Female manager lied about the road conditions to try and convince us to stay another night. We were the only guests there and for good reason. The room was gross, especially the bathroom. And the description lies about the distance to the main square. Its at least a 25 minute walk, maybe 30. Also, the address in maps is wrong so you won't be able to find it when you come back unless you mark it on your phone. Mona (The cleaning lady) was very nice though. DO NOT stay here.

The male manager was very helpful after we paid him to help us. And no it is not 10 minutes from the main square. This is a blatant lie and repeating it only proves my point. You guys say whatever you want to entice people to stay here whether it’s the truth or not. This is not a good way to grow a business.
Also, I am entitled to my own opinion, so I don’t appreciate you saying that I am wrong about the room being gross. I have stayed in many hotels and never had a room smell more like mildew and mold. Horrible location and they obviously are not attempting to better the facility or their employees. Do not stay here!

We had an excellent stay at this riad. Hasna, the manager, was extremely hospitable. She accommodated our early arrival, and even asked the staff to prepare breakfast for us extremely early one morning, when we had an all-day excursion out of the city.
The rooms are charming, and the location is a quick 10-15 minute walk to the center of the Medina. Like anywhere in Marrakech, it can be difficult to find your way around, but Hasna was kind enough to provide us with a highlighted map showing the quickest route to and from the riad.
We would absolutely stay here again if we return to Marrakech!
