A surprisingly modern and amazingly clean hotel, hidden from the main streets. The rooms were very comfortable and it felt worth the money. Service was amazing, with our names on a sign to greet us at check-in. Breakfast was also pretty good, with quite a large selection available.

Clean, well located. Utilitarian. Sockets in room no good for charging laptops, cameras etc. Plug adapters need to be wiggled to get a connection. Nice pond.

Be careful about the height of stair steps.

A nice surprise that this quiet hotel in Mandalay with swimming pool in the green. Qqs restaurants Nearby, the market all ready to walk.

Nice hotel. Large rooms and bathroom. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Housekeeping staff very helpful with carying our suitcases. Waiters at the breakfast are very helpful with getting your food without being intrusive. Always smiling and well trained. Good hotel, I recommend. Only silly that elevator stops halfway the staircase, so you still need to carry a few steps.

Overall acceptable and staff very helpful. Single room small with limited view. Breakfast good. Good location. Wi-Fi poor (guess Myanmar problem). Cappuccino at 4200kyvts makes it one of the most expensive coffees in Myanmar. Pool available but did not use.

Great location. Really like the fact that the hotel is off the street as this means it is very quiet. Staff are really helpful and super polite.

Not the best hotel. Air-conditioning not very good. Reception is a bit dingy. Rooms are a bit underwhelming. Food at the hotel is incredibly expensive and terrible.

Delighted, although the facilities are not modernisimas outweigh the deal. In an oasis inside the city, it's come in and look like you're in an isolated spot. The staff at the hotel Majísimo, eager to help you as much as possible. To repeat.

Room, breakfast and pool were good. Wi-Fi and pool mosquitoes were bad.

A oasis in the middle of chaos, the staff are brilliant and extremely helpfull the rooms very big and all modern amenaties, the pool seems cold at first but on a hot day it's perfect,
The reception will arrange tours and taxis and does not overcharge, it's not far for the palace by taxi and most places need taxis here as walking is not easy, full marks for a very good hotel.

In the dirty center from Mandalay. Small room. Breakfast ok. Stuff friedley. Best is the pool in the Garden.

I had an amazing stay at Mandalay city hotel 24th November to 2nd Dec 2016. The rooms were great and the staff are fantastic! Beautiful ono kau swe and mohinga for breakfast along with everything else. Hope to return next year.

Nice hotel, well located with very helpful staff.

Quiet, comfortable, helpful staff. Swimming pool was perfect at the end of a hot sticky day. Restaurant not so authentic but tasty all the same.
