A special big thank you to Fayrouz from Club Jumbo, she was fantastic! She entertained and looked after my child so well, which made our stay even more enjoyable and relaxing.
There was a great variety of food, and everything was delicious. Many thanks as well to Abdel and Cherik from the canteen staff, they were very polite, helpful, and always smiling. They were especially kind and supportive with the kids.

The hotel has a pleasant lobby and bar area, although the corridors are somewhat dated. The reception staff were polite and welcoming. The younger restaurant staff were friendly and helpful; however, some of the older staff were less approachable and at times appeared unhelpful.
It is important to arrive at the restaurant as soon as it opens, as food becomes cold quickly and guests may need to use the microwave. The lifeguard at the pool was excellent — very friendly, attentive, and always willing to assist.
The bedrooms were clean, though the beds were slightly uncomfortable.
Unfortunately, the entertainment team was a significant disappointment. Most activities and announcements were conducted in French, and there was little effort to engage with English-speaking guests. On one evening in the bar, an entertainer spoke in French for over half an hour without checking the audience. An English guest eventually expressed frustration, pointing out that no one had been asked about their language. When the entertainer finally asked, it turned out that everyone present was English, which seemed to irritate him. For the remainder of the evening, his attitude towards speaking English appeared reluctant.
While the entertainer later began asking guests about their nationality before evening activities, it was clear that bilingual communication was not delivered with enthusiasm.

Before reading, please note that I hate complaining, but I feel it’s important to warn others.
We arrived hopeful, but our experience quickly went downhill. On the first night, my 3-year-old son hit his head on a sharp bedside table that is fixed to the wall, resulting in 13 stitches and 12 hours at a nearby health clinic. When I ran to reception, there was no pathway lighting at all, which is extremely dangerous at night, especially for parents with children.
There was no urgency from reception, and it took around 20 minutes to get a taxi to the clinic. While the medical staff were excellent, the hotel showed very little concern afterwards. The room layout is not child-safe, and nothing was done by management to follow up.
This is not a family-friendly hotel. The kids club and mini disco were repeatedly advertised but never actually happened, leaving our child disappointed every evening. There was also no clear or consistent information about activities in the hotel.
The pools were freezing and visibly dirty, slides closed for long periods, and there was no entertainment around the pool.
Food and drink were very poor for a supposed 4-star all-inclusive. The buffet was basic, badly labelled, and there were no allergen labels at all, which is a major safety concern. Hygiene was also an issue — drinking glasses were often dirty and still had orange pulp in them. Cocktails were unpleasant, the wine undrinkable, and many guests ordered takeaway food each night.

The hotel is located around 20-25 mins from Marrakesh, with a courtesy bus twice a day. There is nothing walkable nearby. The hotel is nice with a pleasant lobby, but could do with a bit of updating in places. Our room was very spacious, but could have done with a few more things in it, such as drawers, but it was kept spotless, cleaned every day. The food is ok nothing special you can always find something to eat but most of the hot food isn’t hot it’s warm you know it not hot because there’s a microwave at the end of the counter to warm it up. 😂😂😂. Even though it’s was all inclusive hotel there’s a sports bar where you have to pay for drinks which explains why it’s always empty. We had a spa couples massage which was nice and not that dear think it was about £50 and you get an hour in the spa pool afterwards too. The best thing about the hotel is the staff they are all really friendly, very hardworking and can’t do enough for you, they are an absolute credit to the hotel. There were other British guests, but the majority are French and the hotel is aimed more towards them. We were here for New Year’s Eve and the gala dinner and entertainment were a highlight. Check out time is 12pm and our pick up time was 5.30pm there’s a luggage room but no complimentary room to have a shower or get changed. Would we stay here again I’m not sure if the price was cheap enough we would consider it.

Overall a poor experience. It’s so far from a shop. This place is a food desert. The staff are hit or miss, sometimes friendly and sometimes just extremely rude. The pool is under construction, the slides are only on sometimes. The food is, frankly, just bad. They claim to be all inclusive, but you can’t get food or ice cream or anything outside of set meal times. We’ve made several requests for pillows, towels, and toilet paper and are yet to get them. The bar staff are understaffed, there’s no babysitting service as advertised, the “kids club” is just a room for kids to do colouring, and the pool is not heated making it unusable on our December vacation. The free shuttle to town never has enough space. Did I mention the food is awful? It’s the same, mass produced, over cooked and under seasoned crap every day. Meat is often undercooked. The beds are hard. The Wi-Fi sucks. Half the pool is under construction. The slides are only on part of the day. The restaurant is only one visit per stay. The bar closes at 11pm, which is far too early, especially when there’s nothing else around here to go to. Our pool view room we paid for is just a tree. Outside the hotel is just slums and construction.

