I highly recommend this place. They have all the confort you can ask for in a hotel. Good beds, perfect shower, delicious breakfast, nice swimming pool. But most important was the staff. They are not only super kind and efficient but also really concerned about the clients and are the most honest people I have met. My boyfriend forgot the wallet with a big amount of cash and all his credit cards in the safe box. And they sent it to us to another city. It arrives perfect. I don't have enough words to express my gratitude. If you go to Mandalay do not hesitate and go to the Haven! Thanks to mss Phyu and the rest of the staff!

Lovely spacious rooms great rooftop infinity pool staff are friendly and polite nothing is too much trouble. Only downside is a long way from the centre of mandalay.
