Riad Passali

Loved the place, the riad, and the location in the city. I loved Rachid and Hamza. They taught us how to play rummy, and even if they kept some rules to their advantage :), they were very friendly and good-natured. I will miss them.

I must start with the hospitality, Rashid is an amazing person, the generosity, the willingness to help, the informations for the close tourist objectives everything was how you would expect only from family to be. Even tho it was a really short period for us, I will always have that place in my mind!
The staff is so lucky to have a man like Rashid in the team, the housekeepers were also very kind and warm, please book this Riad if you want the best experience for a stay in Marrakech!

We had a nice stay at this Riad, we ended up with a delux room which had its own terrace and overlooked the pool. Breakfast was nice. The pool was cool but very pleasant. Aziz organised ice for us to have drinks (purchased elsewhere) by the pool.

A wonderful riad close to many of the major attractions. Rooms are denoted by colour not numbers and are decorated as per the name — blue, beige, orange green etc. There is a delightful rooftop area to relax and read a book. Swimming pool and outdoor areas to sit in, as well as many small lounge areas. Drinking water is provided in the room but no kettle.

Beautiful Riad with excellent service. Good walking distance from the central areas, only slight downside was the surrounding area with all the motorbikes felt a bit difficult to navigate.

The place is amazing inside, the rooms, the riad, decors just 10/10. The personal, especially Aziz, very friendly and helpful. The only disadvantage this place has the surroundings area, it is in slums of marrakesh, being said that it is just next to the main attractions and almost everything is in walkable distance.

Only the breakfast service could be improved. We were vegetarians, had limited options, hence asked to repeat eggless pancakes on which the service guy made face as if we asked gold, he even didn’t serve us Pomegranate that he served others. When asked hot milk also, he made sure he brought little milk 😅

Last stop before heading home. Luxurious Riad with private pool and lovely rooms. But to top it off, our early morning departure meant our host had to come in early to prepare a wonderful breakfast for our group…no problem! Wish we could have stayed longer!

I’ve stayed in this Riad during GITEX AFRICA and let me tell you that I had the best service. The people there are very welcoming! The room was very clean and the bed was confortable. I will definitely come back 👍🏻

Aziz, The best concierge. Leaving the riad and finding yourself in the center of Marrakech is an advantage. Adequate structure, very nice rooms. We have been fine. Dinner and breakfast are very good. Imane is a manager who knows how to command respect.

I was unfamiliar with the concept of riad. It appeared to be an authentic-looking place to live — not an ordinary European-like hotel. Even when you stay in the room, every detail suggests – it is another culture. Reminds of the Arabic fairytale. Really, just look at the pictures. Yet, you get all the necessities and comfort of the modern world here.
I am very happy I stayed here. Our host, Aziz, was kind and helpful. And it was not a fake – he likes interacting with guests five stars for him.
The location is good. It was near the Medina (city center ~5 min walk) but remote enough to be a quiet place for rest. (Believe me – you’ll need silence and peace after the day in the market). 😊
Breakfast is mostly light. Various types of bread and pancakes with honey, marmalade, some fruits, and olives. Traditional stuff, I suppose. It kept me going until lunch, no problem.
There is a small pool, which we did not try as it was not that hot (we visited at the end of January). There are sunbeds on the riad rooftop. Chill there and observe the lazy lives of Marrakesh stray cats.

Had a lovely stay at Riad Passali. Rooms were comfortable, traditional and colourful with excellent hospitality. Riad is conveniently located as its walking distance to most of the attractions and shops. We also booked a 3 day dessert tour from the Riad and had a great experience. Our tour guide Tayeb was extremely good and knowledgeable. All in all we had a lovely stay in Morocco.

What a wonderful stay! Riad Passali is central but tucked away in a quiet street. The rooms were spacious and nicely decorated and the Riad had many beautiful spaces to drink Moroccan tea and relax. The pool is shaded but open air, and very clean. The breakfast was outstanding too. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
