I recently stayed at this hotel, and while some aspects were enjoyable, I cannot recommend dining at the restaurant. The food quality was disappointing, and the overall experience didn’t meet expectations.
Additionally, my stay was quite uncomfortable as there was no electricity throughout the night, making it extremely difficult to rest. To make matters worse, the place was filled with mosquitoes, which made sleeping even more challenging.
On the positive side, the swimming pool was excellent—clean and well-maintained. The rooms and beds were also spotless, which I appreciated.
Overall, while the cleanliness and pool were great, the lack of electricity, mosquito issue, and poor restaurant experience make it hard for me to recommend this hotel.

Everytime I come to this hotel I need to clean my room cause house keeping dont do it:
Like today I litteraly changed all the sheets with the house keeping boy.
And the restaurant has TERRIBLE TERRIBLE FOOD.
The only nice thing? The pool.

The experience could have been much better. The room service is less than average and some of the staff react to complaints carelessly.
As I arrived, I had to wait 45 minutes past the checking in time. I didn't complain although I wasn't at my best after a three-hours road trip. When they gave me the room, the toilet had an unpleasant odor of urine; I had to clean it myself over and over. The next day, I kept asking for the room lady, they promised to send one but no one came. I had to live another day in the hell of filth until they arrived very late the third day and spent five minutes performing half-hearted cleaning.
In addition, the section my room was in (Pavillon C) had no Wi-Fi access, which I need for my daily work. The corridor had no lights, they only fixed it after my complaint, and the toilet door handle was broken I almost got trapped inside.
Such an unpleasant experience.
However, I also met some nice staff members which I should salute for doing their job perfectly in such a low-life work entourage.
