Such a beautiful riad. Hidden in the streets of the old Medina! The birds chirping in the courtyard make the whole place feel so peaceful, and you can even hear them softly from the rooms.

It’s hard to know where to start with Riad El Wiam. When I saw the images of it online, I knew instantly it was the place I needed to book.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with genuine warmth and a welcoming atmosphere. Adil and the entire team were exemplary throughout our stay.

The staff here are not just nice because it's their job they. Are all genuinely LOVELY.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. Everything was clean, tidy, and very well maintained. What stood out the most was how welcoming and helpful all the staff members were throughout our stay.

Great location and staff was all lovely. Room was great size and neat, all inclusive breakfast, lunch and dinner. Ever smiling lovely people. You've got airport shuttle for your checkout too.

This hotel is really underrated!
Excellent breakfast. We stayed four nights. Different variety every morning. Staff were at your service. No waiting on anything. Hygiene was at the top.

Nice hotel with decent rooms. I believe there is an older building & a newer one. So the rooms may be different. But they do have a TV in them & two single beds. A washroom & a shower.

We had a lovely stay with Asmae and her crew. She has a top notch chef who made my gluten free diet so easy! The room we stayed in was absolutely wonderful. So quiet, spacious and bright.

Location is around 25 minutes from the centre. We got private drivers which costs around £5 on Indrive app. Download it as its cheaper than any taxi around.

On the night of 25th October the guitarist in the Piano Bar was phenomenal! We’d intended to head into the medina for the evening but stayed in the hotel purely because of him.

Inside, we were really surprised by how clean and beautiful the room was. As we entered, we could really see the tiles of the floor shine. Literally.

Lovely hotel with exceptional service. Rooms were large and bed was so comfortable. The welcome plate of sweet treats and fresh fruit was a great start.

My husband and I enjoyed a mini break at the end of October. Hotel is just outside the city centre (10mins taxi) and only 15 minutes from the airport.

I just wanted a room with a good bed and excellent location, which is exactly what I got. The bathrooms are a bit old and rusty but they work great.

I came to the hotel alone with my two year old I was very nervous on arrival due to this being my first time in Morocco. It was also my first time traveling alone with my two year old.

This riad is low in price, and you truly get what you pay for — I’m not sure why some people expect 5* luxury considering the price point. The room I stayed in was clean and I didn’t have any issues.
