Riad des Etoiles

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this riad. The signs leading to the property were very helpful, making it easy to find our way to the hotel. We were warmly welcomed and checked in very quickly.
The riad had everything we needed, and everything was in perfect condition. The air conditioning, the pool, and the terrace were all excellent. The breakfast was delicious, and the entire riad was comfortable and beautifully decorated.
The best part of our stay was the staff. We would especially like to thank Aachour, who is without a doubt one of the best hotel employees we have ever met. He was incredibly kind, welcoming, and accommodating, and he always went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. His genuine care and exceptional hospitality made our stay truly unforgettable.
We would also like to sincerely thank Mohamed, who was always willing to help us. He arranged many things for us and patiently answered every question we had, making everything easy and stress-free. We truly appreciate all of his help and kindness throughout our stay.

Absolutely brilliant Riad — ran by excellent staff! Mohammed was excellent and met us in the main street from our taxi. He showed us to the riad and welcomed us with traditional Moroccan tea and pastries while we checked in. He showed us the local area via map and gave recommendations of where to go and what to see! He was brilliant. The other staff were also excellent — we didnt have as much to do with them, but everyone we encountered were great. The room was fab, on the ground floor, some reviews said this room was quite loud as people need to pass by it to get to the other rooms, but honestly it was no louder than any other hotel, And you have the pool right outside your door! The riad was also full when we stayed and we rarely saw life, other than the staff checking we were okay as we went out/came in. Bliss. The room itself (we had Djamel) was spacious and included everything in it we needed. The bed was large and comfy, plenty space to unpack and the bathroom was also a great size. The blackout shutters were fab for a good night sleep. My only criticism (and it didnt spoil our trip is there is a bath in the bathroom with an over bath shower, however there is no holder for the shower head, so you have to hold the shower, no biggie for us, but it was slightly annoying (Mohammed and co, get a little bracket in the wall! ) toiletries were supplied too which was a nice touch.

We booked here for our stay in Marrakesh and so very glad we did! Mohamed arranged a transfer from the airport and met us and guided us to the Riad. The attention with our welcome, explaining the area and showing us the Riad — top notch! Abdul the young chap on night duty equal in his attention and serving breakfast on the roof terrace.
Rooms cleaned everyday — the cleaner very friendly and always smiling.
