Riad Lamalika

Beautiful riad in the heart of Marrakech. The place is very clean, comfortable, and full of authentic Moroccan charm. The owner, Simo Ghait, was very helpful and kind, always making sure we had everything we needed. The staff were welcoming and the atmosphere was peaceful. I highly recommend this riad and would definitely stay here again.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this riad! From the very first moment, I felt truly welcomed. They came to pick me up at the meeting point and even called my taxi to give directions, which made my arrival so much easier.
The gentleman was extremely attentive and helpful, always available to assist. He also took the time to guide me and recommend the best tourist attractions in the city, which made my experience even more special.
The cleanliness of the riad is impeccable, the breakfast is superb, and the kindness of everyone there is truly remarkable.
As it was my first time in Marrakech, I felt safe, welcomed, and very well taken care of. I highly recommend this riad to anyone looking for genuine hospitality and excellent service!

We had the most lovely 3-night stay at Riad Lamalika. The Riad is peaceful and the staff at breakfast and Hassan (the hotel worker) are so friendly! The room and bed is comfy, and quiet despite being in the Medina. You feel very calm here. There’s also a beautiful roof terrace.

We loved this Riad, very tastefully decorated in a "modern Moroccan" way. The tiles and textures are luxurious. It's about a 15 min walk from the center of the Medina and most attractions which is actually a bonus. You're away from the busiest sections and every walk provides a completely new adventure. Mohamed was very easy to communicate with and Hassan, the in person support, while he doesn't speak English, had very good energy and was so very kind, we felt very well taken care of. We were able to drop our laundry off and Hassan brought it to us cleaned and folded the next day when we paid. The room is small but the bed is quite comfortable. The shower is in a corner of the bathroom but the provided squeegee makes it totally fine. We never used the beautiful pool but was great to gaze at. The breakfast was delicious and gorgeous on the terrace. There are about 4 or so rooms in the building but we rarely saw anyone else there, feels quite private and serene.

I would without a doubt recommend staying here if you are visiting Marrakech. The service, facilities and experience were 10/10 from start to finish. A transfer option was available for a good price, the breakfast included was amazing, the room was spacious and clean and the overall vibe of the property was extremely relaxing. Ghait was an excellent host with so many recommendations to give during our stay. His enthusiasm for the place that he has transformed shows the pride and respect he holds for it. Alongside the lovely Hassan, the most thoughtful house guard who looked after us everyday, whether he was serving us mint tea whilst we relaxed, walking us to our taxi or being a familiar face to be greeted by when returning to the riad, he never failed to make us smile. Fati met all our needs and always greeted us with a friendly smile, this team made us feel so welcome. As two young girls staying in the midst of the Medina, we felt as though our safety was a priority. The taxi provider given to us by Ghait always accommodated us no matter what time and was always keen to make sure we had our travel plans in order. As a first timer in Marrakech this made the trip easy and stress free. Communication was clear and key to ensuring we would get the best out of our stay. Overall, I will be visiting Marrakech again just for another opportunity to stay here. Pictures do not do this place justice, Riad Lamalika speaks for itself but I have attached some anyway!