The most amazing trip! (Nov 27-30th) The hotel had everything we needed, the food was amazing and always had an option for everyone. They served breakfast, lunch, and dinner. And even snacks in the late afternoon.
Our room was clean and tidy, and had a safe. The staff were perfect, helped us out from start to finish, and nothing was too much for them.
Me and my partner got engaged during our stay at the hotel, and the staff and manager were so helpful to my boyfriend (now fiancé! ) in getting him sorted with everything he needed.
There was a coach that took us to the Marrakech markets courtesy of the hotel, and was very easy to get taxis. There was an ATM in the lobby of the hotel too.
We didn't use the pool or spa facilities, but could see many people having fun in these areas.
We are already planning our next trip back to this hotel. 5⭐ experience.

We stayed here for a short break and we all had a great time. Just note, it’s a 3 star, not 5 star! Food is great at the buffet. Always found something we enjoyed especially the fresh pizzas made to order for lunch. The specialty restaurant was ok but we preferred the buffet. Drinks are local spirits and beer. The wine was ok. As much bottled water as you like and the coffee is great. Rooms are big and clean. The shower is like a jet wash! 😂
Different pool areas, quiet adults only, entertainment pool, pool with slides and children’s pools. Super friendly staff. Beautiful well kept grounds. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere but you can easily get a taxi that didn’t cost too much from reception. There’s a free shuttle bus but the times didn’t suit us. You can also exchange money at reception and they will change it back if you have any left at the end of your holiday. Overall we were very happy and for the price we certainly had our money’s worth.

Room… clean, decent size, great shower. Had soap, shower gels and shampoo which smell amazing, had TV and fridge, safe, bed was small and mattress like a board so didn't sleep well, no balcony.
Wi-Fi was OK. Connected in and out.
Pool was large and many other pools.
Was November so entertainment about an hour in morning and at night.
No table service here. Queues for food and bar, only 1 person serving. Food was very local cuisine but edible. Cocktails very sweet. Their beer is good. Never seemed to be any cutlery available. Towels are hard to get your hands on lol.
We noticed a lot of the time the waiters just standing around talking and doing nothing.
The hotel is lovely but very remote. Has a shuttle bus at 9am and 3pm which you need to book.

After mixed reviews here are my opinions. The hotel was generally in pretty good order. The gardens and pool areas were lovely and very well kept. Restuarant areas very well staffed and cleaned constantly. The room was spotless, cleaned and towels changed every day.
There were comments about the food, and depending on what you are used to I can understand some comments. We found the food fine, always meat, chicken and fish on offer. Not a massive choice but decent quality, and it's almost the end of the season. Remember, this is Morocco not Benidorm and the food reflects a more African diet but always fresh pizzas etc if you are not adventurous.
Staff overall very nice but there were a couple obviously not happy with their lot so we just ignored them.
Rooms although very clean are tired and do need a refurb but I understand they are carrying this out early next year. Overall a very pleasant stay and would recommend.

We had a good holiday with many positives, with which I will start. But there are some pitfulls to be aware of…
Travelled en famille, two children (11 & 8).
Pool area was good and water slides kept everyone entertained.
Family room was wonderful — spacious and clean.
Staff were lovely — super helpful and friendly.
Spa was fantastic — husband had two wonderful massages and enjoyed the spa facilities after.
Breakfast was great — lots of choice and freshly made food (pancakes, omlettes).
Desert trip was fabulous — we did an afternoon of camel ride, quand bikes and an evening meal with entertainment which was brilliantly organised and a lot of fun for all of us.
Some aspects that could be improved, and for other travellers to be aware of…
We had a pool view room — fantastic location right next to the pool, which was extremely convenient during the day. However, we were not aware that the entertainment area is next to the pool and music goes on until 11pm EVERY night, and it is loud — some nights with the addition of microphone use. Luckily I took some earplugs which blocked out some noise but in all honesty it was quite a big problem for all of us.
Waterslides closed between 12.30 & 2.30 each day. This gave us a forced break to get the kids to lunch but seemed a little strange in an advertised "aqua park".
Pool water was a bit chilly — I know this is no one's fault but something to be aware of if travelling with small children as the water was only around 22 degrees.

Nothing more then it's ok. The staff is very nice and friendly but the rest it's a bit disappointing to be honest. Food is less then average, the choice is not bad, but it lacks a flavour and the stews need more cooking time.
We got a room with a broken garden doors, it didn't lock at all. The staff was trying to persuade me that's ok to have the room opened as they have cameras, and I I can use safe for valuables — guess what? The safe was broken as well. Locks couldn't be fixed so we got a new room but the next day.
On the positive side the pools are very good! Kids love it. Lots of sunbeds available, just better take your pool towel as they're running out of them before midday.
If you're planning sightseeing bare in mind that's far from the central town, but the hotel offers free shuttle bus. Book as early as you can as the seats are limited.

