexed. I was charged an exorbitant $5.54 for just two cups of Nescafé, which seemed quite unusual for a standard coffee selection.
While I do not seek a refund or an apology, I believe it's essential to suggest to the hotel officials to reassess their pricing strategy for beverages like Nescafé coffee. Such overcharging might deter customers from enjoying their time at the bar and could potentially lead to negative reviews.
Apart from this concern, the hotel bar is well-designed and has a great ambiance. I encourage the management to focus on providing fair pricing, which would enhance the overall experience for their guests.

Phone and internet connection is not really good sometimes. But the rests are good.

I had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel, there are much better options in the area. They gave me a big hassle while checking in and it took a very long time. They didn't have a record of my booking so I had to find my booking reference to prove that I did in fact have a reservation. The "city view" is not a view of the city, but rather the building next door.

Location is spot on near Mandalay Castle so, really can’t complain. Parking is one big issue and we have late check in cause hotel was servicing both Air Conditions (even though we book this 1 week ahead)
Apart from that, rooms are spacey enough and roof top bar is there for you to chill out with unplugged band.

Locate very Closely with Mandalay Palace Old Great Wall. You can see the wall from some of its rooms. Also have roof top with astonishing view of entire city. Room are spacious and very clean. Great Interior Decoration. Price is very reasonable.
Great for the muslims to stay as it is situated right next to a big masjid.

A great hotel for a one night stay with yout family.
They didnt provide breakfast when I was staying but did promise to have it next time.
The location is right in the middle of mandalay.
You can see the old Mandalay Palace from the windows.
The service is ok.
I asked for an extra pillow and they delivered.
The rooms are nice and cozy.
But the aircon in our room wasnt getting that cold.
The bathrooms are also nice with a bathtub.

Service is so nice & there is also roof-top bar, night view from there is wonderful.

Found this place on the 1st time we were in Mandalay because it has a rooftop bar we decided to stay here.
Great decision. Rooms are spacious, clean and great shower. Staff are really brilliant, friendly, helpful and competent.
Breakfast is also a real hit with a great selection for westerners and Asians. The taxi lads and tuc tuc drivers outside the hotel are sound and the prices very fair.
Rooftop bar is just the hit with a fantastic view of the Mandalay Palace and Mandalay Hill. Rooms do not have a safe but you need a keycard to even get to the floors.
I would definitely stay here again 😁

Very close to City walls of Mandalay Royal Palace.

We visited the hotel to take advantage of the roof top bar and restaurant. It was a great place to chill after a long day sight seeing. The service prices and quality of food and beverage should have people booking to be there once the secret is out.

New hotel with spacious rooms at the edge of the city center. Don't forget to visit the roof top bar with a great view over Mandalay and reasonable prices. On the other side the rooms are a little bit noisy.

We were lucky to visit the rooftop bar and restaurant of the hotel the opening night. We were welcomed directly by the hotel owner and his family who glady shared food and drinks with us, even if it was a private family and friends party night. They were nice and wonderful hosts. I believe you can not have a bad stay in an hôtel were the owner itself welcome you so well.

Very comfortable, modernize and clean place. Staff are super helpful and their greetings are very pleasant. And also can get Panoramic View from the Rooftop Bar.

Very nice hotel located in the heart of downtown! We were in room 513 which was spacious and comfortable! The shower was separated from the toilet by a glass sliding door which is not something that can be taken for granted in Myanmar. Most of the time there is no separation between the toilet and the shower. The breakfast was sufficient but could have been a bit better for vegetarian. I liked that they offered eggs on order (including poached eggs). There was a noodle station where you can prepare your own bowl. Cereals and toasts were also on offer alongside with hot dishes (at least one fried rice and other non veg options). There is a beautiful rooftop with comfortable seating and a great bar!
Lastly the staff were impeccable. Most were very well trained and were able to anticipate our needs. The younger staff need more training though.

View from the rooftop is really amazing. A nice place to chill out.
