Hotel Imperial Plaza & Spa

This is a beautiful hotel, the hotel was spotless clean. Staff was very friendly. Amal (lovely lady) made me feel very welcome and it was a pleasure staying here. I will definitely be returning. Thank you very much 😊

Me and my friends love visiting the rooftop, enjoying the pool, the view & how kind the staff are. Always a pleasure! The food is very very good too. Highly recommend :)

This hotel is truly amazing – excellent service, clean rooms, and affordable. You really get value for your money. The rooftop pool especially gives you ultimate relaxation and truly makes you feel like you’re on vacation. The restaurant is also fantastic – clean, discreet, and delicious. I recommend this hotel to everyone. I’ve been coming here for 5 years, and it always exceeds my expectations.

Friendly and helpful staff. Good selection of food but could have more to choose from especially maybe neutral food like rice, chips, porridge, etc. The room had air con, big bed, balcony and spacious bathroom but needs updating. The room could also benefit from having bin in the room and kettle to make coffee with. The pool area was very good with friendly staff and welcoming staff.

The rooftop of the hotel has a beautiful view, especially at sunset. It’s a great place to sit, have a drink, and enjoy the moment. The design is modern and comfortable, with nice lights and chairs. It’s perfect for relaxing after a long day.
The hotel staff are kind and helpful. They welcome you with a smile and are always ready to assist. The rooftop team is also very friendly and make sure you have everything you need. The service is fast and professional, and they make you feel comfortable.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The food was excellent, with a wide variety of dishes and different styles to choose from — definitely one of the highlights. There’s also a beautiful swimming pool with a great view, perfect for relaxing. The room wasn’t the most comfortable, but overall, the experience was very enjoyable thanks to the quality food and great facilities.

Very nice hotel and was a great place for us as we had an issue with carbon Monoxide in a short stay apartment just next to here, we were able to check in just past midnight and escape a dangerous situation. All the staff were super friendly and helpful. The rooms could use a refresh, at least the rooms we had. Otherwise a very good experience for my family of 4.

This hotel is not just well located and clean but also employees are so kind and helpful. We are travellimg with our 21 months old babyboy and they were so supportive for us finding hot water at night for babyfood, giving suggestions for city trips, kind gifts etc. The breakfast is very good with various food served by open buffet in a quite and peaceful restaurant ♡
Special thanks to front desk employees!

This hotel is very dirty. The sheets and towels are stained. The pool is empty. There is no water in it. The gym is not a gym but a loft with 3 devices, one of which is broken.
The heated indoor pool is also a loft with chlorinated water. The spa is not a spa! Of the 4 days we slept here we had NO hot water for 2 days.
You better book another hotel.

The room was small. Just 1 cramped room with 2 family beds. There was also a lack of customer service. The hotel staff screamed at each other instead of solving this issue (which was lack of food of interest for children). The service was very unpleasant as he was supposed to pay for our meal but never showed any engagement or enthusiasm with our problem. The location is about a good 15 minutes from all the places, meaning we have to pay for a taxi each time we return and depart. It should be 3 stars.

I left this hotel feeling so guilty and annoyed at the service. I was on the rooftop where the swimming pool and gym are, and I heard meowing sounds coming from the top of the roof. There was a cat on the roof of the gym that was visibly scared and couldn’t get down. I went down to the front desk and asked if something could be done so that the cat could be rescued, and they told me they would send someone. I waited around 20 minutes and tried along with some other people to lift up chairs so that the car could jump down, but had no luck. A man arrived who didn’t speak English as well so we couldn’t communicate well (not holding that against him) and I saw him go on top of the gym roof from the back. I was hopeful he would bring the cat down but he came empty handed and went back to the elevator area to go down. I was confused but he pointed up, so I assumed he was going to go get some supplies or something and go back on the roof to save the cat. After like 30 mins, I asked a different employee about whether someone was coming to help the cat, and they told me that it had already been saved. I was confused because I hadn’t seen anyone save the cat or take it down from the roof, and I had been there the whole time. I went down to the front desk and asked them and they said that they had sent someone but the cat had not been saved yet, so I’m assuming some of the employees were lying to get me to drop the issue.