We had a good holiday here and there is lots to be positive about. The outside space is great. Fab pools, grounds looked after beautifully. The entertainment team work so hard all day to keep things lively, they are warm and friendly and never pushy. We really enjoyed hanging out by the pool.
However the evening entertainment is pretty dire.
The food is fine, either try the local cuisine (lots of choice) or accept its fresh pizza or pasta for every meal — just avoid the a la carte which has no ‘carte’ and was SO disappointing. Breakfast chefs a definite highlight!
No issues with the drinks or the staff — some might not be the friendliest but most were absolutely charming.
The terrace outside is ok but the inside bars are really soulless. Not an inviting space to hang out in so we tended to eat later then head back to our room.
The bedrooms are underwhelming but to be honest we only spent a few waking hours each day in our room so it was adequate. Housekeeping was excellent — even on the day when we were all asleep after lunch and they crept in and cleaned like ninjas!
We booked a trip with the hotel — it was pretty dreadful. We made the most of it but if you book trips I recommend you use ‘Get your guide’ or ‘TripAdvisor’.
The spa is lovely. We both enjoyed a massage but it was slightly disconcerting when the masseuse came back in while I was getting dressed and reset the same towels for the next client….

We had a decent holiday overall, but it’s not somewhere I’d be rushing back to.
The biggest let-down was the attitude of most of the staff. With the exception of Cherif in the dining room, who was fantastic, the general approach was unfriendly and unhelpful. Ordering cocktails often felt like an inconvenience, with cups slammed down and staff looking visibly irritated. When we pre-booked a taxi an hour in advance, it took three follow-ups before it arrived, and each time we chased it felt like we were in the wrong. At the pasta/pizza station food was just shoved across without a word, and even asking about the oriental restaurant booking seemed to put reception out.
The rooms were a mix of positives and frustrations. The shower was excellent and the air-con worked well, but our power tripped multiple times. The duvet was ripped, and only three pillows were provided for two people. The overall décor felt a little tired and could do with refreshing.
Food and drink were mixed too. There was a decent variety of food, though it became a little repetitive and gluten-free options were limited. Some days you’d find something really enjoyable, but it wouldn’t be available again the next. Desserts weren’t great, though I admit I’m picky with these. Drinks were disappointing, included options were poor, mixers often flat, and while you could pay extra for top-shelf brands, these were tucked away in a separate sports bar and not well advertised.

Hotel looks beautiful on first glance but it then went down hill, we had adjoining family room which was great, on our first night we arrived after 11pm tired and hot and asked for a drink to be told we had to go pay for one, (all inclusive holiday). Got to our room and slept fine. Next day we went to the pool and had breakfast which was fine nothing special. We noticed that night our electric did not work, we reported it the next morning and it was fixed, that night the same, we reported it again and it was fixed, third time we didn't even bother reporting it as we were exhausted with it. The bed and pillows are rock solid!
The food leaves a lot to the imagination, not the best quality, not much choice unless you are French and than u are fine as this hotel seemed to cater to the French. We hoped for moroccan food but only thing offered was tagine, lamb and chicken. Only snacks available were once a day for 1 hour so if u were hungry or had spent the day out and wanted a snack you had to pay 150 dh to go to the supermarket in the town. Staff spoke mostly in French so any non French speakers had no clue what was going on half the time. The night life was non existant unless you wanted to listen to a tone deaf singer singing the same songs everynight, and a dance lesson to Jerusalem. (bring cards you will need them) everything ended and closed for 11pm everynight. Staff did not treat English the same as the French.

Great Location, Amazing Staff (Pool Bar! ), but Avoid the Hotel Bar.
We recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a great experience — though there were definitely a few ups and downs.
The location was ideal, and the free shuttle service is a huge bonus. Before venturing out alone, I highly recommend hiring the guide the hotel suggests. We used him for an evening tour and again the next morning. He was incredibly knowledgeable, especially about the Medina, and made our experience so much better.
We treated ourselves to a hammam at the hotel spa, which was a real highlight — so relaxing, with professional and friendly staff.

The atmosphere of the hotel was very laid-back, and the pool bar was definitely the standout area. The staff were amazing — especially Ashrad, the pool bar manager. He and his team went above and beyond to make sure everyone was included and having fun. They really made our holiday feel special!
Unfortunately, the main hotel bar was a completely different story. The staff made us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome, to the point that we ended up going back to our room by 9 p. M. Each night just to avoid the negativity. It genuinely felt like we were a bother to them, which was a real shame.
The food wasn’t the best — not a lot of variety — but I’m hopeful that as more UK visitors come to Morocco, this might improve.

Well this is a hard one as there is good and bad. Place was lovely the staff are great.
We had a bad couple of days to start with electric tripping in the room we had no electricity for couple hours until this was sorted. We spoke with anas who was representing love holiday and he said we’d move rooms the next day to then never see him again all holiday. So we stayed put having more issues with the electric and so was our next door only us two in the full complex!
Food absolute nightmare not much choice to say your all inclusive. I lived off pizza! Also takeaways… McDonald’s….
We went in to the sports bar to watch the football, having a great night nice drinks then as we was leaving the staff member chased us down with the card machine ordering us to pay this is when we found out that this bar was not in with the palate and had to pay £50. We was not told this was not apart of our package…
The drinks on the all inclusive get boring as there is not much option just like the food… it’s a really shame because this is stopping this hotel from been the best if they gave you more options on food and drink and cater for more then just the French witch you see this when your there would be amazing.
I’d like to go back if they did make some changes but at the moment I will not be returning!
