We had a great stay! The staff was very kind and went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. The accommodation was clean and well-maintained, and the pool was excellent. Overall, a very pleasant experience – we would definitely come back!

Riad very lovely place, rooms lovely, bed comfy. Shower and bathroom great. Only down full was TV wasn't good and fridge door wouldn't shut.
Family run and very friendly could not fault. Helpful too.
Even a friendly tortoise that pops out now and then.

Lovely Riad with friendly staff and lovely rooms. Nicely out of the busy Medina but easy walking distance to the Medina and to lots of local restaurants. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again.

One word — amazing!
We arrived late after midnight and Abdel was waiting for us. He carried our bags and quickly checked us in. The location is perfect, very close to the centre but in a well developed and quiet street. We loved it as we didn't want to stay within the noisy streets of Medina. The taxi from here to medina costs 39 dirhams (3 USD /Eur) maximum, day and night.
We initially got a room underground (deluxe double) but when I politely asked to change, Wadeed at the reception immediately upgraded us to a suite on the 2nd floor.
The rooms are very spacious, clean and look exactly like the pictures. Bathroom was nice and had fresh towels. Running hot water all the time. Some people complain about the water pressure but this is the case everywhere in Morocco as the plumbing in the city are 100 years old, didn't bother us at all.
Breakfast area, terrace, lounge chair perfect for relaxing after a long day. The breakfast was delicious and fresh.
Staff are amazing — Abdel, Hassan and specially Wadeed, always with a smile and will look after you.
Only one thing that bothered us just a little a bit was the sound insulation, you can hear people in the room next to you but again this is very common in the riads. We were just quiet at night so we didn't disturb the neighbours and they were also very respectful and didn't make any noise.
If I come back to Marrakesh, I will stay with them in a heartbeat <3

Sorry to have to write this but I feel if someone is thinking of spending their hard earned money and booking this Riad they should be aware of our experience. Initially my wife and I booked for 4 nights with very high hopes based on the previous Trip Advisor reviews and limited reviews on other sites. The entrance of the hotel is unassuming but as we entered we were pleasantly surprised at the lovely authentic looking decor. Once we met the manager / owner (I'm not sure which) he was very friendly, offered us some mint tea and showed us to our Garden Room. Once we entered the room our opinion changed (should have taken pictures). The room felt dark, musty and claustrophobic. It was as if it had not been opened in a while and the bathroom was in a very poor state. We were then offered an alternative room named Erdouf (or something similar) which was not much better. The ceiling was clad in bamboo which instead of adding to the riad feel, kept shedding debris on the bed which was not pleasant. The satellite TV did not work, the fridge was extremely noisy and the bathroom was again very poor. The hand-shower on the toilet was missing, the sink hole unpleasant, the shower itself was unstable, leaked and was covered in limescale and rust. The manager said he would try to get us a different room once more in the morning which was good but our confidence was gone.

The service is great. Location is ideal. 10 min to the old medina. Younes and Widad are great hosts and cater to all your needs. Many different types of rooms as well. The view from the rooftop is amazing. You can clearly see the Atlas Mountains. Would definitely recommend it!

The most stunning hotel you'll ever visit in your life! Beautiful! Honestly, we couldn't have been more happy with our stay. Amazing experience from start to finish. Staying in such a beautiful and stylish Riad only enhanced our visit to Marrakech. Couldn't recommend it more. Could stay there forever!

Riad Dar Sido was an alright place to stay during our visit to Marrakech. The decor and rooms are beautiful but two things put me off, hence my lower rating. The water pressure in the shower was abysmal and there was a serious bug problem throughout the floor of the bedroom. Apart from this, the residence was good and the rooftop area is also very nice.

Had an excellent stay here. The facilities are beautiful, the staff are very friendly, and they’re very accommodating. In addition, they’re very close to a unique and cool nook of Marrakech where all the young Moroccans hang out which was awesome to explore and some of the best food we had on the entire trip. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay Younes!

The service was perfect! The only thing I regret was the room…. I was not able to sleep properly as we can ear everything. It’s like my neighbors was in my room. It’s was a bit annoying. Also, the room was a bit small and the breakfast was almost the same. I had only once a croissant that we have to share with my husband. I would suggest to improve the breakfast and the rooms and the Riad will be amazing! In my opinion it was a bit expensive for what we got.

Love love love this riad! If you’re currently thinking about booking this, don’t hesitate, just book it! The prices are incredible as are the rooms and service. Location is great, esp if you have a car as there is free parking on the road. The location is next to the UK consulate and opposite a hospital.
The rooms are so romantic and stunning and clean! So elaborate and we loved it even more than the resort we were staying at! The breakfasts are so lovely and have a local flavour. Don’t be afraid to ask for more if needed.
Note that there is no alcohol served at this hotel, if that bothers you.
If we were in Marakesh again, I’d 1000% stay here again and for longer than just a night next time!
Note that they do have cots for kids.

Our group of 21 friends had an amazing stay – this place was the perfect choice! The rooms are incredibly spacious and cleaned daily (though one room had a minor issue with the roof that could use attention). The highlight is undoubtedly the inviting pool and the serene atmosphere, complemented by the option to enjoy a rejuvenating Hamman experience.
The freshly made and delicious breakfast served each morning is a definite plus, and they're more than accommodating if you wish to explore additional options. The owner was exceptionally friendly, providing valuable recommendations for places to visit, assisting with reservations, and even helping us arrange taxis.
Throughout our stay, the welcoming ambiance of the place made us feel at ease, prompting us to wholeheartedly recommend it. Without a doubt, we plan to choose this accommodation again on our next visit.
